This was one of the best experiences of customer service I have ever had. From the corporate office to the local office, everyone I talked to was polite and friendly and transferred me to the person I needed to talk to. In addition, their online chat service was a great first step to getting what I needed. I will definitely work with them again.

Super fun place for a variety of kitchen items. We were looking for some higher quality utensils than you would find at other local places. They had exactly what we were looking for. And we got some ideas for appliances for a future kitchen. The staff was very helpful too.

Whoever answered the phone was very snobby and could really care less as to what I wanted definitely want to take the time to even go into this place.
