Very clean dripped off my phone it was just like new. The service could be better. Told me one day and it was not ready that day. The employee was rude hen I called and inquired about it. But another helped me and was very helpful.

I needed a battery for my iPhone and I had it replaced in about 20-30 minutes. Excellent service.

Abby was quite helpful and rather courteous. The ONLY thing that I have issue with is the cost of a screen repair. $165 is INSANE.

Paid for a charger port replacement 2 weeks ago and they still havent received the part.

Professional and courteous service

They fixed my shattered iPad screen quickly and were very friendly. Some months have passed and now I honestly hate my iPad because the screen doesn’t always recognize what I want it to do. I will have to turn the iPad many directions or press the same button multiple times in order to get what I want done. Then come to find out there was only a sixty day warranty, so I’d have to get the entire screen repaired once again. 😒 I recommend never breaking your iPad 🤣 because the uncertainty of it all after it’s fixed too much.

Had a shattered front camera cover replaced. Prior to replacement, the camera pictures had blurring around the edge of the picture. After replacing, the camera image was very foggy and unusable. While trying to correct that, the replacement glass was damaged. I discussed with David and he ordered a replacement camera and glass. It was unclear whether the problem was a result of the original damage, the replacement issue or both. However, they covered the cost of both the camera and replacement glass. Even though I didnt give 5, I would not hesitate to recommend them because they stand behind their work. At least they did in my case.

Little over priced compared to the other cell phone repair places

Great place to go to get your phone repaired. They fixed it very quick and service was great. An employee named Jack helped me out and he did awesome work so I would suggest him.

Being *that person* to drop their phone every two weeks, I used to go to the mall to get my phone fixed. However, the next time I dropped it my phone would just shatter. Fortunately, Nathan Littleton helped me find a good quality screen and screen protector! I didnt realize the quality mattered- but this guy does!! (If anything it cost less for better performance quality at In & Out) Now, I have had the same screen for 6 months-- I suppose thats the result of honest work and people knowing what they are doing. I went up there the other day with some phones that were not even working and was able to trade them in towards the cost of my iPhone 6 repair. They gave me a great price and got me done in under 1 hour!

Took my phone up there after and insurance claim for a cracked screen. A guy put the screen on and gave it back to me and none off the physical buttons worked so he took it back apart and DROPPED one of the pieces needed. ME, HIM, AND MY GIRLFRIEND were both on our hands and knees on the filthy floor looking for a piece that he lost. He was very care free about the situation. Acting as if it wasnt a big deal. After all the the back of the phone wasnt put on well and my finger print reader wont work. VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE AND CARELESS WORKER. DO NOT GO TO THE CPR STORE IN MONROE. What buisness has their customes on their nasty floors looking for a part that their employee lost and acted as if it doesnt matter. He literally told us its not a big deal to us but I know it is to you

Did a awesome job on my iphone 6s screen repair only took them about 35 minutes 10 out of 10 would go again.
