This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. From start to finish I was handled with respect and Clay was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. While I was in the process of completing my paperwork Aaron took the time to make sure all of the tires were full and even took it upon himself to put gas in it for me. They both went above and beyond and I am so happy with this purchase. I will definitely do business with them again and have already recommended them to several people.

Alright, so I went Yesterday wanting to finance a 2015 Used Jeep 4x4 that was listed for $16, 895- the manager there Mark stated with my bi weekly income I would need to pay $3,000- down payment. I went wanting to pay $500- a month split into two payments which these dealers do and have with interest paid for 38months to have that listing price paid in full. They ended up not giving me this or telling me that the only way I could do that is if I paid the remainder cash loan for $16,895- by a bank. Instead they signed me up for a 6yrs lease term of 156 payments that would end up costing me with the extended warranty over 6 years a total $33, 552. Way more than I intended paying for a used jeep that had 28,000 miles on it and had been in a car accident before. Thats a cost of a New 2021 Jeep. Total rip off people!!!! Beware of these drive time dealership they scam you in the long run. I literally wasted gas money and time to get ripped off and had to return the vehicle in 5 days. Plus, they made me pay for the car registration fees here too after making the down payment.-Yaling Winfrey

Brad was extremely helpful in his directions and all of his help.Added review after purchasing car and driving for 20 miles going home...the check engine light came on....was told by Brad the car was checked out before putting on the lot... two(2) tires that were not safe, bad tread, also there was not a small (donut) included, but a space under the trunk space for one.No rim and a wrench to put the spare on, also two(2) screws that were missing under the hood for mounting for engine or something?Had gone to PEP BOYS to find out why the light came on....needed filter and oil change, called Drive Time about the problems, and was told that PEP BOYS was their warranty automotive person.A diagnostic was taken.I was very unhappy and ready to take the car back to dealership, however the needed items were repaired by PEP BOYS.... @ no cost to me, including the two(2) tires that had bad treadI am satisfied at this time!!I really like the little car very much.

After getting kicked around and not treated well at other dealerships, this place was a breath of fresh air! They put a competitive reasonable price on the car to begin with. No arguing was needed. They didn’t try to push us into upgrades. They were kind, courteous, fast, and honest. This is a unique constellation amongst car dealers. We are moving, so we won’t be in the area to buy another car from this particular store again, but the next time we buy one, it will be from a drive time! Ask for Terri. She was amazing.
