From the moment I called and asked about emissions testing, I was thrilled! They answered the phone and politely. I scheduled an emissions test appointment same day. Went to my appointment and was in and out w/in minutes. They even offered to handle my registration right there. I chose to mail my in myself, but maybe if you’re pressed for time, this might be helpful. No offense males out there, but it was refreshing having a female handle the emissions testing for a change.Thank you Autoplex!
Amazing service/customer !!My salesperson was Juan ( very helpful and friendly ) and Ana( she is very friendly and has an amazing personality)they both help us with everything we need with the purchase of our vehicle,I highly recommend them both.
Quick service and credit loan, but expect overpriced cars and high interests in the 12% and up.Also, don’t expect warranty services. Your car breaks down? Good luck getting repairs for it.
Visited 8 service stations on this day, and 7 of them refused to do the work. Came here to Autoplex 2 and they showed empathy! Staff here squeezed me into their busy schedule and helped me out.
Where very helpful over the phone and also good service in person.
Do not shop here for a car! They sell cars that will not even pass a safety test. The sunroof the sales person said was stuck and did not work due to the ice as it was in January. I took him at his word. He also said it was only in a minor front accident, which come to find out the radiator has a hole in it and is ziptied up from a major frontal accident. We did buy the extended warranty Value plus. We just had a another garage look at it and they said the gaskets, ambient censor, oil leaks, radiator, fuel injectors, spark plugs, lots of wiring issues and all this is wrong with it. Live wires exposed. This car should have never past a safety test and never been sold like this. I have showed pictures and video to other dealers and they have stated this..Warranty will not cover most of it. The car was bought at $7,000 something and now only a year later is only worth $1,000. We do not want discounted repairs after spending that along with a warranty we should not have to. All this should of been done prior to selling this car along with some honesty! We want our money back! The garage said that the car is not even worth fixing based on its value and we have only had the car for a 1 and 1/2 years and contacted you about some of these issues 4-5 months after purchase. We will be filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau if there is no resolution. I suggest all others do the same to shut this place down!
Great customer service, did an emissions test was done very quickly and efficiently.
Went here for emissions. Super quick in and out. Will bring my other 3 vehicles here in the future.
If you see this place just turn around and go somewhere else. DO NOT GET a car from here
Don’t ever purchase a car here. You definitely will regret it.
Do not buy from these people
Only had my car 2 weeks and have to get it check I went two days later to get brakes checked because abs light keeps coming on now either the pulley tensioner or the belt is acting up Im so furious even have to wait an extra week for an appointment
We bought an older Mercury Milan from A-1. We gave it a nice test drive and it worked fine. However, over the weekend we started to hear noises. I contacted A-1 right away and they got the car in and fixed it without charging me anything. They were always polite to me and responded quickly to any of my online inquires. Would recommend to anyone on a budget.
Very professional, courteous, and work extremely hard on helping you drive off the lot in the car 🚗 or your choice. When one method fails they had a back up plan for me. I chose my car and I drove off with it the same day.... Thanks A-1 Motors. Im one happy customer.
Rodolfo was very polite explained everything as it should be. And was not pushing to make a sale just enough courtesy to allow you to make a educated purchase.shared information that most would not.I give him S big thanks my experience was very satisfactory...so far I like my honda pilot alot
The smell in the office is horrible! I bought a 2010 Chevy Traverse in February 2018. In April 2018 the car started having engine problems. Took it to the dealership and they told me it was the timing chain. Contact the OWNER Mauricio and he told me they was going to charge me $2,500 to repair it. Not to mention they would not give me a copy of the buyer guide until I gave them a copy of my dealer receipts so John could call them and they over charged me which is ILLEGAL!!!
Great customer service. Awesome cars. They will work with you. Thank you all for everything.
Horrible they sold me a “nice” charger rt which when I left had the engine light on so I call them rudy or whatever his name is tells me to come in they will fix it I tell him when I can he gives me the run around and sold it to me a esp bas light came on which was the steering wheel angel sensor and the reason the engine light was on was because I needed a new egr valve which I paid 250 for out of my pocket he kept telling come in when I tell him when I’m coming he has an excuse don’t do business with them at all they will seem nice and professional but they are only in it for a quick buck I would give this place 0 stars if I could not worth it ... it was a easy fix for me but just the thought of me leaving a dealership and my engine light comes on this is sad and my car even stopped at a red lifht literally turned off and stopped I had to wait a few min and turn the key to start it again im so pissed off at these people in coming here to pick up my plate and I’m done with them STAY AWAY FROM A1 STAY AWAY FROM A1 STAY AWAY FROM A1
I bought my car in the beginning with the upmost confidence with my purchase. I was so confident that after a month I opted out of the extended warranty (which only covers labor, not parts). Within the first 30 days the speedometer was sticking. I made an arrangement two weeks in advance to have them look at it on a Saturday. At the time I took it in, on a Saturday in which I made an appointment, the speedometer wasnt sticking, however the mechanic who would work on it wasnt there that day either. After I made the arrangement two weeks prior. They aggressive to fix out of the warranty period if it stuck again. After owning the car 3 months. It picked up a bad vibration to which I couldnt drive it. I knew I was outside the warranty period and I opted out of extended coverage. So I took it to my mechanic by appointment at which time they had to replace ball joints on both sides. This was on a Saturday. Still had a minor vibration so called mechanic and he told me to bring it back. Made the appointment for the following Saturday. By Wednesday fuel was leaking. When I got the car in that Saturday my mechanic found the fuel pump was corroded. So that got replaced. The following Saturday after that he took care of the vibration from before which was the wheel hub. After 3 months in the same two week period I had $1200 in repairs. I contacted A1 Motors about my experience. I left a message, which was angry of course. They called me back ONCE and didnt even leave a message. At this time I headed out of town. During which they still didnt attempt to contact me. I sent a letter with the 3 repair bills explaining my experience and frustration and suggested they meet me halfway on the issue. After a week of not hearing back. I called, and...left a message. I got a call back while I was busy, still they didnt leave a message. Finally, after making contact on a Saturday morning, I got the usual excuses you would expect from a typical uses car dealership. Car was fine when they inspected it. This was a Wisconsin vehicle and parts corrode, blah blah blah. IF I had still brought the car back to them he said I wouldnt have paid 1200 in repairs. That he would work with me. I argued I couldnt even get my speedometer fixed because your mechanic wasnt there on a prearranged appointment. This was a used car...out of warranty range...so yes...I took it to my mechanic, whom I trust. Not a used car dealer mechanic. Telling me I should have brought the car back is easily said after the repairs have been made already. All I got when I asked this dealer to meet me half way with the repairs was excuses. I told him its not that you cant help, but you choose not to help. Any business is like that. They choose to help whether they can or cant. I thought half the repairs was a fair request to show me this business would go above and beyond my expectations and stand behind their product. They failed. So, dont expect any help when your car fails after purchase if you dont have warranty. Good luck in getting on to their mechanic at your convenience. Do not expect this dealer to go above and beyond. Just another dealership trying to push their car off the lot.
Sold me a $5500 car with a bad transmission. I felt a slight jerk during the test drive but Rudy the salesman reassured me it was nothing, the car was in great condition and I should but it a 30 day warranty came with the car they did not stand by. They provided a car fax but it clearly was not accurate. Im very unsatisfied and have to take them to court, save yourself they hassle! These people are the devil
