I recommend staying away from this company! I was initially pleased with the customer service when I took my vehicle in for factory recall service. Unfortunately they only completed one of the actions because they said they did not know the procedures for the other service recall. I would have been willing to overlook this and go back to this location, however, immediately after they serviced my vehicle there has been a mountain of spam from them. I have received weekly e-mail spam from them as well as spam in my mail box. These kind of predatory practices disgust me and I hope someone will see my review and stay away. I promise if they are willing to act like this, they will sell your information to every big data collector they possibly can with no concern for customers, for a bit of more profit. Caveat emptor!

My wife Teal and I bought a pickup from Erin and Richard Palmer, who was in training with Erin. They were both wonderful during the purchase experience. During our test drive we noticed a few things that needed to be corrected. Both of them jumped at the chance to have the service department make the adjustments. Bought a car from here in Oct 2020. Within 30 days I already had it back at the dealership due to my electric wires being fried not allowing me to steer my car. I was told that it was likely something chewed through it. I also mentioned after driving off the lot of purchase it seems there was something weird with the gears sticking when shifting. I spoke to the head mechanic Nick and he drove it. He said “I’m sure if we opened up the hood we could find something”. But this wasn’t found when they had the car on their lot? He then advised me to buy a warranty and wait for the grace period and get the issue fixed because it would be expensive. The issue has only continued to get worse. To make matters worse, once winter was over, I find out my AC system doesn’t work and have to pay hundreds to get that fixed.When I spend close to 9k CASH on a car, I expect it to be working. With buying a used car, you know that there will be issues and to budget for that, but within weeks of buying the car, I’m informed I would have to pay thousands of dollars more. They have the “Lincoln 12 point check” or their “guarantee” but it means NOTHING. I’m not sure what they actually check for, but to be told that a car fresh off the lot has this many repairs in a matter of weeks is insane. I felt as though this dealership does not actually care about the customers at all, and would like to exploit customers for money. Granted I was told had I got a warranty, this all would be covered, but not THREE weeks after buying the car I have so many issues? The dishonesty speaks volumes.Buy elsewhere or be prepared to have your car back in the shop shortly after buying.

They did quick work and I was on my way with a truck that is in great shape. He also helped negotiate a fair price for my beloved 11-yr old Lincoln. He called me the day after purchase to see if I figured out all the controls on the Corsair and made himself available for any issues. A nice experience overall. Craig is wonderful.They sold me a duramax Colorado and on the way home to MI I was having some battery or alternator issues. The truck had been sitting for some time, we were not sure what the root cause was and either was autozone. We were in Chicago at the time and it was Saturday night at 7pm.I called Craig and he said to buy a new battery, alternator and a tool kit to install. They said they would reimburse me. Even after not buying the extended warranty they still sent me a check for the battery, alternator, and tool kit. Craig said in no way was he going to leave me stranded.highly recommended!!

They did a great job in repairing my Ford Explorer. Was able to save a bit of money by buying the part on line. Had the dealership install the part because the part was upgraded (to fix a problem that killed the original one ... Power Transfer Case) and wanted to have the knowledge that they have made the changeover on other cars.I did have to make a second trip to get the steering wheel aligned after the first fix, but it was done and I was not charged for it.

Craig made sure that the vehicle was everything I was looking for and very straight forward and honest about every detail regarding the truck. Every step of the process was dealt with in the same regard, which made me extremely comfortable with the purchase. There was a slight issue with the truck when it arrived at my house (battery was dead), I called and was told to purchase a new one and they would send a check immediately to cover the cost. Overall, the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership, and highly recommend the dealership and especially Craig! Photo just because, truck and bike match now!

Working with Kolleen was great. Upon arriving, the truck we were looking at was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. After the test drive, we decided to look at a different truck with more features and she took care of us with no hesitation. We appreciate how she made us feel important throughout the entire process and going above and beyond to get our son something to fill his belly when she overheard him mention being hungry. Overall, service was exceptional and we left very satisfied in our new truck.

Shawn had the two trucks I wanted to look at ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. He was friendly and clear throughout the entire process and moved things along quickly. My wife forgot a keepsake in the vehicle we traded in and Shawn contacted us and sent it to us that day (we live 2 hours away). Really loved working with these folks: no high pressure sales or flim flam. Lexie at the desk remembered my name after 1 visit. Billy was waiting to greet me at my appointment time even though I was a few minutes early and he had the car ready to go. He was the right mix of knowledgable without sounding condescending or puffed up. They let us take the vehicle home to make sure we could get it in the garage... Then when we are out decision to buy everything went very smoothly because their finance guy knows his stuff too. I had a rental to return to the airport in the middle of the transaction and K followed me in my new truck to bring me back to the dealership to conclude it all. Really glad I chose to check their truck out. 💞

I cant say enough just how impressed we are with Lincoln. The interior/exterior design, comfort and power are superior quality. They have stepped up their game and I dont think well be looking back at BMW or Audi after driving our Nautilus!
