Purchased a car in January and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TITLE!!!!! Auto place is VERY scammy! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Taking them to small claims court in July for the cost of the vehicle. I have a bill of sale receipt and proof of payment, they will lose by default.

Don’t ever support this business. This is the shadiest car lot ever. Stay far far away from this place. This was a last resort because he doesn’t ask for proof of license or insurance. He purposely takes advantage of people with poor credit or invalid license holders. Not only does he let people drive off the lot with a new car without a license or insurance, which is illegal. He also lets them drive off with a broken windshield, which is illegal as well. He sells lemons. Your car will break down 2 days after you buy it. I hope everyone else who experienced this will get their money returned to them. I forgot to mention he won’t give you plates until you’re done paying the car off because he said “it doesn’t guarantee his payments”. I called the city of Milwaukee and they said it is not legal for him to refuse plates. He is supposed to add his costumers as a share holder on the title. Which would still give him the legal rights to repo if necessary. I know it may seem like a good place to look because it is cheap, but the vehicles are most likely salvaged. Which he obviously doesn’t let you know from the jump. Your better off buying off the Facebook market place. A random person on the street is more trustful then this BUSINESS.

Scams and Fraudulent. I leased a vehicle from them exactly one month ago. My payments were set at $300:/biweekly. I called the OWNER a day before my due date to get a week extension on my car note. He agreed to the extension. The date of the “agreed upon” extension came and they came and repossessed the vehicle at 12noon. They close at 6pm so they never gave me time to fulfill the pay agreement Tht they had set with me. I wake up to go to Hopkins auto to make the payment, and the car is gone. Then when I called them to see Wht happened, they told me in order to get the vehicle, I would need to pay the balance. Then later, they said I would just need to pay the note, late fees and repo fee. When in fact the car legally should not have been repossessed because I made a pay arrangement/ extension/ agreement Tht they never gave me a chance to fulfill. After I spoke with the owner he was very rude and kept tryna get more money out of me when they were the ones wrong. Then they completely stopped answering my calls etc. His goal is to lease, repo, recycle these vehicles to keep making money off these same vehicles. I try to support small black owned businesses, but it’s businesses like His Tht gives a bad rep for other small black owned/operated businesses. You guys TRUST ME, stay far away from this place as possible because they are SCAMS AND FRAUDS. And he’s trying to get rich quick by fraud, which is why his business will NEVER excel. I have contacted @fox6 investigation already as well as my attorney to move forward with the law suit and He’s literally gonna be owing me more than Wht the car is worth and paying me Wht he was TRYING to scam me out of. Also, when I purchased and paid my down payment, I took the car on a test drive and noticed loud noises in the back and I mentioned it to them during the test drive. The owner said, he would hv them fix it but he would hv to add the repair and labor cost to my balance. And y’all I hadn’t even drove the car off the lot yet! These people are frauds and scams with a lot full of overly priced, high mileage LEMONS! They never even cleaned the car and detailed it upon sales. He was just focused on getting the money and getting them off the lot and repeating Tht same cycle with different customers. Check out the BBB ratings and reviews before u so business with these people. Because they ain’t right. And I am pursuing this until I receive retribution. And I plan to blow my whistle on this fraudulent business on EVERY PLATFORM I HAVE. Even a phone service will gv u at least until the end of the day to pay ur bill before they shut u off. They close at 6pm and picked my car up at 12:15pm on the date of our agreed extension. I hope after this is settled and legal settlement in my lawsuit against them is complete Tht He will actually learn a lesson. Because IM SURE I’m not the only person who has had these type of issues or other issues from this business. But I will be the one to be FULLY compensated behind this HORRIBLE, Unprofessional and fraudulent Black business owner.

Wost place drove a hr to come look at a truck 2 day in a row then they changed the agreed price on purchase day

I haven’t bought anything here, but was helping a friend look for a vehicle. They seem nice enough and the prices are right for a decent used car. The owner was honest and seemed to be knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling.

This place sells LEMONS to people! Theyre not legit and dont even initially check their vehicles to know whats wrong with them! Money talks with them thats about it, no proper business ethics even exist with them. I will be sharing more details and verifiable stories about my experience with this place. No one deserves to be inconvenienced as I have all because they really shouldnt be selling vehicles! Making up reasons as to what a customer finds out is wrong with their vehicles is wrong! If any customer has had the vehicle purchased for only 2 weeks and its now sitting because something is wrong with it, it was messed up when they sold it!They need to be closed down! They will at the rate they operate in our black community! Scammers! I work hard for my money & dont have time for these type of bad for business places! I have witnesses to my recent experience with them & I will continue to share the truth!

I got a great Chrysler 300 for one of the best prices I’ve seen. The process was a bit confusing for me because I’ve never bought from a car dealer before. The owner was responsive and answered all of my calls for my concerns. Customer service wasn’t amazing. But I went to buy a car and not to make friends. So considering I got a good car for a good price and everything worked out I think it’s a good place to shop. Prices are very competitive and the process was pretty straight forward and they even help you get the car registered on the spot.One thing I would say would be to thoroughly inspect the car before you purchase though.The nature of the youth car business isn’t very transparent.

Very unprofessional owner, he’s conducting underhanded business and don’t know anything when it comes to selling vehicles entirely. Just because for some very strange reason he got this business doesn’t mean he knows how to properly run it. No business can continue to operate in such a horrible manner and beyond unethical ways. Let’s wait for the response from the owner to this review because I’m ready to expose his extreme unprofessionalism. Business Management, consumer relation, customer service, overall business etiquette are a few things you may want to dive deep into immediately because you’re definitely lacking these which is imperative in the business world.

Very unprofessional owners and dealers. Two brother I believe, are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Being a woman, it was kind of expected, but just their inability to properly handle business is very disheartening. I try to support Black Owned Businesses, but this is one that will NEVER get a referrals from me. I should’ve read reviews before allowing myself to be a victim of their schemes. So BEWARE ! STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

They had an 07 suburban with 89k miles for a great price. The pictures showed only one slight flaw on the drivers armrest/console. Found their facebook page. Turns out it actually has 200k miles. They also had a Yukon and it has a slight flaw on the drivers armrest/console just like the suburban. I doubt I will enter THAT neighborhood to be cheated.
