I just got a text from Home Depot. Didn’t ask for a text. Didn’t want a text. Couldn’t text back??? I will never shop at Home Depot ever again because of this text tonight. Invade my privacy??? Shame on you!!!!

The man in the flooring department was amazing. He definitely new what he was talking about, such as square feet, square yard, and how to minimize waste. He gave us a couple very helpful demonstrations too. If you need flooring go to Home Depot theres great service and flooring starting at .53/square foot. Below is a picture of the trall we will use for the adhesive. Which we did not know we needed until this man helped us. Thank you for the help!

Got a water heater. Had to order it as it wasnt in stock. Drove an hour to pick it up. Got home and unboxed it to find dents and missing screws. Home Depot was AWESOME about taking care of me. I explained the situation and how hard it was for me to get to Missoula. They arranged for a courier to pick up the dented unit, and gave me free shipping on a new one to my home! A+ customer service. I spoke with a newer staff member named Lindsey. She and the other local people were all top notch. Had to speak to an online rep who shouldnt be answering phones. At the end of the day they went above and beyond. Im sure theyll do this for anyone who needs it as long as you treat their staff members with respect and speak to them the same way you would want to be spoken to. Dont curse, yell, demand, or call people names. If you do these things, you deserve a terrible experience.

Buy appliances from somewhere else!We bought a dishwasher and were told that delivery would be Fri, Sept 17 (after delivery date was pushed back repeatedly). I stay home from work to accommodate their 4 hour delivery window. No delivery! Many phone calls later, we are assured that it should have shown up that day, but Monday is the next delivery date. I take time off work again. Another 4 hour window. No delivery! They do not know why I was not on the schedule. Next delivery date, next Saturday. They call, no delivery! They will get it to us on Monday, you will get a call on Sunday. No call, no delivery! Whos responsible? That depends who you talk to that day.A person at the delivery trucking company was telling me over the phone how their company is terrible. Youd think that a the Home Depot would be able to vet their middle men better.

This Home Depot has everything. We had to buy some materials for a project at the last moment and this location had seeds and little greenhouses that were extremely needed. There are also some rare for the US fruit trees, which we also bought. We came during our vacation, but it is still a great place to visit :)

My husband and I just recently purchased a new home. We went into Home Depot to pick up interior paint after deciding on Behr Swiss Coffee for our living room. Russell, the paint expert at Home Depot, was so helpful, friendly, and reassuring. We are new to picking qualities of paint and Russell explained everything so well. We felt super confident in our choice when we got home with our 6 gallons of paint. Such a great experience!

IF you can find a cluster of employees and break em up, its awesome. Its unusual to find help quickly.But today I found the cluster. I had my new (heavy) toilet loaded up in my truck less than 20 minutes after getting to the store. Woot!

My dishwasher is supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Home Depot cant tell me an appx time. Maybe in the Morning or in the Evening. The delivery company might call me Friday Morning with an appx time. Home Depot told me I have to stay home all day and to be sure and answer my phone. I work full-time. What poor customer service.

I do like shopping at this Montana store a lot, but one thing I dont understand. Why do you not carry Frost Blankets? It is June and we have bought all of our beautiful flowers and guess what, we are having Frost tonight. NO ONE in the Missoula area carries them. They should be in stock practically all year. That said this Home Depot is great and the employees are so friendly and helpful.

Missoula Home Depot cant tell me where my order is but they can tell me its late. The link they provide for my order doesnt work. The tracking number for my order says its on the way but nobody knows where its at? Try to call in to talk to a human is a joke. When you finally get someone they dont have a clue. Im 60 miles away and going in to check my order is getting old.The UPS tracking number is a joke. They dont even know what state my package is in?

Very terrible delivery service! I missed the morning call from the Home depot and no one called back. it is impossible to get through to the customer service or by the specified phone numbers.

I love Home Depot Missoula. Lowes is across the street as a choice, and 95% I choose Home Depot. Great service, clean and everything I need for my home projects!

Simply put had blast found everything I needed for my build project.

Again, some employees just walking around avoid customers. Some care. Gal helping out in blinds, thank you. Prices in lumber area needs to be checked out, wood in wrong bins or bins not marked or marked with wrong price.

I will start off by stating that I like Home Depot in Missoula Vs Lowe’s. I find the people more friendly all around. I am a Contractor and have shopping at Home Depot since 2000. Since 2020 I have noticed one of the assistant managers named Wally being rude to the employees on several occasions. Wally is always nice to customers but the last time I asked one of the other workers for help with finding a lumber cart and a few other things, Wally came up and started to questioning the worker why they were helping me…last time I checked, customer service was the number one priority. I’m happy to remove this review but this Wally lady needs to be talked to.Maybe if someone talked to her the way she talked to other employees, she would think twice.

I really like their staff and they are very helpful. Whether Im shopping for my home or utilizing the pro desk, I know there is always someone there able snd willing to help me with my questions/order.

We ordered some carpet and got great service from Kylier. She was knowledgeable and friendly and assisted us from start to submitting our order. We would highly recommend her.

Home Depot good place to get paint or supplies for home repair.

Clean, lots of helpful staff, great selection in all departments. Bought items in plumbing, gardening, cleaning & electrical. Found everything we needed. As of two days ago they were still enforcing masks. Both my husband & I have completed the Covid vaccine a number of weeks ago but have no problem with continuing to wear masks.

The service desk said they had laser levels on isle 20 but not so. There was nobody there to ask or help. Make your own decision. JUST ORDER IT ONLINE. The local stores dont care about keeping the business local any more. Order online, get it delivered to your door and be done with it. Its that simple.

Lowes called home depot for me to see if they had a product I needed, they said yes. It was late and I had a 2 hour drive home. When I got there the girl working at the contractor desk said yes we have it and she got me some help because I couldnt find it. They did not have it after I drove back to them to get it. Usually we like home depot, but I really think some employees need more training in products.

They are as good as anybody. They often have lumber that Lowes doesnt have. Other than that Home Depot and Lowes are the same store.Just one in Orange and one in Blue.

This place needs to work on customer service. There was no one around to help me find the things I needed and in such a large store this is absolutely vital. The tools I needed were out of stock. And I mean all of the hand tools.When it came time to pay for my stuff the staff came out of the woodwork. Its an all to familiar situation I run into here in Missoula. Being brown means that nine out of ten stores I go into Im followed by a not-so-discreet employee watching to see if I steal. Home Depot was a little different in that they waited until I paid and went through the things I bought. Meanwhile the three other white customers werent treated the same way.I wont be shopping here anymore.

Nice store, at least their shelves are stocked, unlike Walmart in Missoula.

You should consider giving a raise to the appliance guy my lord does he know appliances Ive worked in the appliance business for 20 years and this man I can talk days with about appliances great job great job

Jake helped us find the Husky Tool Boxes we were looking for. Jake has amazing customer service skills. He let us know every step and what to expect when there was some necessary waiting on our part. The price was so reasonable that we bought 2 sets! Our visit was a great experience.

Contrary to what some people say, the employees here are not just knowledgeable they are happy to share it. Most every visit has left me a satisfied customer.

I been here twice tried to get help with a floor.. instead was told how hard it is to maintain a floor like the one we have. Its a 2 instead of a 1 cause the checkout lady was very polite and courteous

The service is prompt. Its hard to see an employee without getting a friendly smile and help finding something fast. Their pricing for the materials I purchase is better than the local supply store with contractor pricing. They always give my dog treats and there is a covered area for contractors to load.

Horrible customer service. Bought a frigidaire gallery induction stove and the thing just beeps error messages every time I cook. Cant get a hold of anyone at the warranty dept. They say call this number, and no one answers that number. Trying to take the stupid thing back but of course that needs manager approval and a manager has yet to call me back.

I went through once to get some sockets n wrenches through self checkout no problem. Realized after using said tools in the parking lot to change out rear taillights that I needed a bag to hold all the tools so went back in. At checkout I received a disgusting look from the lady attending the self checkout. She made sure to look me up and down and proceeded to open the bag as she assumed I was stealing only to be disappointed as there was nothing there but the bag. I proceeded to checkout with my home depot credit card as I normally do feeling the eyes still in me. She even had the audacity to look at the card I was using as if I couldnt have the money for it. I spend a lot of money here but will pay off the card and open a new account with Lowes due to this experience. Hire better people......

Its a nice clean store. The people that are working are nice too. Dont expect to get asked if you need help though. They will help if you can find someone and ask for help. They dont have a lot of stuff here in missoula, you have to order online for a lot. But it is a home depot.

This place is awesome and has everything I need. Staff are friendly and helpful while pricing is fair and affordable. Parking isnt terrible and I can walk in knowing nothing and leave with some knowledge about what I needed and how to build it.

Walked around for 20 minutes trying to find what I was looking for. Passed at least 10 employees in that time and not a single one offered to point me in the right direction. Gotta give some extra love to a lady who is shopping solo and doesnt know her way around home depot. At least thats what I would do at my job, being in the business of customer service myself.

Wish they would carry more swamp cooler parts they never have enough so there always out as soon as they get them. Now I have to go across town to ace. Ugh. Very frustrating. Brian Harris

The service at this location is terrible. We are doing a bathroom remodel and are doing the work ourselves. We bought a toilet and tub a few days ago. We wanted some help with choosing and nobody was able to help. I ended up looking things up on my phone while the employee continued doing whatever he was doing. I asked if they could page someone that could answer questions, no response.At Checkout they asked if we needed help loading and we said yes. I have a hand injury so not easy to lift things. Nobody showed, they paged again, nobody. We went outside and there was an older employee organizing cards and was asked by a store person to help. He did not know how to lift or arrange things so we ended up doing it ourselves.Today my husband went to pick up hardiebacker board and mortar. There was one board and the rest was still secured on a pallet. He went to the front desk and asked for help. He waited and waited and nobody came so he ended up finding someone himself. When he asked the employee for some advice the employee didnt know anything about the products and again could not be bothered with it and left my husband standing. At the till he was asked if he needed help loading, he said yes but nobody came and he ended up doing it himself.This is for us the last time we will shop here. They used to have qualified staff but not anymore, now employees know nothing and dont seem to care at all.Hope management will get with it!!!

I bought 1200 sq.ft. of life proof flooring. I was not happy with this product, joints and seems don’t close up nice and after doing everything I could to ensure that it wasn’t the method I was using to install it that was at fault I called the store manager to complain and find a solution. I was told that because I wasn’t using their installation services it wasn’t their problem and it had to be my fault and that I would have to contact the manufacturer and put in a claim. I have laid other brands of similar products and never had these problems. I am building a new house and have spent a ton of money at Home Depot on the project. I will not be spending another dime there now and will be buying across the street at Lowe’s. Lifeproof flooring is made in China, the product that Lowe’s sells is made in the USA.. Very Unsatisfied
