Id really like this store to step up on customer service. T-Mobile as a business has been excellent since the switch. I went into this store a few times to upgrade and every step of the way it was a hassle. I understand stores being back ordered on new phones, but I dont tolerate rude behavior or lackadaisical professionalism. I expect to be treated like a customer. Not a sale. There is a guy there that will not help you if he can find a way. Since he didnt have the phone I wanted in stock he stopped there. He didnt try to order me one or try to give me other options. He didnt even try to sale me another phone. The customer before me was told nothing was wrong with her phone by him and then he instructed her to go to Bestbuy. After instructing her he told another woman to go to Best Buy for issues with her IPhone when she clearly had purchased from this store. He obviously doesnt care for the customer. T-Mobile wont lose business from me, however. Ill just make my purchases online or through the phone. They have been excellent that way.
The people in the store were friendly professional and very helpful. I recommend if your looking for good service go hear. Do not go to Verizon on Louisville! They are rude!

The experience was exceptional and the customer service was on point. The entire team was friendly, helpful. The store representatives were knowledgeable and kind, the tech was quick and experienced, and manager Yadeil was super helpful. They run a tight ship. They had me in and out in a flash and I highly recommend folks stop by this location!

The team here is very good at their work. I had a great experience working with the team members on a couple of business issues. Everything went smoothly although we did have to wait on the computer system one time for about a minute. The store is big and clean and well-appointed.

I went to see about the rates/coverage to compare what I’m paying for with Verizon. I was helped immediately. I felt like my time was valued as a customer. The tech was super knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and concerns, and what they weren’t able to answer the manager, Yadial (sorry if that’s not spelled correctly!) was able to answer the rest. I walked out with the new iPhone 12, and a better plan than I had with Verizon. Definitely suggest anyone else to as well! Great customer service and knowledgeable about products and service!
We had a wonderful experience here yesterday. Moe took his time helping us get some things changed on the account and was very personable. If you do not have a phone service with them I would suggest you visit them. They were GREAT! Thanks Moe for a wonderful experience and all of your help.
Went in with a phone that I owned outright and was told I could use it on their network. Paid up front for service and then was told I couldnt use my phone and would not give me a refund of the services that I JUST paid for. Called corporate office and they didnt do anything for me.
The tech was wonderful she did everything she could but the manager guy was extremely rude when I tried to ask a simple question

The representatives at this store are fantastic. They were an amazing help when my phone messed up. They were able to get me a lender phone ready and get my phone sent out and repaired in no time. Some of the best service Ive ever had at a Sprint store. April was especially helpful in getting everything set up!
This store has an excellent staff that is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. Within seconds of entering the store I was greeted by all of the staff and the rep I was working with was very patient in giving me all of my phone options as well as plan choices. As a new customer I feel completely valued and am excited about my new service.
I am always at the store because the team there he is extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable about their products. The management staff is chosen an excellent balance of service talent here. Keep up the good work!
Ok, most Sprint store are not really fun places to visit. They either are not overly helpful or try and sell you on things you do not want. This one was the exception. The man that helped us was friendly and not pushy at all. He also did not try and over sell us. Recommended if you have Sprint or are thinking of them.
The service I got here was great. Theyve always solved my issues with great clarity and patience. They were also very professional.It definitely seems like a well-managed store.
I’m paying way to much. And i was trying to reset my due date and I talked to 4 people at sprint and they wouldn’t help me. My phone bill was $179. I have a disability and I cannot afford this. It’s crazy. I could be paying 45$ a month for good straight talk service. I’m not very happy with sprint.
If I could give less than one star I would. My husband brought in his iPhone 7s plus due to it not responding. No physical damage to it and it’s under a year old. Guy literally put it on the charger and brought it back out and said it was the battery. Hm okay. So we go to Best Buy they were great help. Got an Apple representative on the phone for us and we were told to go back to this location to get a replacement. Once we got back to this store my husband was laughed at and told he “couldn’t” be helped. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way.
You will get better service at Walmart before you would get good service at this horrible place. My wife and I went in to see about her upgrade, there was no one in the store when we walked in. I guess we were a bother when we walked in because they rolled their eyes when I would ask a question. They did not want to answer any question I asked. Kicking a brick wall would give more satisfaction than these workers. Horrible
If I could give this store a 0 star I would. I went in to exchange a phone that was shipped to me, that would not work. Per technical support the night prior, the phone could not be activated because it was assigned to another subscriber. The representative refused to help me and said either send it back to Sprint and deal with by mail, or pay $45 for restocking EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SPRINTS MISTAKE. I talked with Sprint via phone and was told the opposite, that it shouldnt have cost anything in the store. Not the first time I have dealt with outright lies and omissions at Sprint stores. Todays interaction in this store was the final straw and after this I took my 10-year business with Sprint to AT&T

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile. They took care of me right away. The gentleman that helped me really put the problem I was having into terms I can understand. Im so grateful for Sprint on Forsythe.
I Called Sprint to inquire about a past due bill I had with them and end up talking to a lady named Deanna, who stated she was at the Sprint location in Missouri. She ended up being very rude, unprofessional, and nonchalant. This is why I’m switching to another service provider. I’ve been a customer for awhile and thought about getting my service back and paying the bill so I wouldn’t mess up my credit. But today...Deanna proved to me that customer service is not like it use to be. Instead of listening, she wanted to debate with me about MY bill like I was lying. I Ended up asking to speak to her supervisor because of her unprofessional demeanor. I also asked for her customer I.D # to make a complaint and she stated she didnt have one (which I knew wasn’t true). She even told me that all 5 of her supervisors were at lunch, so I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes before I could talk to Sharena (who provided better customer service). Come to find out, Deanna was looking at the wrong account the whole time, but she insisted that I owed such a such amount. Deanna continued to over-talk me and she even ignored me on several occasions. She drowned me out as I was trying to ask her questions and she wouldn’t let me talk. The supervisor ended up giving me her I.D # which was TL684815. I’m so disappointed in Sprint. I will no longer look forward to dealing with sprint again after this bad experience. Deanna acted as if she owned Sprint and she can’t even pull up the correct information...smh!
The worst cell phone company you can get the manger does not help you she is rude and im going to cancel my contract with sprint because of this store and the manger i would not do any buisnes with this store and im going to let who ever i no not to do any buisnes with this store .

Normally I dont give reviews but I was very impressed with the people in the store. They were very professional and knowable about the phone I was interested in getting. It was out of the Iphone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6. One of the guys showed me the features on both of them and I went with the Samsung Galaxy S6. (It had more features) It did take a little while for someone to help me but it was a lot of people in the store. I guess that how you can tell a good store. My only thing they need more workers in the store because it was so many people.

Not enough staff in the store. Only one employee working and four groups of customers. I didnt have time to wait and left after 10 minutes of listening to the alarm chirping.It was as if I was never there.
