Awesome experience. Bought several pieces. This place has been in town for quite a while and I knew nothing about it but its a true treasure. The staff there was super friendly and loaded everything themselves even when I offered to help. We had planned to move out of state, so we got rid of all our furniture. Life happened and the deal fell through. My family and I have been sitting on camp chairs for weeks. Problem is now solved thanks to this place.

Great place to donate your furniture and find something new. Their prices are reasonable and they offer delivery for a fee. Always have had good service here.

What a wonderful store! Nice layout, very clean and easy to navigate. Tape measures readily available and kind, very helpful staff. We were able to get three gorgeous, lightly used items that we love for less than $150!

Always lots of amazing finds in this store. The staff is always helpful and friendly when shopping for things. We bought a washer and dryer from them and they stand behind them. I would buy appliances from them again in a heartbeat. They are always turning over merchandise, so we try and go every so often.

This place hooked onto my trailer and moved it without my permission they moved it with a flat tire I have them on video unhooking it in front of my truck from theyre truck,, who do they think they are?? Id give them less then a star but you cant to let the public know how they conduct buisness!! It was across the street on a city street in wich they had no right to move it and it was obviously not abandoned and if they would of let me know it had a flat and needed to be moved it would of been done!! They obviously knew where I lived if they could drop it off they could of made contact instead,, legally

I literally look for any excuse to go to Donation Warehouse and I never walk out empty handed. I have seen good quality furniture and lots of cool retro furniture! The prices are beyond reasonable and so is the staff.

I have visited donation Warehouse in the past. Every time I visited the store today always AR good to me. I recently been employed by donation Warehouse and I must say the experience is just as good if not better. I highly recommend donation Warehouse to anyone who is looking for furniture not just because it has a great price but because it is owned by two wonderful people who raised 130000 dollars last year and 20/20 to go to abused kids and for children who have no parents who are incarcerated. I couldnt work for a better place.

Great experience all together! Called these guys to find a box spring mattress. They were super helpful, quick to my needs, and put a hold on an item for me with my name on it for pickup.

Some very nice pieces, reasonable prices, and terrific staff. I dont normally buy previously owned furniture but the quality, price, and excellent service changed my mind and I got a lovely chaise lounge, overstuffed chair, and occasional table. I will always check Donation Warehouse first now.

I walked in alone the other day and was looking forward to purchasing a chair. When I did walk in, I was greeted with more or less distain. I got little to no acknowledgement of my existence, which mind you is that not what Im complaining about. What Im complaining about is that I made mention that wanted to purchase a specific chair, however I didnt know if it was going to fit in my car. The woman working there mentioned they hold stuff for a week, great but I dont know anyone with a truck. So I went out to bring the seats down in my car and make room. When I walked back in she asked if it worked and I told her I could get a portion of the back seat down but I believe I got made enough room. She and her coworkers processed to stand there and do absolutely nothing. I received no help what-so-ever. People you want something from this place bring someone with you because its pretty dang clear you wont receive any help from anyone in store. Great prices, absolutely horrid service.

Donations Warehouse is the bomb! I bought a couch for $45! You cant beat that and it was clean and barely used! The best part is that the profits go to a charity I donate to anyway. Love it!

A used furniture and appliance store that uses its profit to help combat child abuse. Open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon to Fri, and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays, the prices are fair and theres always a good variety and selection. Delivery costs are reasonable. My recliner and dining table were delivered just a few days after I bought them. I know several others who have had only good things to say about the Donation Warehouse. Give them a go.

We got a washer here . And used it like 4 times and right about when the warranty time was up its stopped working so money down the drain I wouldnt recommend this place for appliance for a 1/3 more of what their asking usually you can just get brand new, or a better deal on craigslist.UPDATEFriendly customer service. Was contacted directly. Issue was resolved for free even out of warranty and quickly. Washer works well now.

Wow - I tried to donate to them and all I can say is dont waste your time. They are worthless. Even though I was trying to donate to them, they made it seem like they were doing me a big favor. Condescending much? And to people trying to help YOU out?Save your time - DO NOT waste life on these folks.And this is the mild version of what Id really like to say.Update : The owner, Lacy, called me back several times until she reached me. She was deeply apologetic. I had been talking to one of the employees - maybe I caught her on a bad day. So I will not remove the above, but will amend it with, the owners really are doing their best to run a serious business, and I would now change my attitude toward dealing with them in the future. But knowing that I might want to deal with the owners more so than the employees. :-)

A wonderful addition to Missoula 2nd hand shopping. The merchandise is well maintained and bargain priced. We visit once or twice a week as the best bargains go quickly. We have had good luck with appliances and great and fair help if there are problems. The staff are friendly, sincere and the best!

Personally, I love this place, its one of the things Missoula has to offer that it make it different then just any town in America. Should you have reason to go here, whether to donate or buy used furniture, everyone here is especially helpful but if your looking for specifics on any item in the store, ask for Mark....I cant say for certain but he seems to kind of run the show over there...great guy, very hard worker!

We often stop by to see what they have. Not a lot of inventory, but it changes all the time. Prices are very reasonable and staff is helpful. A great place for basic needs to furnish homes and usually some surprises too.

Dont know who is getting rid of all the furniture but worked out for me. It is a very good thing they are doing for abused children. I commend them on their mission. The staff was very nice as well.

This is just an excellent place to find good, used furniture. Staff are helpful, patient, and willing to schlep your find to your car.

I have bought several pieces of furniture there and most recently a washer and dryer. My dryer experienced some problems shortly after I got it home. They came to my house and traded it out no questions asked. Very friendly service.

We called Donation Warehouse to pick up our washer and dryer that was in good condition but no longer needed due to remodeling. They were prompt, professional and friendly! A great service in our community!

Nice that its donation based, and some of the profit gos too child abuse. However, I went in one day and over 75% of the products that were semi-newer and energy efficient were being saved for Professional Property Management. Kinda a disappointment figuring the receptionist told me that they had not been paid for and they were planned on being delivered the following day. Id figure PPM would put NEW items into their units for their tenants, but wait they are pretty crappy to their tenants anyway. Guess they gotta not just rip people off, but buy used cheap items too.

Had a good frige to get rid of and they didnt take it and I had a area rug too in good shape and in the past I had a used couch and a TV entertainment center like 6 month old and they said couldnt take it so I recommend to find a diffrent place to take ur donations I rate them as a fail

One must shop often @ DW because the inventory changes so quickly....I have always received excellent care there and questions answered about items...99% of the time they have much nicer furniture and appliances than other local second hand places that are just so junked up because they deal with everything. YOU CANNOT beat DWS prices...as a matter of fact, I am going back this morning to see if the couch I was admiring is still there today...10 am cant some fast enough...great people--always busy and very courteous! God bless DW! As an abused child I wish there had been sooner intervention than there was....this is an important charity...

How is this place still open? Im from Arizona and my daughter just moved to Missoula to start College at the UM in the fall. I went up to Missoula to help her find furniture for her apartment and went to the Donation Warehouse. I could not believe what I found, mattresses that smelled like cat pee, couches where the cushions were all ripped and torn. This store smells just like one big litter box. This store would not be open for more then a month in Arizona.....We found some nice clean furniture at some yard sales in Missoula, MT. Plus from what I read from the other reviews this store in not a Non Profit anyways.
