I bought a new Can Am from Jason, when we got there almost all the paper work was already completed. Financing was easy, everyone was very friendly. We drove 2 hours to this dealership when another ATV dealer is only 15 minutes from or house.

So my rzr was not charging so i traced it back to voltage regulator. So i then purchased the part from monroe powersports. I then realized i did not have the updated harness they told me that a recall was done and it should already be on the machine . it was not so they asked me to bring it back so the can recheck all the recalls. Come to find out none of the recalls were done. But someone at a different dealer said they did them all. So tim called polaris told them what was going on they then covered all my recalls free of charge. It was not about the money is was just that they went the extra mile to make sure it was done and done right. I have finally found a powersports. Place to do all my business. I will stay there and buy all my other new toys from tim and his crew very thank full.

Polite to the T. Answered all my questions and very helpful. If I were to puchase a machine again I would fo there. Make sure you check their stock to see if they have what you are looking for incase you want to walk out with set purchase the same day.

Absolutely positive experience. No games with the prices, and they beat the bigger boys best prices. Jason was as easy to work with as you could ask for, and I had their best price within 5 minutes on the phone. Cant recommend highly enough.

Great Place!I took my ATV in to have them troubleshoot it. Called ahead so they knew I was coming. Ryan the salesman greeted me and took me back to meet Tim the service manager. Tim confirmed some information with me in the office and came outside to help unload. He backed it off the trailer and started investigating the issues. After he asked a few questions he said they would call as soon as they knew something. I headed out. Professional and friendly, as always!

Customer service is awful, they’ll never call you to give you an estimate and they’ll just start working on your machine. Then if they find something else that’s wrong they’ll let it sit in there yard for a week then call you to say what’s wrong with it.

I would like to thank the entire staff at MPS for being very professional and doing such a grest job working on my 2011 and 2012 RMK Pros. Tim in the service dept. is great to work with, he keeps in contact with you and lets you know exactly what needs to be done to your sled. I will definitely go back for any further maintenance on them.
