Fantastic customer service! We came in for a test drive, and were in a car in just a few minutes. No pressure, just there to answer any questions you may have. We left thoroughly impressed with the Model 3 and the experience. We wanted to test out a Mach E, but apparently Ford doesnt have any to test drive anywhere in the entire metro area!! They just made our decision easy. Cant wait to drive our new Model 3.

Weve watched many Tesla videos on You tube so decided to visit the showroom. We looked at the model Y. Very nice car with thoughtful design features. It has a comfortable seat height so you dont have to go up or down to get in and out.Quiet comfortable and lots of torque. We ordered one!

Some of the worst service ever. you can barely get through to an actual person on the phone without being put on hold for at least 20 minutes. my car delivery date was pushed back 3 times with no discount, loaner car, or anything to compensate for the over month late delivery.

Brought my car in for some things to be repaired that weren’t up to par on delivery. They used touch up paint to fix where the drivers side front door hits the drivers side rear when closing. Didn’t even do a good job on it. Then they aligned the drivers side rear door but didn’t fix the paint that was caused by a rock hitting the area where the door should cover. Also, they took off my aftermarket mud flaps and threw them away and put on tesla ones. Didn’t ask or anything. They also put 8 miles on it somehow. This place is horrible.

Had a very well organized test drive and super helpful assistance from one the sales representatives. The experience was as seamless as possible.

Under staffed may be a stretch, but they can definitely use more staff, when busy its hard to get a hold of anyone. However the ones that are out there are outstanding.Coming to the location, it may be one of the bad choices they made, I have been to Tesla stores in IL, CA, WA and this is by far the saddest one of all. Its hard to find a reason for the choice of location and there a huge number of great options in 2 mile radius if they wanted to be in suburbs. As this is the only location in the all of MN, ND, SD, NE, WI, IA they could definitely do better.

Love these guys! Elisa, our delivery assistant, was the best! We purchased a model 3 this past weekend and couldnt be happier with the car! As for the non traditional way of purchasing a car online and delivering method, it was nice to avoid all of the regular dealership BS and get straight to picking up our car. Everyone here is so gracious, kind, and so informative. There is just great Vibes in this place. We had a small hiccup with our paperwork, but our delivery assistant went out of her way to make it up to us, couldnt be happier! We even did our trade-in online and got a really good trade in price for our used pickup. So if you are on the fence about buying a Tesla, I can highly recommend, so go buy one already!

Schedule a ride. Have some patience. Take in the knowledge from the sales rep. Hit the road for a 20 minute cruise and be prepared to have your life changed. These vehicles represent what is optimistically evolving with technology and what is coming for the near future and it’s bright and beautiful. I was very satisfied with my sales rep and even happier to hear his stories of his own personal Tesla. After my scheduled ride the sales rep even showed us his own Tesla and shared his own stories of Tesla ownership which I find to be beneficial. I felt a good connection and when the time comes to make a Tesla purchase this will be my first stop.

Beautiful show room. Friendly service. Awesome cars. This was a fantastic experience. Or online test-drive request didnt work, but the folks at the store took care of us. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Best car purchase experience Ive ever had

First, my car. I got a silver dual motor long range model 3 with full self driving back in September 2018. The car is everything I hoped it would be. luxurious, fast, techy, sporty, and fun to drive. I was worried the honeymoon phase would wear off quickly, Im still excited everytime I get to drive it.as for Tesla Service, its been good, but a hit or miss. the extra communication via text is a nice touch, but scheduling an appointment is a pain even through the app because if the long wait times. I once had to send it back after being repaired because it wasnt repaired right. but Tesla set me up with a free loaner so it wasnt all bad.

Tesla is quick to make the sale by offering a Referral Program of 1000 miles free to me. But I have checked with other users, the Tesla Facebook page, the FAQs, tesla.com, and my mobile app and I have not been able to find a way to actually use my free miles. I called in and there is no person I could reach and the auto attendant just said go to tesla.com, which of course I already checked and couldnt find anything. Very disappointed in Tesla to make this hard for e to get as I have at least 4 other referrals I could put in, but I wont be unless they can fix this for me.

Fantasic model 3 test drive experience from Eden Prairie Tesla in MN. Thanks Sam & Kate! Great smooth acceleration. Kate was so helpful getting us set up & answered our questions. We tried 2 different Hy-Vees to charge (1 super charger & 1 where the adapter was needed). Made driving fun again for this 100 mile/day commuter.

Not your typical car and definitely not the typical car buying experience. Elon has reinvented both. You can do the entire purchase online; including financing. They will match or beat any rate.Salespeople are very knowledgeable and most are Tesla owners. They will not try to sell you anything. The car sells itself. I waited 9 months- due to new model and Covid. It was well worth the wait.Weekends are very popular. If you want a no-rush long test drive, and I do suggest this, make an appointment during the week.

So obsessed to the experience of Tesla we said yes to the car. Don’t go unless you are ready to purchase because these cars will haunt your dreams. Sales Associates are not your typical car salesman and are consistently helpful through the process.

I went over to Tesla on a whim being curious about the cars. I was helped by Aiden who got me set up in a test drive through the website so when I got there he gave me the card for the car and explained for me how to use it. They are a little different and you have to get used to some of the features. That is not a bad thing. Tesla absolutely spoils you. These cars are ridiculous when it comes to technology that makes driving simple.Aidens enthusiasm and passion for the products where not singled to him. The entire staff is so high energy it is contagious. I drove that car for 2 blocks before turning around knowing I was buying it. Once there, Aiden helped me understand having an EV before how to set myself up to charge at him for a minimal cost, or the luxury version and let me pick which one was better suited for me. He showed me what plugs did what and how to get the most out of the vehicle.Tesla provides videos that are short, informative, and not padded with sales pitches to help you understand how to use the car to its fullest potential so when I got my very own Tesla, I knew exactly what everything did.My advice, buy a Tesla, see Aiden, love life for the next 10 years.

Nice showroomThe showroom is beautiful, well maintained and staff are courteous. They have plenty of superchargers in the parking lot.My Model 3 was charged to 80%. But when I told that I had to travel long distance, they charged it to 99%.They go through the basic about new car and are ready to answer any questions. For test drive it is advised to schedule before delivery date. However I did not have time to do test drive, I purchased the car and drove a while in the parking lot and hit the highway. Tesla Model 3 is really easy and fun to drive too!

New cars are always exciting right? For everything that is very custom- the restrooms lack finesse. Not really a problem, but unexpected with Mr.Musks attention to detail and experience.

Signed up for a test drive - easy and great experiencePlaced an order to for an inventory vehicle the week after, and the single point of contact I was told to email at this location failed to reply to me for multiple days, even after I expressed interest and urgency. Thankfully I called in and spoke to AJ who helped me purchase the vehicle and take care of financing etc - very helpful, if it werent for AJ I 100% would not have purchased at this location.I had to track someone down to help me even after placing an order, I wish the sales team wouldve reached out to me and been more helpful.

I am so thankful to the manager Todd and everyone at this Tesla location! I had a great experience purchasing the car from them and I have loved owning it, but it was only recently when I had to have the car repaired that I was blown away by their support. I took it to a third-party repair shop and Tesla had no obligation to help, but when they heard about the extended timeline for the repair, Todd reached out to their manager to advocate on my behalf. Because of his help, my car is down to an estimated repair time of one month — instead of the six months I was originally quoted. It is such a rare and special quality to genuinely care about your customers they way they do here. I am a Tesla owner for life after this experience!

We had an absolutely flawless experience getting our Tesla. no Hassel for extra paperwork.we were assigned an agent who helped us over the phone and emails throughout the process. Delivery process was super simple as well. We were in and out of the dealership. Took about 10 mins.This was literally the first time getting a car wasnt a pain and the process went smoothly 😊

Wonderful service here! I am lucky to live so close to it. I was just wanting to test drive a vehicle as I was going to be renting one in another state a month later. I let the guy know that I just wanted to get a feel for the car and know the ins and outs before my rental. The employee was very understanding and took his time to show me everything about the car. He was not pushy, nor did he try to talk me into buying one. (Although I would love one). I never felt rushed and he told me that if I ever had any questions about the cars that I could call him directly. Well done Eden Prairie team!

The employees were friendly and very helpful. I test drove a Model 3, not expecting to love it since Im a hands-on driver, not typically an Autopilot driver. But the car is incredibly agile, with excellent feedback and handling dynamics. I ate my words and bought a Model 3 Performance vehicle. IMHO, superior to BMW or Porsche as a daily driver at that price point.

Super friendly and capable staff - I worked with Aidan over the phone and JP in person, and both were courteous and knowledgeable. Test drive was great and I had plenty of time to test out the car in different environments and get a lot of questions answered. JP, you rock.Showroom is a bit cramped, but the waiting room/lounge is spacious and theres water and coffee.

It was a great car but at the same token I am now debating if I should look to buy a used model S instead.I personally love what Tesla stands for in terms of making awesome electric cars that get us off from petroleum consumption.These cars are what every car manufacturer will strive to beat.Incredible performance with awesome safety features and gadgets.

As soon as I walked in the sales door, three people immediately jumped on me for not wearing a face diaper. Not a good sales experience to be treated like a disease.

I am from New York and I come to Minnesota every summer to visit family. As a big Tesla fan, I thought it would be a great idea to take them to see what Tesla was all about. We were immediately welcomed and were shown around. The entire staff was extremely down to earth. I asked if it would be possible to do some sort of ride along and they said yes. We made an appointment. When we showed up, we were greeted again and got ready for the ride. Sam, our Tesla representative, took us out for a half hour and we had an absolute blast. We made so many memories that we will remember forever. Thank you to the entire Tesla staff for everything!

Wanted to check out a Tesla model s for the 1st time. It was everything I could imagine. I Was given a thorough test drive and had all my questions answered. The advisor was patient and knowledgeable. Since I am a model 3 reservation holder feel good that I am good hands with these guys. Awesome experience. Just stopped in tonight to admire and interact with the Tesla vehicles. Cynthia was patient with us, answered all of our questions, admitted when she wasnt sure and found the answers for us. We had a lot of laughs and was fun to talk with. Cool place to stop for a free experience.

So i was about to purchase a used model 3 and the rep brought me aware of a new model 3 at a lower cost. After the sale the follow-up was really poor. On top of that the rep did not mention that if i had a referral code i could get 1k free supercharging miles.

I always expected repairs on my Tesla to be expensive... and dont get me wrong they ARE... but with 3 experiences with Tesla repair Ive been provided excellent service, and one repair they provided entirely free and out of warranty simply because it was the right thing to do. Cant say enough good things, they do it right at Tesla and Ill be a customer for a long time.

Great company, great cars. Staff was very helpful during delivery even though they are extremely busy. Be sure to come prepared when picking up a car. If you want to take a test drive, you should make an appointment for it ahead of time. The best place to research your Tesla purchase is online forums, YouTube etc. While the staff at the store is knowledgeable they are busy and there is more information online. You dont have to come to the store to buy the car. You can buy it online. Then just pickup your new Tesla at the store. Customer parking is around the back of the building from where your pull into the drive way. There are big garage doors facing the street, but those doors are used to drive your new Tesla out of the store, so please dont park in front of them. Unfortunately as of this writing there is no Super Charger at the store, so plan accordingly especially if you are driving your car home to another state like Iowa.

I come here frequently to visit the store and view the model cars. The staff are extremely pleasant and are always able to answer any questions I have regarding Tesla. They now have two Model 3’s which you can interact with upon request of the staff. They seem to have quite a strong community feeling among their staff at this store. Being the only current Tesla store and service center in the region most don’t have a choice but to travel here. However they obviously make sure that everyone has an amazing experience here whether a Tesla owner or just a fan or curious person!!

Tesla is well... Tesla. As you would expect in a Tesla dealership, everything is well kept and there is a Model X right in the middle of the facility that you can get in and feel around. I scheduled a test drive of a Model X P100D for my Dad as part of his Christmas present and he absolutely loved it. Fair warning however: If you enjoy sports cars, be careful when driving this vehicle. Coming away from it, your own car will feel sluggish in comparison and you will find yourself really wanting to buy one for yourself. And that can be a problem because they aren’t exactly cheap. Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great team with truly amazing and life-changing vehicles! The Owner Advisors and Delivery Specialists are some of the best out there. Hopefully you never need the Service Team (other than once every two years for scheduled maintenance!) but, if you do, you will be impressed at how they take care of you. If you’re on the fence about buying a Tesla, don’t spend any more time questioning yourself - do it. The only thing you’ll regret is that you waited so long.

Their primary job is to rush the sale and ensure the customer is thoroughly ripped off within only few days after delivery. Any issues post delivery are not even considered valid.

Went in to get my charging cable looked at as I thought the plug adapter was faulty, turns out the cord was the faulty part. They tested both pieces and then gave me a new one and had me out the door within 10 minutes. All this despite not having an appointment. Very impressed

Rare Tesla showroom! Ok its a small showroom, they have samples of interior and exterior options. These cars have clean simple lines inside and out. The technology is amazing. Acceleration in Ludicrous mode is...Ludicrous. Electric motors produce very high torque and 0-60 is surprisingly fast. Theyre quiet and beautiful. $2000 tax credit might expire after Dec 2019. Great Christmas gift lol. Friendly helpful staff, little or no pressure to buy.

Emailed for more information [email protected] and never heard back. If their service and support are this bad for a potential new customer I shudder at the service they would provide to someone who already bought a vehicle. Frustrating.

Have had great experiences at the Tesla service center in Eden Prairie. When I picked up my new model S earlier this year, there were a couple of small dents and a chip on the windshield most likely from the delivery trip. They pointed this out immediately in our walk through and then coordinated the windshield replacement and repairs once the new windshield was received. Not only were the repairs done as planned, but they touched up a small scratch and repaired a tire that had nail in it that I wasnt aware of without any charge. James in service did a great job of keeping me informed of the status throughout the process.

I just had test drive experience and I didn’t buy any car here ..It is very easy to test drive here, you need to walk-in and show your drivers license, that’s it ..

Had a great ordering and delivery experience here. Even though Tesla as a company can be a bit unpredictable these guys did a good job with communication and customer service. Special shout out to Sam and Derek, they made buying our new car a solid experience. Thanks!
