It was late in the evening and i had 4 people in front of me, thinking it’s going to be hours before my turn but the team of two, Bryan and Nelly handled the customers quickly and with ease. Especially Nelly, she was so awesome, kind and caring. She stayed way past her shift, ensuring everyone was taking care of. She handled the phone renewals so swiftly, at times helping two to three customers in between to make sure no one was dissatisfied. Its a hard job working in a cellphone store, i know, i did it for years but this girl is the best. I thought she was the manager there, she did such an amazing job. We moved to Monroe in December and it’s it first time being in a “Verizon” store and i will definitely come back because of Nelly and just how amazing she was. Soft spoken and kind. I gave her a BIG hug when i left because i know how hard she worked to make sure i was leaving there happy. It was my end of the day and i just wanted to go home too but I’m glad i had waited. I hope that she get a manager position there, because she really deserves it! Thank you Nelly!!!

Its not about the people/staff--its the process. Why, after all these years and advances in infrastructure and tech does it STILL feel like buying a house and takes just as long? It took an HOUR with two people ahead of us, both of whom were being waited on as we sat there. AN HOUR.

Alyssa is amazing!!I’ve always always had bad experiences in any and every type of phone store, until now.I am very happy someone like Alyssa was able to be the person to guid me thru the wonderful journey of a new phone company, plan AND phone. She was super helpful, was always getting straight to the point and explained all the complicated phone plan stuff so well. I went in there only for a new 5G SIM card in mid June. Theyre free and I could have put it in myself. It would have taken them about 30 seconds to hand one to me. I patiently waited for the current customer, who took 35 mins to finish. Then the guy finally told me there was one more person ahead of me and he had someone else coming in 15 mins. I didnt know they took appointments and I doubt they actually do. I understand the rule of first come; first served, but I doubt any of the customers would have minded me cutting in for only 2 minutes. I left when he finally told me that (since I was getting angry), went home, called Verizon, and they mailed me one, no charge. THEY WERE SO FRUSTRATING!!

My son’s smart phone stopped working so we went to the Monroe Verizon store where we were greeted by Nelly. She quickly pointed out that we had insurance. My son wanted the Samsung S20 so Nelly quickly set him up but when the apps migrated over the most important app for his G6 glucose monitor failed because it wasn’t supported by the S20. With his type 1 diabetes it was critical to have that app. So Nelly let him borrow a new IPhone while we waited for the new tablet to arrive. When it arrived Nelly set him up and tested the app and life was good. Nelly was doing some serious multitasking throughout the process and she was super patient and professional. She is definitely management material! She is the reason my family will continue to do business at the Monroe location. The entire sales team are outstanding! Thank you all!

I tried to help my mother after a series of issue with the staff at this store. They assured us that when we bought new phones and an iPad that had to be shipped to the store they would help to set them up for my older parents since I would not be there to help them. They have since had issues with not having the phones set up properly, Billings issues, and return issues. They said today that those are not their issues and that they can’t do anything in store. We have to call Verizon and go find an apple store to fix the issues that they made. We spent hours in the store multiple times and they couldn’t follow through with what they promised. Truly disappointed.

My new phone would not load my latest backup and I was in the process of closing on two homes and desperately needed all that information transferred to my new phone. Nellie was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and had me up and running in no time given the amount of data needing to be transferred. Elissa is a ROCK STAR !!! Though we could not fix my issue with the phone, we were on the phone with tech between on hold and talking for 3 hours and she did everything she could to solve my issue. I have never received such thorough service in my life. After being rerouted from a car accident, with no phone and no gps and no idea where I was, let’s just say I was frazzled when I arrived. Nelly stayed late to help me get my new phone working and I couldn’t recommend her more! She made sure all my needs were met and was a breath of fresh air. 5 stars is an understatement.

Nellie stayed 30 minutes past closing just to make sure I got all the help I needed!! Came in 10 minutes before closing too.Typically a not so good experience at any location. However, it’s the complete opposite with Nellie at the Monroe location! Couldn’t expect a better experience.She has been more than helpful, patient and amazing everytime my family or I come in. Every time I come into this location I am greeted with amazing customer service! Jessie has helped me multiple times over the past year and has really been so incredibly helpful and made the experience a lot less stressful then expected! Nelly helped me this last time and was so patient and incredibly helpful as well. I panicked when I didnt see Jessie and seconds into Nelly helping me I was assured I would be taken well care of. I have even brought my children with me at times and the employees make sure they have stuff tonplto with or color. Im extremely grateful for this store and not having to travel 45min anymore.

This the worst Verizon Store, they never have any phones in stock. You have to wait around for ever just to get service which isn’t even good. They had order my new 11 phone, they don’t even have in stock new phones how ridiculous! It was supposed to be there Wednesday and it’s Saturday and still haven’t heard from anyone. Super disappointed I wasn’t helped more by this place! :(The customer service here made me really upset last night. My phone wasn’t working, it was frozen up!! and I was definitely stressed about it, but polite. So I spoke with MR. Nathan who clearly knows nothing about my iPhone 10.... my phone simply needed a soft reset, which I had never done and wasn’t the typical way with other iPhones. (News to me) AND To the fantastic consultant - Nathan. He actually still doesn’t know how to fix it!He kept doing the same things I knew how to do to fix it (which wasn’t much) and telling me to go through insurance because I clearly needed a new phone.Well not true. My husband fixed it hours later with a simple search on google, and a click of the right buttons. Soft reset was done and I have a phone to write this legit review of how LITTLE this go place was able to help me!This visit was a huge waste of my time and energy & they were snickering and rolling their eyes as me as a customer for being stressed about a broken phone.Nathan - the @fantastic sent me away with a sticky note for insurance replacement. Thanks dude. Not!

The gal that was working was great. Verizon needs to hire more people. I waited 55 minutes to be helped and watched 3 different people come in wait for 20 minutes and then give up and leave in that time. I have a protected screen replacement plan that I have to go in every couple of months, but everytime it takes at least 45 minutes for them to help me.

Excellent customer service! Ordered an IPhone SE and i always get worried about my packages so I went in and within 10 minutes I had my tracking number and my IPhone is safely on its way. I purchased my iPhone from Verizon. I experienced my iPhone get locked up and I was unable to reset it.I called the Verizon store in Monroe. They quickly put me in in contact with Diana who is their tech support person . In less than five minutes she was able to correct the problem using her skills and knowledge while I remained at home. What friendly, knowledgeable staff they have at the Monroe WA Verizon store!

We were thinking about switching from Sprint to Verizon and stopped at this retailer. PHIL MITTEN greeted us quickly at the door. He completely sold us on switching to Verizon, clearly explaining the phones, the plans, the prices, the rebates. I had studied plans online for quite a while, and was rather confused. But Phil made it all so easy. Unfortunately, one of our parties was not with us, so we couldnt make the deal that day, and ended up making it in Seattle where all 3 parties were. But it was PHIL, who convinced us to make the switch. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He wasnt at all irritated that we didnt close the deal, and even gave us his card to stop by or call if we ever had questions. THAT is a pro. He could well train other consultants to represent Verizon. Thanks, Phil.

Nelly was fantastic! The BEST customer service we have ever received.My husband and I walked in at around 6:50 PM on a Wednesday evening very upset at the fact that Verizon had canceled our lines instead of releasing our phone numbers so my husband and I could create a new account. Long story short, Verizon had told us to do all these ridiculous steps in order to separate from my dads account to create a brand new account but failed to do so. Nelly welcomed us (and our frustration) in such a professional and caring manner. The store closed at 8 but we ended up leaving at around 8:30 PM.From trying to get Verizon on the line to helping us by adamantly trying to find all sorts of solutions to relieve our frustration to finally getting us brand new phones and creating a completely different account. She was a rockstar! She never once showed signs of frustration at us keeping her from going home. My husband and I offered to leave when it was 7:50 so she could go home, but she told us she didnt mind staying a little later to help us with everything. We went in intending to cancel Verizon, but ended up staying because of Nellys awesome help.

Terrible service.My wife dropped and broke her phone 2 days ago (because she is fighting cancer and after Chemo Therapy cannot feel well her fingers).She came to Go Wireless store in Monroe, WA to replace her broken phone.Representative Jessie did not explained anything to my wife and Motorola Moto Z3 phone that currently is $380 after $100 credit all of the suddenly going to cost us at least $650 + $13 monthly fee for insurance.Here is details: Representative Jessie put liquid protection on the phone and told my wife it is free which is not true and if we return the phone we will end up paying $50 for this so-called free screen protection.Jessie never told my wife that there will be $13 monthly fee for insurance - another lie.On top she added so-called screen protection plan for $79.99 that my wife also was not aware of.She sold my wife a phone case for $26 and when my wife asked can i see it she showed her phone case and said we dont have it in stock so I will ship it to you but this is what you will get and showed her case but when I came back to the store the next day she said my wife did not understand her and that will not be the case she will get - another lie.Anyways, we ended up paying total of $156 and hooked up for monthly payments of $20 for 24 months which is $480 total so it will cost us at least $636 already plus $13 monthly insurance.If you ever need Verizon Wireless phone please dont make mistake going to this Go Wireless dealer because you might get a lot of surprises like we did.....Very disappointed customer. I will contact Verizon Wireless directly tomorrow to let them know what is going on in this store and I hope there will be an investigation.Shame on Jessie for such a scam service!!!

Would give NO STARS if I could. Went in during the evening to upgrade the mans phone. We were in there for twenty minutes before we were acknowledged... (there was only one other customer in the store). Once the salesperson FINALLY gave us the time of day... just to tell us we were going to have to wait, we finally walked out after not being helped AT ALL in the 45 minutes we were there. Went to the Woodinville Verizon store the next day and was helped, and out of there within an hour... I will warn anyone... DO NOT GO TO THE MONROE VERIZON STORE!!! Called in on a Saturday afternoon at 5 asking when they closed. That day they were closing at 6, explained I had 1 phone that had blown up and needed replaced and as long as I was getting one replaced I had another one replaced Said we would be there around 5:30/5:45. The response I got was - fine just get here before we lock the doors Got there at 5:30 - they took the time to replace both phone, go over what to expect in the bill and re-set up both phones. We left there around 6:30. We were never made to feel like we were imposing because we were late. Then when I got the bill it was exactly what I was told it would be.Then 3 weeks later, the screen protector on my phone fell off, it feel off 3 times with that week. I dropped in on the next Saturday morning - It was replaced - no questions asked.When I have to replace the other two phones on our plan, this is the store we will be going to

Bought a life proof case for my phone. They had to order and it my phone so I used it. Too find out people couldnt hardly here me through the case. So I call life proof to see what was up. And they sold me a case for iPhone 6 not the 6s there a little different they told me to take it back. So I did. So they put me on a wait list...Ive been waiting 4 months now...Whats the point in paying the $80 for the unlimited replacement when I can never even get one when needed.

I had to switch carriers and my fiance added me to his phone plan so that requires new phone complications with porting over my phone number adding a new line and that craziness. Amanda was awesome she explained everything in detail and explained the bill for adding another line. And then we decided since it was a buy one get one we got his daughter a new phone just like mine. I would so recommend this corporate store and i would ask for Amanda she was a total rockstar. I have had other experiences with cell companies but her customer is exceptional, top notch of her game. Congrats to your company for having a great employee. Even though we are having issues getting my number to port over that is not her fault us cellular sucks and i believe they are the real problem lol :)

I wont risk going back to a Verizon retail store again. The young, marginal floor staff are just too risky in their service and advice. One young man wound up costing me $500 unnecessarily when he sold me a device and service that he insisted I could cancel in 90 days after a business transition. I wound up paying Verizon an extra 21 months on a device and service plan that I did not use. On other occasions the wait has been excessive. They seem to be out of what I find on the Verizon online store. I have been going to the phone kiosk at Costco with very fine and quite professional, expert staff, who work feverishly at getting customers in and out in minimal time.

We had a problem with wifes phone, would not ring. Fast talking sales person stated our phones were to old and even a replacement thru insurance would be inadequate. Both are junk. We had motorola turbo 2 phones. She talked us into LG phones (Huge Sale!). Not happy with the LG. All my charger cords do not fit, lost all my saved information and the battery dies in about 6 hours. To late to return then. Well, in 2 years I will get another motorola. Definitely not from this store. Wal-Mart or Target always has good sales.

When in with in there 14 days and all they did was reset it. Did not work. Now they just say cant help sorry. Go to a real Verizon store. This is not one. There privet!!

Never again will come back in this Verizon location. They don’t have a reliable staff! We pre-ordered 2 iPhoneX, 2 weeks ago. We “pre-ordered” so that way will be able to get it at the released date which is today Nov.3rd and when we were there today to pick it up these 2 staff that’s in there can’t give us any of the iPhone that we pre-ordered how frustrating is that. The guy that help us to put our order in told us that we put you on the list, so it’s not guaranteed that you guys will get it today. WTH we did that day for 30mins with him to just to find out today that we won’t get our phone. To make it short we ended up going home with nothing and we have to wait at least 3-4 weeks again in order for us to have the iPhone X what’s the point of pre-ordering it and ending up waiting for another month again; and whoever is the name of that lady that’s in that store assisting us today doesn’t even have a customer service not even a smile when we got there or sorry for that misunderstanding that we can’t give you your phone. What a customer service this store has, these 2 particular staff doesn’t need to be a staff there! We pay a lot for this service and you don’t get anything when you’re the one that’s having problem. I guess time to move to a different cellphone carrier.

Our experience at this Verizon retailer was terrifying. We were lied to and actively defrauded by representative Justin P. during a two hour visit.We purchased two new smartphones, and a Jetpack mobile data device. We were told that the Jetpack would be free after the fifty dollar payment, which was a lie as there is a 10 dollar a month charge and a two-year contract which Verizon will not allow us to cancel despite the fact that the product was blatantly misrepresented to us.He initiated insurance plans on all of our devices, despite not requesting any at all and not consenting to these charges. Verizon Corporate has since promised to cancel these charges.At the end of the experience, Justin P. promised that our bill would increase by 10 dollars a month plus taxes. After receiving our newest bill, we have discovered a total increase of 137 dollars. Even if these are charges we supposedly agreed to, Justin intentionally and systematically misrepresented the true nature of these charges. He actively preyed on our ignorance and took advantage of us.Finally, at the end of the transaction he stood behind me and forced me to leave a customer feedback report, telling me I had to rate him 5-Stars on all counts.After our contract is complete, we will be taking our wireless business elsewhere.

Stood in line for 45 minutes when there were 2 other people in the back office just to be told I had to go to a corporate building to deal with my bill. And then one of the associates came out to bs for another 10 minutes just to clock out. Completely horrible service.

I have always had troubles with this store. First of all, when I upgraded my phone through verizon one of their employees told me that the upgrade fee was waived and then sold us something we didnt want but made it seem that we needed it (didnt even ask just added it on there) then I got billed for the upgrade fee and he denied that he told me that it would be waived. After this, the case they sold me made my phone overheat and broke it. When I tried to get a new one I got a two day run around in which I went to the Verizon store, called customer service, asked them for a phone and in the end they gave me a phone from their store (which I was told they couldt do at all). Then, when my phone broke and I had to get another through insurance, they told me that it would be in next day when, in reality, it takes two to three business days. Then when I finally get the phone and activate it, my SIM card locks up again on me and I cant get a hold of them at all. The only reason I go to them is because the nearest Verizon store is half an hour away while the Go Wireless is 10 minutes walk from where I work. Theyre employees obviously either dont communicate well or they arent trained correctly. The manager here is extremely rude to her customers, I once heard her demanding respect from a customer in her store who was flustered because her very expensive phone from their store wouldnt work.

On a cold, windy, foggy Friday evening I decided my 17 year old flip phone had probably reached the end of its line. Even though I had spent 18 years of my adult life as the vice president of communications for Verizon and an Officer of the company, Id never been able to make the transition from my trusty flip phone to a smart phone.I was ready to walk out when informed no flip phones were available, until sales representative Cody suggested that I evaluate the Kyocera starter package for smart phones. I made the comment you mean smart phones for dummies and he just grinned without ever insulting me once.I must admit the smart phone package intrigued me for it came with a cover, a screen cover and a charger. While transferring data from my old phone to the new smart phone, Cody sat on a bench with me and taught me every basic task needed to get me started with baby Steps It was close to closing time and the manager left.But Cody remained, and as he turned off all the open lights, he completed the data transfer from my old to new phone.Once my purchase was made abnd we were out the door, Cody wanted to make sure the new phone worked with the handsfree in my car; which it did not. We tried every instruction in the manual until Cody came up with the brilliant idea that my old phone might still be on and attached to the handsfree, which it was.After checking the trunk and turning off my old phone the smart phone connected and I was able to communicate with others during a very dark, foggy and dangerous drive from Monroe to Duvall.Cody was kind, friendly,knowledgeable, dedicated, helpful and a creative problem solver. I know he is young at this point, but he is most definately management material. He understood the work day didnt end at 9 pm but when the customer had what they needed and was satisfied. By the time he had creatively solved the handsfree issue with my car, he had invested 30 minutes of his own time with no pay.That is a man that understands what taking care of customers is all about. All the technical issues can be taught, but respecting and caring for customers is just part of who someone is. Cody showed me a number of outstanding qualities that night, January 9, 2015, that should be recognized and rewarded by management,Ohhhh...and management. He was out the door at 9 p.m. sharp even with a customer in the store.
