The Beyond part of this store is pretty crazy. Some wild haired old dude gave me a remote control that works on time in real life. Thought I was tripping.

Love this store but the smells were very strong and could not stay. Not sure if its a cleaner or freshener but it made me sneeze. A lot.

Good quality sheets and shower curtain for my new apartment. Ill be back for more stuff.

When I checked out two years ago, the clerk recommended that a Beyond + membership would save me money. Bed, Bath, and Beyond stored my credit card information without my permission and has been auto-renewing my membership fee without my permission. There is a class action lawsuit pending. Bed, Bath, and Beyond will not refund my money.

Glad theres still a physical store where you can feel the quality of the towels. Sometimes some of the things I buy online look great but once I get them Im like this ugh .......Id be better off drying off with paper towels. Plus online you can never really tell about the color can you? Im sure there is going to come a time sooner than we think when all these physical box stores will be gone and everything will be online but until then I like looking through the kitchen gadgets and getting ideas for bedroom and bathrooms redos.👍

Cashiers and manager were so rude because I returned items 5mins after I bought due to misleading coupons.Hard to get around store with all the new inventory in aisles.Wont go back. During this time we are going through, customer service should be at its absolute best.

It is a Bed, Bath & Beyond. It fulfills everything you think of when that name is invoked. Its got the bed stuff, sheets liners, and other bed things. Its got the bath stuff, tells, floor mats, and other bath things. Its got the beyond stuff, organizing, random assortment of electronic things, scales, cooking stuff, and all of the other beyond things you would think of.

Online order pickup could use some fine tuning 😆

So much stuff at a decent price. Good luck getting help, the staff are miserable.

I had trouble renewing my beyond+ account. The ladies at the checkout worked on it for me & finally fixed the problem! Everyone at the store was nice & very helpful.

BB&B is always a strange place for me. Product selection is good and prices okay. Shoppung experience is mediocre, the store is too busy/crowded.

We were able to find everything from counter stools to a cover for our couch. Staff was helpful and busy wiping everything down.

Ordered a glass and wood serving set as a wedding gift online for contactless pickup, and it was delivered to the car in nothing but a plastic bag. It was clearly a display, because it should have come individually wrapped and in a box. There were stickers peeling on the wooden part and other signs of damage. No gift receipt provided either.

Always bring your coupon with you! They take expired coupons from their monthly mailers. Also, you can get text coupons, but those ones do truly expire. Were really happy with the wall decor and counter height stools weve purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond. They have great sales and the coupon even worked on an item that was 50% off in store.

They had the teal mixer I was looking for as a display model and they sold it to me with no problem. I would recommend them every time.

Good place to pick up kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and other smaller household items. very competitive prices on curtains and window covers. If you need odds and ends or random cooking and food prep devices this is a decent place to get them.

Great store for inexpensive kitchen gadgets. Good selection of cookware. Dining room, bed, and bathroom accessories are decent too. I usually just browse through the store and end up buying something I never knew I needed!

Great place to go to kill time

Love their store! Cant afford to go often, however when I do go, the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is neat, clean and organized. And they carry lots of selections in a variety of price ranges. I went in looking for a pillow. They had lots of them to select from I just didnt have $50+ to spend on a single pillow. I did find something I think will work for the time being. And found the MOST comfortable slippers Ive ever owned!!!

This store is so fun to shop in! It seems to have every kitchen gadget known to man. The staff are always very helpful. Also the merchandise on the clearance racks have amazingly low prices. I dont normally browse but this store is fun just to what is available. Recommend!

Nice Customer service

Floor staff very attentive and helpful. The woman at check out was very snippy, almost rude when I attempted to hand her a coupon because she wasnt ready for it. We bought a lot of stuff, towels, rugs, etc. and she asked if we wanted bags. Really? I sense a training issue. Very positive experience until check out.

I dont know how the clerks always know what Im looking for, but their predictions are preternatural. I love the selection of three- and single-wick candles, and the sales are always worth checking out. This place routinely solves at least 20% of my Christmas shopping.

The store is filled with everything. We went to buy a robe. So shocked to find out that the robes are 69.95. just seemed a little high. Actually went on line and bought 2 robes at that price. From Overstock. Please check on line before purchasing something major. They do have some great prices on other stuff. I will shop here, just not for robes

Been going here for years. I’ve bought two duvets from this store as well as a down comforter. I was recently in the store and was making a comment to my boyfriend about the price of an UGG pillow. The employee working the floor overheard and simply looked at us and said “ the clearance is over there”. I’m assuming she was being genuine. Would have given a five star but this came off a little bit rude. You shouldn’t make assumptions about customers income or what they can afford.

This is a great store full of fun gadgets and a very helpful staff. Love their coupons as well. They also are great with doing special orders. I recommend shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond!

I went in there recently buying something for my wife for anniversary and they were super helpful. They made sure to help me with all my questions and it only took a minute because of all their help! Great service!

If you return something make sure you have your receipt . I purchased a coffee maker a few months ago and i did not save my receipt. they would not take it back . My big mistake. Other than that great store .

Were very helpful in finding a certain pillow I buy has to be ordered made sure that all my needs were made.Waited patiently to get up front being handicap like I am.Its a neat place to go.

Had to return a food processor, they were wonderful about doing the return, very apologetic, that I had to drive back to their store cause the processor had a defective.

I didnt visit the store. My phone said I did, but I really didnt. I promise. I just parked in front of it, sort of.

My curtain rod and 2 63 inch curtain panels cost almost a $100. Not impressed

Lots of great merchandise and a lot of variety and its great all the coupons they give and they never expire even though theres an expiration date on them they will always accept them.

I have ordered fragile items online (items are not available in stores) twice. Both times the items were broken. The packing was the worst Ive ever seen. The customer service number is of no help, in the most recent call the customer service representative have me a false extension number and name to call after Id returned the item. Its a nightmare trying to get a replacement. The second order was a gift for Christmas. Rather than just replace it, they credited it back to the credit card so now it has to be reordered instead of being replaced. I wonder if the next shipment will arrive broken?

Its a chain... What can I say? Friendly staff but I was trying to order an item and they couldnt order it. I had to simply wait for it to come in and they wont even call you when it arrives. That is a little inconvenient.

Deceiving sales. Posters in front of store dont match at checkout. Staff cant explain why and will go with the higher marked even with the advertisement 20 ft away. They have some really nasty, bad, banned in Europe additives in their products. Cant go here because of that and cant enjoy the non-body stuff because they cant price a product.
