I tried to use the online service, but they claim I have to go into the store. So, I do so today. They now claim they cannot help me because the ‘Sprint’ guy isn’t working today. T-Mobile BOUGHT Sprint…..what’s the problem? I just want to Pay off my phone. Why are you making it so difficult?
This is awful store they lie and dont do what they say theyre going to do. been waiting for my internet to arrive they had it delivered to store i called to check they said it hadnt the store never looked always understaffed long waits they dont know what theyre doing

Its unfortunate that we do not have a good experience in this store due to miscommunication. We were told something else about a new Samsung phone trade-in deal which was not the case and just because of that now we have to pay the amount that we did not signed up for.We are paying for the mistake that the store did.
This has become my favorite phone store. Juan here is really helpful and same with Jackie! They know what phones they work with and are always patient to make sure you leave satisfied! Great team! Keep it up!

Shout out to Jackie, who helped me tremendously. She helped fix a huge issue that was caused by the remote member care team. In-store reps have to deal with the disconnect and generous offers of misinformation given by phone/chat reps every day. If I could give this store less stars I would, the young lady in there told me my screen was broken and needed to do a insurance claim, so I call insurance and they said no the is a paneling issue on the inside so its a warranty problem, I then go to the Woodinville store because its closer to my work and they said they have no idea why Monroe told me to call insurance, they got the warranty exchange set up and had it sent to Monroe. The next day we go to pick up my phone that was delivered and they REFUSED to give me my new phone, the guy said its money out of his pocket and he wasnt going to do it. This happened last week, I wanted to take some time to cool down before I left a review. My family will never go back to this location, I cant believe that the guy wouldnt hand me my phone, mind you the girl who originally helped up the first time kept whispering in his ear and thats when he decided to not give us the phone. LONG story I Know but finally T-Mobile did an exchange but I had to wait two more day, meaning a total of almost a week without a phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Woodinville is far better and the people there actually care about your experience.

I have been to multiple T-Mobile stores throughout the state, and I found this one exceedingly helpful. The new management at this Location is very very knowledgeable about the services as well as the products T-Mobile offers. She more than answered all of our questions. She even called multiple other locations until she was able to find one that had 1 of the products that I needed.When I went back in a week later to get some questions answered she remembered me by name and greeted me with a smile.

I share a plan with my fiance. We ordered the special on the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. They gave us the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus by mistake and we didnt notice assuming they gave us the right thing, It wasnt until we were about to get cases for the phones, that we went into settings and about phone that we saw the phones were not the Ultra, but the Plus.She took the phones back to the store only 2 days after we had them and they charged a total of $100 to restock them! It was THEIR fault and there is a 14 day return policy!Be careful to be CERTAIN what you get as the boxes dont say it. You have to go into settings and then about phone. Yes, we should have known this somehow but trusted their expertise and paid $100 for absolutely nothing! With so many people out of work and suffering, including us, this speaks poorly of the inflexibility and lack of concern whether they lose good customers and obviously arent worried about looking bad to the public.
Had a very troublesome initial start to add my disabled relative to my plan. A mistake occurred from the start and took quite some time to resolve. Over time everything was resolved in a highly professional manner. Mistakes happen to everyone. I applaud Gunner, the associate servicing us. I could not be more pleased than to have the entire situation rectified so well. Beyond phenomenal service throughout the complications. I would not hesitate to have this store set up anymore services I could have.Thanks

I went here to update my daughters phone. I knew exactly what I wanted to get her and not once did they try to upsell me. The staff was down to earth and professional. We were in and out in under 10mins which is a record in my books. This is simply my new favorite T-mobile store.

I would do zero stars. I was informed to bring a hot spot back to them by customer care they refused it and then the guy assaulted me by pushing the box in my chest forcefully. Every time I go in every one is extremely rude and helps women out first no matter what.
Love this outlet, the staff are super friendly and awesome to deal with, just bought my new Note 4 from there. The Samsung representative happened to be there on my visit and was so helpful in answering my questions about the different phones and she gave me a bunch of free stuff! When it comes to customer service these guys are top notch! If you go here ask for Kelan, hes awesome!
The customer service is at best sub par. Most of the employees give you attitude and dont have a friendly demeanor. On top of the fact that T Mobile has the worst phone service as well. I have a brand new Nokia Windows phone, I do not download anything at all and use very little data yet no matter where I am at, what time of day, or what day it is I can hardly ever connect to the internet. YES all of my settings are set properly. Calls are dropped constantly and texts fail all the time. Funny thing is I just switched from Straight Talk where the phone service was GREAT!!! HUGE REGRET!!! T Mobile plain and simple is horrible service. And NO, Ive never written a single review but this is ridiculous. And to top it off they say theres nothing they can do to better my phone service. Ill be switching back to Straight Talk after this month is up, and hope people do the same.
This lady with Red Hair told my cousin and I to leave. We went to look for a pop socket for my cousins phone and she just said to leave the store. So we went to fredmeyers and got better service.

Im a guy that can be quick to criticize poor customer service but slow to compliment exemplary service. Today I want to make the effort to acknowledge some fine customer service by Scott at the Monroe store. I was activating 3 phones and porting my numbers over to tmobile. It was all straight forward -- Scott knew what he was doing and was pleasant, personable, and respectful. This is all well and good --- something Id like to expect. But what set his service apart were two follow up calls. Scott made the first call a few hours after I left the store to give me the status of the porting process (it had been delayed). It was really good to know that after leaving the store I was not a forgotten customer and unresolved issues were being addressed. The second call was made the next day simply confirming that my numbers had been correctly ported and all was well.Maybe this is standard protocall for tmobile salespeople. I just appreciated the good service and give 5 stars.

I wish I could pick 0 stars. My experience yesterday was completely unacceptable an Im still upset about it. I felt profiled an judged an not even sure why me an my husband were treated the way we were. I have 3 business lines with T-Mobile all with unlimited an insurance. I went in to spend more money by getting an otterbox an 2 aux cords an needing help switching to the replacement phone ins sent me. Both employees were helping others so we walked around looking for the products we needed but they didnt have them. So I sat an waited. The employee who was older, blonde hair an glasses was done with his customer so I stood up, went to walk to him he just looked at me, after a few seconds he says do you need something. I explained what help I needed. He said nothing an walked to his stand, I asked if that was something he could help with. In a condescending way he said ya its something I could do he proceeds to just grab my old phone do some stuff. To shorten this Ill skip another rude comment. Then says my Internet dropped from my account for some reason an then I think he was trying to ask a question from another employee by saying attention DJ jazzy jeff, excuse me DJ jazzy jeff no one answers maybe cause his co worker would like to be treated professionally an called by his name. He then walks away says or ask something of another employee an comes back to stand. Meanwhile not talking to me at all nor explaining what hes doing the whole time. As he restarts my old phone I receive a call which I ignore for him an then ask my man to go get my business planner from car so I could write down the message that I received. He does an comes back in. Employee is still not talking to me so I leave my phones on stand an take a seat, my man tells me hes gonna go have a smoke, kisses my forehead an as he opens the door the employee supposedly helping me walks toward door an says to my man excuse me do you have a problem my man stops an looks as he didnt hear what he asked, i said hes going out for a smoke. employee again rudely says you cant just go in an out of store. I was shocked by now an stood up an grabbed my phones an walked out. I have thought about this non stop. Shocked at how we were treated. From the time I walked in an this employee didnt bother to say hi can I help you, he looked us over an said is there something you needed followed by the rest. I can only think that he thought we were casing the place or something, even though he had my account an all my info pulled up. We are in our 40s an cleancut. Im just livid an will make sure the branch manager knows of this treatment. Im sure hoping this employee isnt the manager. Either way I will never go into this store again if that employee works there.
Bad experience. I just stop by to purchase a new phone. Its states on there website they close at 6pm and they were closed at 5 pm in Monroe Washington. I spoke two gentlemen that worked there threw the door. They told me to get lost and had an attitude with me. Im not appreciate that. Bad customers service. Im going to Verizon.
The worst customer service ever. If you do need to go into this store dont let a man named Scott assist you. He is very rude. I will never go back into this store. this is the second time I have had a bad experience.
