Porsche Minneapolis went above and beyond with me and I am very appreciative. I had a wonderful experience buying from this dealership. We recently had the pleasure to purchase a new Macan from Emmanuel Anaim. He was patient, and took the time to get us answers to questions we had. He is new so there arent a lot of reviews for him, but I can tell you, he will work hard for you before and after you purchase. Porsche is lucky to have a salesperson who cares. Finance was smooth, and Mark, the manager is a straight shooter. Give them a chance if a Porsche is in your future.

I went to Porsche Minneapolis to test drive a car and ended up leaving with a brand new Cayenne. The customer service was top notch. Andre was super helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything about the car to me since it was my first Porsche ever. Since I didn’t plan to buy the car I needed some paper work which I didn’t have with me, Andre was super patient and didn’t rush me even though it was 1 hour past the closing time. He let me know when my car was picked up by the shipping company and even did a second walk through when the car was delivered. Also he answered and continues to answer all questions. When I was buying the car Andre didn’t pressure me to buy the car or add extra features which actually made add an extra feature to the car. Andre genuinely cares about the customers and isn’t just your normal sales agent/ambassador.Thank you !!!

I damaged the window tint on my driver side door. Brought it in to get an estimate without an appointment. Not only were they able to assess the damage they had it fixed within an hour. This is impressive considering the time of year and the approaching nicer weather. One of the best service departments I’ve had to deal with in the area. And the bathrooms are clean as a whistle!

World class experience working with Dexter. By far the best car buying experience, especially for a first time remote buyer. Ended up buying the car without any issues. As a gift for my dad, everyone was very helpful in letting me do most of the work and him receiving the car. Dexter went out of his way, always available at all times and very patient. I quickly developed trust with him and look forward to working with him in the future.After receiving the car, we did notice some paint patches that had been painted by previous owner. We were just starting the process of getting back into a Cayenne and stopped at the dealership last weekend. Quite possibly the best Dealership experience I’ve ever encountered, anywhere. I did not buy a car from these guys, but did take my old ‘11 Boxster here over the past two years for service. They have always been warm and friendly and have gone above and beyond in terms of service, such as providing me with a loaner car for a day when all I wanted done was mount Summer/Winter tires. I have been to many Porsche dealers over the years, and also have an Audi/Volvo in the family. I feel like the other two dealers can learn quite a bit about Customer Service from the staff over at Porsche Minneapolis. These folks really do set the bar in terms of Service.

The coffee machine is fantastic. Id like it better if the service hours were later than 1pm on Saturdays.The dealership is immaculate.

Ridiculously sick cars!!!

We were visiting Minneapolis and our daughter. And our 2014 Porsche Cayenne diesel ran out of diesel exhaust fluid. It had to be replaced quickly otherwise the car would no longer start. We drove into Minneapolis portions of service center without an appointment. The very kind people there Didn’t put us through the hassle of logging into their service center. They simply replaced the fluid for us, Only charging us for the fluid, and the labor was free of charge. We were very grateful for their kind and quick help.

My husband visited Porsche a couple months ago to have his car check. He loves his car and barely takes it out for a drive. He loves Porsche didnt want to write a review then, so now, I am writing a review for him. My husband was looking forward to take out his car this weekend, so he torque his wheels and checked the bottom of his car. He notice his Drop links for his sway bar is missing. both the front sides. ADDING on, the car they gave him to use during the period his car was getting checked was for three hours. It was a black color SUV. He got the vehicle came home and took me to the clinic for my pregnancy check up, then we went to pick up his car. He was told we had dented the rear side passenger. Which is not true. Porsche Minneapolis charged my husband for the service and the damage to the vehicle which in total cost almost close to 2 grand. This was my husbands first time actually bringing his car into the dealership. Worst experience ever.

Just completed a purchase there. Darin was my salesperson and very nice guy. No pressure and very knowledgable. I highly recommend him and this dealer. Michelle in the business office was also a gas. Made the signing stuff pleasurable. I was able to get my own financing at a decent rate but they blew it out of the water. I have bought many cars. I came away with a great feeling after this experience. They also made it exceptionally easy. I am not normally this effusive. This is out of the ordinary for me, but they were extraordinary.

Worst experience bar none, never again will I ever go here for any kind of service period I highly recommend never going here. At first I felt like they were going to take care of me and my pride and joy my 1998 2.5L Base Porsche Boxster which i got while serving my active duty tour in the Marine Corps this car has never once gave me trouble or even died on me. I went on a 6 month deployment to Iraq and Kuwait and when I came back she still started up and ran like new. Porsche Minneapolis even provided me a rental for that day, I thought man this is some quality service here! And here I was saying (Thank you Porsche minneapolis you guys are great)...Then I come back to pick up my car and return the rental I thought everything was going smoothly and then BAM I get pulled back in and shown a dent on the rental. I did not take the rental car any where I took it home and back thats it. And then here I was stuck with either paying for it straight out of pocket or going through my insurance so I shelled out the 1700 dollars on top of that the 285 for the alignment.After that day the car was a really bouncy when it came to turns I didnt think much of it until I took my wheel off.... And load and behold my adjusters for both my front drop links are completely gone. The sway bar is hanging on my control arm and the adjuster for the drop links are gone they left me with the bolts in the sway bar and the control knuckle.. I called and messaged to see maybe they took them off by mistake for the alignment job, I got told it came in that way or they must have fallen off by a porsche service tech. its funny they say that because THE DAY I took the car in I did a check up of everything to make sure it was all there and nice and tight I even did one the day prior! So now im out 2400 dollars all in one day and I only went in for one thing and they hit me with all this. This place is the worst my very first experience ruined thanks to this place I highly recommend to any persons in the military, veteran, or civilian to not go to this place they will steal from you and still leave you with the bill.

Dave Wilson was great at getting me lots of extra photos to help me to decide whether to buy the 05 diesel Excursion he had for sale. I decided to buy it and he gave me a great price on it, probably $1000 less than he could have sold it for. Picked it up and it was as nice in actual as the pics and ad described. I waited when I arrived for the free oil change he arranged. Drove truck 1100 miles home to AL and about 150 miles before I got there, check engine came on and I limped home as engine power reduced. Got home and had a turbo low boost fault and got an estimate locally to fix $1300 to replace turbo. Let Eddie their sales manager know and he decided that he wants me to be happy as a customer and that they stand behind what they sell, even if it is used and in this case as is and he sent me a check for $1300!!! I have never had this experience of a dealership being really fair on the sale and going out of their way to stand behind what they sell. Obviously I want to be a reference of Porsche of MPLS and if I can help them sell a new or used car to another customer, want to do so.

I cant rave enough how great my buying experience was in buying my new Cayenne.It started in July and ended in Dec when I picked up my new car. Not only was my salesman Dave Wilson always willing to help me but so were the other salesman Daron Szabo and Eric Voge when Dave was not there. Also Ed Rediske the Sales Manager was always on top of things and ready to help with any questions or special issues. The entire sales staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of their cars.I spent a lot of time deciding what options to get. I think I drove 6 different cars and tested audio systems on 3 others. I thought I was pretty much of a pest but I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. The entire team was always very helpful and professional. My salesman Dave kept me informed every step of the way from when the car entered production to what ship it came across the ocean on.As a result Cayenne is exactly what I expected and there were no surprises at delivery. I am extremely happy and while the wait was long it was worth it.I would recommend this dealership and Dave Wilson to anyone considering a new Porsche.

I never thought I would say this about buying a car, but I had a great experience at Porsche Minneapolis. I planned to buy a Maserati earlier that day, but drove it home and was not sure (especially since the sales guy at that dealership did not address me in response to my questions but rather turned away from me and talked to the guy there with me). I stopped at Porsche on my way back to work where I met a down to earth, professional, and super nice guy, Eric Voge. I bought the Panamera on the spot. Since then, Eric has been extremely helpful and has even gone out of his way to help me with setting up my garage door opener. It has been an all around fun experience.Eddie the manager was respectful and nice too. I did not feel like they were playing games with me and left being very happy with my purchase. Please double check all advertised features even before purchasing a certified Porsche! Bought a 2014 certified 2014 Panamera 4 from Dave Wilson with all paperwork suggesting 20inch wheels. 3 couple months after purchase, i noticed the wheels were actually 19 inches. Upon calling Dave Wilson,1. I was first told that this was normal and wheels were switches on used cars all the time - Unacceptable answer2.Even after showing certified paperwork showing 20 inch wheels listed, i was told that i should have verified equipment at time of purchase with an implication that I wasnt being truthful - Unacceptable answerThis isnt the level of service i expected from a certified Porsche purchase.Lesson: please dont trust the documentation provided and verify all options prior to taking delivery. Once you drive away, you are out of luck.
