Wonderful, friendly service! They were flexible and helped me out when I needed to get the used car the same day as test driving it. We came in a half hour before close and they were happy to clean and detail the car while we signed paperwork! Im confident that this car will be a solid vehicle for a long time.

I worked with sales representative James and it was a relaxing experience. Much like buying a car from your close family member that has your back. He was determined to find a vehicle that was right for my budget and appealing to my taste. I especially appreciated the non-pressuring during the process. I had my teenage daughter with me and he offered words of encouragement for her future schooling which also kept her engaged in the buying experience.. Even though my car wasnt brand new the interior was detailed and exterior shiny. I am not a car person, but I later found out that the Suburu Outback is a popular vehicle. He even sent wishes of safety upon my new vehicle just before we left the lot. My daughter and I thought that was a kind gesture.

Purchased my car here just over a year ago and every time i need to bring it in for service theres something. First they never transferred my car to my name, they had it under the previous owner for 6 months. No big deal, didnt interrupt service. Then they finally changed the paperwork. By deleting all of it. Not only did they not know me but by my 3rd oil change they pretty much acted like they had never seen the car before. Then they tried to charge me even though i have a maintenance package. I was told its my responsibility to tell them that before i get service. Nope, go ahead and change the service form and take off the charge. Ok they did that. Now i just cant get a decent time for an oil change. Theyre always booked weeks out or cant take me until late and with my job that doesnt always work. Whats the point of the maintenance plan if i cant use it when it works for me? How have express lube places figured out how to do at will oil changes but you dealerships cant? At this point, the inconvenience of this location makes the cost of an oil change elsewhere seem worth it. Get a clue Heiser.

Very poor customer service and vehicle satisfaction. The used car manager was very rude and disrespectful to myself and to their employees. They sell junk cars. I bought a vehicle and had to bring it back 8 hours later. Now it’s been 2 months and I’ve brought it back 3 times and still struggling to get them to make repairs. The service department has owned the vehicle longer than I have.Now they refused to correct issues with the brakes and suspension and trailer lights and back up camera and so much more. During a shuttle ride the tech explained how horrible the management staff is. Claims they have been verbally abusive to them. Please beware of this business!!!!!

We brought our daughter’s 2011 Toyota Corolla in for service because it was rattling loudly as the heat shield dropped on top of the exhaust pipes. We thought we’d have to pay several hundred dollars for a new heat shield. We did not pay a penny, even for labor, as they said it simply needed new bolts. Pretty impressive and they still gave us a free car wash. I appreciate their honesty.

Car buying is a stressful process. We had a few unsuccessful trips to dealerships before arriving at Heiser. Im extremely happy we made the decision to stop in at Heiser, we had a great experience working with Jason L. there. He was helpful, proactive, and didnt waste any of our time. I recently purchased a special ordered 2021 Tacoma SR5 double cab 4x4. I went in the dealership back in March with the determination of what I wanted. Worked with James Hicks 111 he sat down with myself and I told him all the specifications I wanted. Along with his support we got it done. It took approximately 4 months to have it delivered to the dealership from the Toyota factory. Honestly that was no fault from the dealership. When I received the call that it has arrived at the dealership I was glad the day finally came. When I arrived at the dealership James meet me and he went over the features of the vehicle. Along with James and the rest of the sales staff this by far was an amazing experience. They meet all my expectations. A job well done by all. Thanks

I arrived at 5:15pm. I walked up to the service counter and no one was there. There were an advisor or salesman chatting it up with a lube tech in the corner but they intentionally pretended like I wasnt there. I then stand there looking completely lost for a good 10-15 minutes before somebody finally acknowledges me. I tell them I need an oil change and before I can finish, the service advisor cuts me off and says they dont do oil changes after 5pm. Which I knew was bullshut. I wondered why they didnt want my money. But once I mentioned that I needed other services, a new belt, a tune up, and I was willing to leave my car overnight, thats when the dollar signs appeared in their eyes and I FINALLY got some decent service. I spent over $1100 on maintenance that night because I wanted maintenance on my car but I did not feel welcomed. Debating if I even go back. A shame because they are the closest Toyota dealership near me.

Update as of 9/11/2021Despite the good review about Heiser Toyota, I can’t say the car quality is up to the much advertised “top in safety”.After a simple rear end collision, the engine of the Toyota Prius started on fire and in seconds the entire car was burned out, total loss.Car was serviced less than 4 weeks before, wondering about any human mistake that possibly could have led to leakage and started the fire.Inspector wasn’t able to find anything since the vehicle was completely burned and all components melted to the ground.I knew Toyota was synonym of quality and safety, I guess I was wrong.I’d love to post pictures to show but can’t find a way here in the Google review.Available for any questions.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed how some of the people treat the customer. One gentleman who works in service department in the morning, forgot the name but tried to rush me and my father out when I asked about emissions and didn’t let me finished why else I showed up to the service department. Shane would never answer back calls and was no help. Chad, used car manager, provided unprofessional service by throwing a car part in front my father’s face and complained about how he had to pay out of pocket for the car part, that they owed me. I called to schedule appointments for a spare key that THEY owe me and they waste my time on the day of the every appointment, by never telling me that key programmer was not coming in for my appointments. My parents have bought cars from 4 other car dealerships and we NEVER, EVER, have problems with the dealership. Look for another toyota dealership if you want to be actually respected by the company and make worth your time.

I brought them a perfect running mint condition 2002 Tundra for an old recall on their frames for an inspection. I was given back a vehicle that no longer runs properly, and cant be driven on the street anymore. They claim they received it that way, yet never reported it on their paperwork. Then they instantly told me they would look into for $142. Every bone in my body is screaming somethings wrong with this situation here at Heiser Toyota and this was no coincidence my truck suddenly wont run properly. Well find out Saturday when an honest mechanic will be working on my truck. I RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLES ANYWHERE BUT HEISER TOYOTA. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!And dont bother to try and contact corporate Offices, they hung up every time. They said please hold while we transfer you, YEAH THEN CLICK. 5 TIMES THEY HUNG UP !@!@!@!!Also I cant prove it but 2 very important items disappeared from my glove box. Customers BEWARE thieves and con artists !!!!!

Ive never bought a brand new vehicle before going to Heiser. I am not someone who likes spending all their time on being sold on different upgrades, parts, extras. I like finding what I want, and then getting it without hassle.As bad of a reputation the car dealership industry has for badgering people and trying to nickel and dime them, I could not be happier with my experience at Heiser. My salesman, Jason, worked with me to get my vehicle to me without bogging down the purchase with extended sales pitches and delays. His goal was to get me the truck I wanted as soon as possible.Even the finance department, an even more notorious industry for trying to get car buyers on the hook for things they dont really need, didnt push. He offered what they had available, explained them fairly, and took no for an answer. I felt like a human being at this dealership, and feel like the staff genuinely just wanted me to get what I wanted. Definitely a great outlier in a field so saturated with the opposite.Summary: Drove off the lot at Heiser and couldnt be happier with the experience. A refreshing break from the common trope of dealerships that act as labyrinths and unending sales pitches. Friendly staff, amazing sales folks (thanks again, Jason!).

The vehicle that A.J. said that he would reserve for our appointment had already been sold. Thats an hour of my life I wont be getting back! Roger was amazing. I drove 3 hours just to get to Heiser Toyota because of their amazing customer service! Roger handled everything before I even got in my car to drive there. Once I got there it was very easy. We did paperwork and roger went over the truck and then we left. I will always come back to Heiser no matter how far we live from them.

Highly recommend Heiser Toyota. Shahat, the new car manager was able to get me pre-approved and rates set for my new Highlander even before I came in. Once we arrived, Jason took care of us with finding the right SUV. Goran from financing was swift and quick to the point. My first appointment I had to take it in to check my radio due to it not working I personally called them because I wanted to make sure they were gonna look at it when I called they answered and said oh the guy won’t be here to look at it Than why even book my appointment in the first place and keep in mind I had to wait a week and now I had to wait another week for them to actually look at it and now l’ve Been waiting almost a month for a new radio in my car and of course have to wait again for another radio due to the first one not working and I never got a call to let me know that it didn’t work out so I had to call this place constantly to check if the radio came in or not they have no communication! This is ridiculous

My salesman deserves a 5 star . Once I purchased though I have had a few issues. I brought my car in for an oil change and tried calling 7 times to see if it was done no one was picking up. Then they coded my extended warranty wrong Ive called twice so far and still no return call. Very disappointed.

No haggling or manipulative sales pitches here. Online pricing was very reasonable (compared to national average pricing and MSRP) to begin with, and when I arrived I was pleased to find out that they had knocked down that price even further. Jason was a straight-shooter. He was very attentive, knowledgeable about the vehicle/warranties/etc, and did not apply a pressuring hard sell. He also took a great deal of time to answer all of my questions and go over nearly every single feature on the vehicle. Im very grateful. Will definitely come back years down the road when its time to replace.

I bought a used Kia. I was able to get through the purchase in a timely manner without the usual dealer tactics. The delivery was another matter completely! Wait wait wait! Our salesman disappeared to help somebody else. We were just told to sit and wait even though we had an appointment. The car had a brake lamp burned out and a low beam headlamp that I figured out in the delivery bay and on the way home. The car was cleaned up nice but that was about it.Understaffed and insensitive.............

Deceitful dealership. They advertised a G500 for a price on Autotrader.com and I enquired about the vehicle. Zach, their customer service manager couldnt answer a few simple questions on the condition of the vehicle. I called three times and attempted to get a deal done. Zach told me the price of the G500 was 4,000 dollars more because of high interest on the internet. Obviously they care more about profits then customers service.

I recently purchased a new (used) car from Roger. He was extremely helpful and most of the deal was done over the phone, making the process super easy. All I had to do was go to the dealership, finalize the paperwork & drive home. Roger made buying my vehicle a breeze. There was a minor issue, the day after buying the vehicle, with the battery being bad/dead. Roger made it a point to have it replaced for me at no cost.

The check engine light came on my way to work. I drove the half mile to Heiser. I had no appointment but they took my car to a technician for an evaluation, gave me a ride to work and reported back to me by mid morning. I had my car back the next day! I cannot imagine a better outcome.

I was in touch with Chad in used vehicles for less then a day when he shot me a text with details on a gorgeous 05 Solara (Camry coup). Hadnt even made the lot yet, and within 2 days, I pulled the trigger. Love this car so far!Free oil change, 3 tire rotations, and car washes for the life of the car were nice bonuses!!!I went in, wrote a check, and didnt spend more than 25 min. before driving away.Plenty of supporting staff in sales and finance as well. Well I know where not to ever set foot in buying a car. Was really looking foward to buy a car, had set up an appointment and all, only to find the car had been sold that morning. Seems highly questionable. I had asked for Trevor, instead I got Alex who failed to greet up, didnt show any professionalism and well didnt seem to care at all. And to the other sales personnel I waved to and greeted, to which no one was bothered to greet back, thanks for that. Anyone looking for a car, avoid this place at all costs! A little minor incident isnt a big deal.As of November 22, 2020 I noticed that one of the air cap was missing. Discourteous, sloppy business practices.I have been, and still am, in the market for a used Toyota 4Runner. They advertised a clean used 4Runner that was exactly what I was looking for. I called and left my name with the receptionist as sales personnel were in a meeting.Later in the day, after not hearing fron anyone, I went to the dealership. I was told by a salesman that they had not yet acquired a title for the vehicle and that it could not be shown. He claimed the ad had been taken down due to the discrepency with the title (it wasnt). I gave my contact info to the salesman and was told I would be contacted when the vehicle was ready for sale. Fine, no problem. I made clear my intent to buy the vehicle once the title cleared.The next late afternoon, I received a call back from the salesman who informed me although there was still no title, I could be shown the vehicle and would be able to put money down on it for purchase when the title cleared. Again, no problem. Made an appointment for the next morning after my third shift job for an hour after they opened.Shortly before my appointment, I get a call from the salesman who told me the vehicle sold that morning before I could arrive.I get that dealerships need to sell cars. I would have had no problem if I had missed the opportunity to purchase the vehicle, and would have again considered giving them my business if they put up another comparable vehicle, but at least allow me a chance to get to my appointment after making me jump through hoops. I suspect they had no qualms about calling the next guy in line before I got there. Then, I spoke with a sales manager who sounded exasperated that I was disappointed in the way the matter was handled.Glad they made their sale, but I will walk right past this place in the future.

I call back to the dealership talk to the salesman name hunter and manager salesman name Robert they said they will call me about the issue. Bad experience. 1 and 1/2 hour for an oil change. coupon didnt cover the quarts needed. No one told me before the oil change was done, that it would cost more. I also requested tighten bolts on door. Also not done. It was very annoying and irritating service.

From the time I enter the service area Bob is always professional and welcoming. I have always been impressed with his customer focus and attention.This last visit was no exception. Just as a side note, not reflective of Bob, the car was filled with a gasoline smell I have never experienced. It might have been due to the recall issue.I always enjoy the high quality of service at Heiser.

Beware when dropping off your vehicle for work. Make sure you have the app on or a dash cam set up. I had a very unwelcome surprise when I dropped off my vehicle to have some paint touched up. I used the very handy (and in my case very helpful) Toyota app to put my vehicle into valet mode. I left it there and was told all would be well. Then I started to receive notifications that my vehicle was continually being driven over the speed limit I had set. When I checked the app I had the awesome surprise of finding my vehicle had been driven very recklessly (through the Vincent high school campus no less). When I called to informed them of this (and sent the data from the Toyota app) they assured me that they would get to bottom of it and call me back. After 3 days of no response I began calling and calling and calling. After a week of not getting in contact, I finally heard back. I stopped into the dealership. During my meeting They were more surprised about how I knew the speed of driver and where he went than actually giving me any kind of closure on the situation. They assured me this is a one time deal and they were “very very sorry about it”. During this time they offered me nothing more than sorry’s and assurances that it wouldn’t happen again. They also have hollow excuses about people being on vacation and other departments dropping the ball as to why I wasn’t contacted. So please as I mentioned above, IF you do leave your vehicle here make sure that have a way to track it. They won’t do anything if they abuse it but at least you’ll know if this was a “one time deal”. Good luck.

This review is based on routine maintenance work done at Heiser. There are no known issues with the work done, but the customer experience from the service department isnt up to the same standard demonstrated by the sales team. Additionally, I was dismayed to be offered optional throttle body clean/decarb maintenance. We purchased the extended maintenance plan when we bought the vehicle and were led to believe it included all maintenance needed for x miles/y years (excluding accidents and tires). Now they are offering to sell us additional maintenance that isnt covered by the maintenance plan. 🙁

Wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle there. Tried to pressure me into something when I made it very clear I needed my wife there. Didnt give me anywhere close to actual trade value of my car. Went to different toyota and bought a brand new Tacoma with perfection. I felt like just another random person buying a vehicle. So I wouldnt recommend Heiser Toyota to anyone due to that.

This would have been the 5th time I had brought my Toyota tundra in for servicing. But never will again!!!. I bought my truck with just under 60k .non of the 60k mile servicing was done at that point, nor did they mention that it was needed. five times i brought my truck in for servicing, and five times they failed to mention i need the 60k mile servicing. Now at 80k I had all servicing done elsewhere and the cost was half of what heiser quoted. Would not recommend heiser to ANYONE!

Disappointing. Price of inventory seems fair, all employees were nice. Unfortunately poor customer/sales service. Tested a car on a Saturday, and on Monday over lunch I called to put a hold on the car and the salesman said its a hassle to do over the phone and to come in later that day after I finish work. I came in at 6:00 PM to do the paperwork and the salesman said the car was sold. No courtesy call, no hold, and no longer a customer.

I highly recommend Heiser Toyota for their professionalism and top notch customer service!I was on the search for a 2018 Jeep Renegade AWD with a manual transmission. I called Heiser after unpleasant experiences with Carvana and other dealerships that basically laughed when I inquired if I could purchase online/by phone and have the vehicle delivered to me. Heiser happened to have the Jeep I wanted at their dealership and they didn’t hesitate when I asked if I could buy the Jeep without driving to Milwaukee to see it. They also assured me they could have it delivered (I live ~240 miles away) .Every team member I interacted with at Heiser provided top notch customer service. Jorgo was able to take a video of the vehicle for me and set up the sale. He was very responsive to my text messages and made the sale transaction smooth. The transporter, Joe, was timely and friendly. Joe had all the paperwork ready for me when he arrived at my residence. Chad and Pat followed up after delivery of the Jeep to make sure the vehicle and overall experience was positive.I am thrilled with my purchase. Heiser provided the best experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership.

We had a bad experience with the certified used vehicle we purchased from Heiser Toyota. The inspection sheet was checked saying vehicle was free of dents however when we got the vehicle home we noticed a dent which had been covered by wax and buffing. When we asked how the vehicle could have been sold as certified with the dent the used car manager said that they must have missed it then went on to say well you looked at the vehicle too and did not notice it. We live 3 hours away so they told us to take the vehicle to to the nearest Toyota dealership to have the dent popped out but the dealership said that there was no way to pop the dent out and it would need body work and paint. Heiser said they would not pay for that and we should bring it back to them and they would pop it out and fix it quickly! We decided not to do this as we did not want a quick fix by them so had the dent professionally repaired by someone we could trust (with no offer to reimburse or even partially reimburse from Heiser). We also did not get a tool to unlock our wheels and were belittled by the manager saying we just couldnt find it. We feel Heiser took advantage of us and disrespected us and will never buy a vehicle from Heiser again and will not buy another certified Toyota. On another note we did purchase a certified Toyota from a different dealership 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience but dealing with Heiser has taught us a lesson we wont forget.
