Brandon fixed our 15 year old washing machine in around 15 minutes. We almost cancelled the appointment because we thought maybe we should buy a new machine. So glad we didnt. Very pleased with the service we received.

I have had them fix three of my appliances - dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. They have done a great job each time. I especially like the communication. They let you know when they will be there and then they show up when they say they will. Great place! :)

Worst customer service experienced in my whole life. Paid for a replacement part and was completely forgotten about. Reminded the staff we were waiting on a part and was told there were shipment delays. They didn’t bother checking tracking until a whole week after I started inquiring about the lost part. The parts manufacturer didn’t return their call so instead of calling them back they just forgot about my order for a third time and went about doing business. I had to physically show up at their shop in a pandemic to remind them I had a part on order and only then did they contact the manufacturer and reorder the part. 23 days after the original purchase was made. I’ve never done business with any establishment that made us feel so neglected and it’s purely a lack of good organization and customer satisfaction skills.

One of your drivers needs to be more aware of what constitutes cutting a person off in traffic. Otherwise he handled it professionally... after pulling over to be confrontational.

Brandon got us fixed up! Nice to get something fixed rather than replaced. He repaired our bar fridge and our dishwasher. The replacement cost was about 2600 dollars for the two appliances, the bill was 375. That made sense and they are working well.

I have worked with Allbrands for many years and have always had good experiences with them. they can get most parts the next day and the prices are near what you can find on the web, but you dont have to wait so long. As far as in home service, they are great, on time and clean up after themselves. If they replace a part, they leave the old part with you, so you know what you are getting installed is actually a new part. give Beau a call and he will fix you up!

Weve used All Brands twice now, once to replace a light bulb in our wall oven (much more complicated than it sounds) and once to service/replace our gas cooktop with an induction one. The techs have all been professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions! John went above and beyond when installing our cooktop, getting creative to install it correctly even though our countertop wasnt set up to initially work with the parts sent from the cooktop company. I really appreciated him taking some extra time and ingenuity to make it the best that it could be instead of just giving up/setting it in place. Beau is upfront about scheduling and pricing in the office. Overall we are pleased with our experiences here and will call them again if needed. Plus they work with our home warranty company so thats a bonus!

I had no idea what I was doing, but thanks to All Brands I was able to figure out what was wrong with my oven, get the part I needed, splice the part to the old connecter, and fix my oven. They were super friendly and helpful, not at all condescending, and didnt pressure me to hire a pro. Ill use them again. If there were more businesses like this itd be a better world.

Hired to fix a simple dishwasher handle, they left us with a leaking machine. They did finally correct their mistake but you will have to hound them and deal with lame excuses. They also might suggest they be paid again to correct their mistake, as in our case. Responsibility and integrity arent part of their brand. Not recommended.

I have had them come out three times and they worked on my washer on two separate occasions and my washer is still not fixed. The technician who came out told me he didnt know what to do or if my washer would ever be fixed and good luck getting the manufacturing company to honor their warranty. He also told me they were only getting paid for the one visit and it was a waste of their time to fix my washer. Upon leaving this last time he said if it doesnt work this time call GE and make a new claim tell them it was fixed and isnt working again and you want it serviced so we can get paid That is bad business in my opinion. You are better off going somewhere else to get your appliances fixed.

Very crabby and rude customer service. Work that was done less than 6 months ago they will not stand behind. Regardless of the warranty of a part (90 days), there is still a warranty on the service and quality of the repair. Maybe the guy didnt fix the real problem in the first place???? The rude customer service when I called to inquire about the warranty of the part and let them know that the same issue is present again, was just unbelievable. I did nothing wrong by calling and being as polite as possible. Try just a bit of kindness. It can make all of the difference in the world. Isnt that what customer service is supposed to be? Heck the guy yelled at me for asking about the warranty of the part and kept interrupting me. Wow!!!!

Never us this company! Incredibly rude and will not work around your schedule to fix appliances. I will never use this company again...I have tried 3 times to schedule with them. All i can say is: If you want great customer service, search elsewhere.

Great at coordinating repairs! They are prompt and friendly with scheduling and I can trust them to do the job right. We have used them countless times and have never been disappointed.

Pretty bad service. From when I called to when repair was complete was almost three weeks. They charged for two service calls, the second of which took maybe 15 minutes, and was only necessary because they did not have the part in stock. Pretty good scam. Just make sure to not stock any parts, and then you can charge for two visits instead of one. Other repair places I have used would have done the second visit for free or reduced cost.

All brands carried oneone parts to help me fix my oven. They ordered in a part and it came in the next day. Prices were the same as the internet based dealers and I would much rather spend my money local. Thanks guys.

LG sent them out to do warranty work. There was a mixup with the warranty and LG is now covering the claim. I explained this to the lady from AllBrand. She told me they dont do LG warranty work. I told her LG arranged the service so at the time they did the service obviously they did work for them. Her response was they would send me to collections. WOW HORRIBLE and dont recommend this company to anyone.

I have an off brand range that had some problems. The company could not help since they are only available in bigger cities. All Brands was able to find the cause, order the parts, and have it fixed. Great service!

Phew -- freezer working again. Appointment scheduled pleasantly and efficiently; repair person showed up right on time; he was extremely knowledgeable, very committed to keeping things cleaned up, good advice for afterwards. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely terrible service, my ice maker was damaged from lightning and after the initial visit which cost $70 I had to pester them 3 times to order the part to fix it. After the fourth call (FIVE WEEKS WITH NO ICE) the man still knew nothing about what I was talking about so I looked up the part number and the first webpage had the part $55 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me. What a joke and now we have to pay somebody else $70 again to come out and look at it so instead of fixing our problem all they have done is cost us more money.

Used to like them a lot. Then they bungled a repair and made it a customer service nightmare. They refused to replace the components their service tech broke and refused to come out to fix it unless I paid them more money. Owner was extremely rude when I called to try and work things out. Stay away. Unprofessional owner and techs. To be fair their secretary was very nice to work with (prior to the owner getting involved)
