HORRIBLE service, rude customer service, not helpful at all, have bad cars, talk over customers. I would NOT recommend this place to nobody. They need to do A lot better.

Went with my brother to come here looking for his first car, called number on door to let him know we were there. Guy on the phone was a jerk & didn’t even try to help or come out of his shop to talk to us. We saw multiple cars in his price range advertised and saw cars on his “lot” within his price range. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I don’t normally do reviews but I really have to do one on this car dealership. Currently I am in the market for a suv and I found one on CarFax that led me to this dealership. I called to check the availability on the vehicle and spoke with Ben who was very rude for absolutely no reason at all. I am a potential buyer and this was how I was treated. When I hung up the phone I decided to check the reviews and found out I wasn’t the only one who has experienced this kind of treatment. It’s weird that you would risk a sale because of a bad attitude.

Rude, unprofessional and disorganized. Place is run by an absolute jerk. They post a parts vehicle for sale, the person posting it had no idea about any specific details of the vehicle. I showed up to buy some parts, the person in charge would not name a price. I made an offer on the parts and instead of making a counter offer I was told goodbye. I asked what number the man in charge had in mind for the parts and was told that he would crush the vehicle and send me a video. He would not name a number and I left empty handed. Absolute joke of an operation, I would recommend staying far away.

I bought my car from here, runs nice, low miles, good price.. No check engine light on any of his cars. You have to be patient and keep calm sometimes because the main guy acts bogus sometimes and stays on his phone.

I have purchased multiple cars from Carsons Car.He has stood behind his vehicles. He was honest about known defects in each car that I purchased.If a problem popped up, he made corrective repairs. If you buy a cheap car, expect some things will need attention. If you spend a little more, you usually get a better quality car.

Ben is the best out there!! Through out the years Ive purchased 3 cars from him and they all lasted a very long time w/no issues! The Honda CRV has been running w/no issues for 4 years and I always have had him service the cars in the past and now w/the Honda. Ben is a very busy man and may at times come off rude when on his phone but hes continually making money moves to keep his business a float is all. GREAT CAR GREAT DEALERSHIP AND BEN IS A GREAT PERSON! A+ FOR CARSINS CARS!!!!

I bought a car for my daughter from this place and we constantly took it back. Finally we had to junk her car. I sent my son there to get a car and the same thing happened. He had to junk his car. Now this last episode has pissed me off beyond measures and I would never ever recommend anyone to get a car from there. I sent my nephew there just to give them another chance. He buy a car on Monday and the engine locked on Tuesday. He had to paid to have the car towed back to the shop. They replaced the car of course with asking for more money and the very next day the transmission goes out of the car.

Responded to a Craigslist ad that Ben posted. Asked about mechanical issues with the car, to which his response was “what do you want, runs good, drives good.” He finished his sentence and I quickly said thanks and hung up. Based his abysmal communication with a prospective customer I knew this was not the place to buy.Next day he texts me: “Sold!!! Good luck finding another one!!!.” To which I responded that I found a private seller and was all set. “Sure....” was his response.Seriously bewildered by his disgusting pettiness, I asked him if he seriously was taunting a prospective customer, to which he replied “I guess...”If you weren’t already tipped off by the equal amounts of 5 star and 1 star reviews, let my 20 second conversation be a demonstration for you.This isn’t the place to buy.Gross.

I purchased a 2001 jetta vr6 from ben was very good price and low miles bought with 125k now at 151k my sister bought her 2006 Saturn ion from him also a great price with 95k has 125k on it now neither have had any major issues just some general maintenance

Dont bother. Ben is a complete JAG. Seems to hate money judging by his attitude about questions about cars on his lot. Hey, I have an idea, get the car away from the road so nobody sees it. Dumbass.

The owner treats you as if you owe him when I pay for whatever it is i need and at times change up personality and prices to much testosterone. Be fair tired of negativity and being beat.
