Very good car repair shop! Owners Tim and Rick are extremely easy to work with and seem very trustworthy. I stumbled into their shop with a simple calibration issue for my vehicle about a year ago! Very glad I did because they are good at what they do and honest about what work needs to be done. Ive had them perform various services to my vehicle (tires, new brakes, fixed a stabilitrak light, etc) and the work has been top notch. I strongly recommend trying them out next time you need your car serviced -- you will not be disappointed!

Explanation of repairs and maintenance your vehicle actually needs now and why. Rick found me the exact tires I wanted for my van without me knowing how to talk technical terminology. Rick is always honest and explains things in a way even I can understand. I can call Southwest Firestone anytime with a concern or question (no matter how silly) and they are always helpful and considerate. My husband and I (and my 4 teenagers) have a better understanding and knowledge of our vehicles thanks only to Rick at Southwest Firestone. Unparalleled service! In addition to having service here several times prior- just today my car spun out on ice, hit the curb and caused a flat tire. I called Firestone at 50th and Xerxes. I pulled right in and 25 minutes later the tire was repaired for only $42. While waiting the attendant served me coffee and educated me on new tire technology. I’m so glad they are located here in the middle of our city! I fear it won’t last long as our City Council and state government are legislating & regulating everything that moves, particularly automobiles.

I love having this place in the neighborhood. I have always had great service with a friendly attitude. The only downside is the old skool hours (limited), but this seems a fair compromise for their willingness to fit you into their schedule with little or no warning.

After going to 3 shops and not having my size of tire in stock, the owner went above and beyond to call, track down tires and pick them up himself. The quote came in nearly $120 less than the dealership for the same tires and $50+ cheaper than other discount stores.

Never bring your car to these people unless you want you car back in worse condition than you brought it in they are not a real firestone complete auto care they are a independent firestone and have no accountability for damage done to you car you will have to take them to court like I am doing
