I appreciate that the technician was courteous of my time by arriving on time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, as well as sharing with me some tips to maintaining my dishwasher for the long haul. Very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend for any dishwasher repair needs.

Bad company Never shows up never communicates think they’re on Montana time. They seem to fail to realize that peoples lives and time are as valuable as theirs. My suggestion is that Best Buy fire them.

I saw great reviews of Appliance Pros and Sean on another social media site, so when my washing machine started acting up, I gave them a call. Sean was on time, polite, courteous, and helpful. When he opened the washing machine and saw that is was very dirty, he cleaned it even though he did not have to. When diagnosing the problem, he found a screw under the washing machine, screwed it in, and problem solved. He charged me less than what was quoted for a house call. I would HIGHLY recommend Sean for appliance needs, and I will call him first for any needs I have in the future.

Great service, honest, took the time to the explain the problem. Gave me tips on how to best run my appliance. They were also 63% less than A&E (Sears) for the same service. I 100% recommend them!

JIM IS ONE IN A MILLION ! He explained what needed to be done to properly fix dryer venting. Jim came at the end of his day to help me out. I needed to have the dryer vented so sheetrockers could finish patching the wall so my house could be inspected as I had sold it. Without Jim I would have never made the deadline.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Twice this company was supposed to show up at a certain time which i scheduled my life and job around and both times (years apart) they dont hold up to their end, meanwhile Im losing money. Horrible customer service all around. Lady says this had never happened before. Guess Im just the unlucky one.
