Worst experience Ive ever had with a car dealer. period.I had a lengthy discussion with the dealership owner about the cars history before purchase. Bob told me he wasnt aware of any problems. What a bold faced lie. The vehicle needed expensive repairs as soon as I drove it off the lot with the engine light flickering on. Since then, the car has died on the highway twice, needed constant repairs, and now requires expensive engine work. Ive already paid a significant portion of the vehicles sale price in repairs, and am not going to pay for the cars original sale value, in vehicle work to get it operational just a few months after purchase.To top it all off I have STILL not received my title from the dealership when I asked if it was clean and cleared at purchase, ~ 4 months ago. I couldnt get new tabs for the car because the vehicle wasnt yet in my name when I waited in line at the DMV, and I have been getting tons of tickets from parking on the street for expired tabs that I cant replace.I couldnt imagine a worse experience from a dealership. Stay clear from this place. There are so many other dealers in Minneapolis

I pulled in close to closing and they still allowed me to test drive, ask questions, they reached out to dealer to get answers regarding vehicle, gave me more than a fair trade in value for my car, and even stuck around a little late to let me purchase the vehicle. I had all my documents/paperwork ready to go so I dont recommend always going last minute, for their sake and yours 👍They let me do my thing and didnt hover over me, no pressure sales and no gimmicks. Out first car buying experience was fantastic. We love our vehicle they were super nice and it worked out really well. When we decided to get a second vehicle from them they straight lied to us and told us they could not sell us a vehicle while Alicia was out of the office but sold it to someone else behind our back even after we got approved. Terrible business practice and guarantee that we won’t be going back. They didn’t even offer a different vehicle in its place. Don’t trust them.

Super Friendly. The process was fast and easy unlike some dealership where they make you wait for hrs and give you the bad news. I bought a 2008 Nissan, with low miles. Drove it home for 2 days, and the AC part wasnt working. Contacted to Alicia, and she reply back within minutes. Saying that they did order the parts but havent got the chance to replace. Took the car back to get it fix without any charges. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone with or without credits. Just bought a BMW X5, great experience! There were a couple minor issues they took care of. No pressure sales but willing to answer any questions. Update, vehicle broke down after two months, needing a drive shaft replacement and valve cover gasket. Two things that should have been seen if they inspected the vehicle before selling. I still feel like they were friendly to work with, but if you buy here, know what to look out for and get the vehicle inspected!

Customer service was good but 3 weeks later I took the car in for an oil change and found out there was $2,500 in repairs that needed to be done that were not covered by the warranty they sold me. Very unhappy that I was sold a car without all the information. 😞

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend bought a car from them back in July, almost instantly the thing broke down (after assuring him there were no problems). So then he was stuck with this lemon. Hes been trying to sell the car but cannot get the title because they sold him a car that the previous owner owed money on. Its January. This whole process is ridiculous.

Nothing sketchy at all about these guys :) Its really cute how they do all of their repairs in cash. So quaint!Overall, If you go in expecting a nice conversation, and a great lemon you will not be disappointed driving back in the car you came there with! 10/10 .
