My Husband and I kept asking to see 3 specific vehicles and we asked the African American guy to take us to see them and he said No! I kept asking why and his response was because thats not the way he wants to do things. We were definitely racially profiled. The guy went to get the SUVs and drove them directly to the front of the building by the entrance. He kept talking like my Husband 8 grand wasnt enough to buy a vehicle and kept trying to get him to finance something way more expensive. We felt so uncomfortable and especially after telling him numerous of times we werent interested anymore. He even walked up to my vehicle and tried to lean his head in STILL trying to convince him to buy something expensive. His behavior was very tasteless and we will definitely never be back there. You would think him being an African American he wouldve treated us way better but thats not the case. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!

We took my Kia to Rosen for an oil change this morning. I have been taking my car there for oil changes since I bought my car there over 5 years ago, (except for a few visits during Covid when their service dept was not open on Sat and I drive over 30 miles to get there.)When we first arrived, we waited a few minutes for the service manager to assist us after the car before us got checked in. (There was another person sitting at a desk on his phone, ignoring us.) When being checked in, I told the service manager we were there for an oil change appt. He proceeded to tell us that we would also need to get a tire rotation done as they now do this as a “package” for $60. We explained that we didn’t need a tire rotation because we just recently put new tires on. He said it was not an option to do just the oil change. I asked why the website shows the oil change price was $34.95? (See attached photos from their OWN website from TODAY.) He said he didn’t know, and that he believed me that it showed that, but he still couldn’t honor that. (I again offered to show him the site info and price.) The oil change/tire rotation would be $60. So $25 extra. I also wondered why this change was not mentioned when I called to make the oil change appointment??We asked to speak with the GM. He told us Anthony would be available in a couple of minutes. We were sent to the waiting area to wait. My husband heard the service manager say to the other guy “is it always like this” and proceeded to laugh about it.After waiting 5 minutes we asked another employee about our wait, and he told us Anthony would be in a meeting for another 20 minutes. So we left.The sad part was that we were also going to speak with Phil about buying a new car. Now he also lost a new car sale.

When we went in to buy a car we weren’t 100% sure what car we wanted all we knew was we needed something with 5 seats and great gas mileage. Our sales consultant Jaime Cruz worked hard to get us a great deal and the finance department worked to get us approved. At the end of the day we drove off the lot in a BRAND NEW 2021 Kia Rio.

Andrew was great. Asked me what I was looking to do as far as a car. I got to test drive several to get an idea. He told me about a fully loaded 2020 Kia Niro.I came back the next day, and although the dealership was crazy busy, as was Andrew, we got to drive my new car home that night. I can only say good things about my experience. The changeover to my new leased Hyundai Tucson was very good. Jenn was helpful and answered all my questions (which were many). She was a gem to work with and my thanks go out to her and the rest of the staff at Rosen.
Staff was super attentive when we walked in. We were helped by Jaime Cruz who was honest, full of info and easy to speak with. The only downfall of the experience was the discussion with the man who reviews the final price and credit score with you, he was extra intense for no reason and once he realized his mistake, he tried to be nicer afterwards (white man with a power trip, if you ask me). I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle within 3 hours.
My sales representative is Andrew Drasen and he was polite, kind, courteous and most informative. Leasing a new vehicle can be very stressful and he put me at ease and made my experience at Rosen Kia very pleasant. I love my new Kia Soul and when Andrew delivered my car, he explained in derail how to set up and use all the tools in my car.
Bought my Kia new in 2018, everything was good until the first warranty ended, then it all went downhill from there. I found problems with the vehicle that no mechanic found during a routine check / oil change. Whomever changed the oil last took off the protective covering pieces under the engine and did not reinstall them.
Jaime was extremely helpful and Keith made the buying process enjoyable. Rosen Kia also has a great selection of cars even in these difficult times of shortages.
I came in to Rosen Kia on a Tuesday and was met by a friendly team of sales associates. I was referred to speak to Ruben Zavala. He’s such a great helpful funny sales person. I came and dropped off my check stubs on Friday Ruben called me that day mind you it was his day off to inform me I was approved for a new vehicle and to come in the following morning which was a Saturday. Ruben wasn’t scheduled to be at work until later in the day but because I had to be at work he was able to come in early just to accommodate my work schedule. Honestly I never felt pressured and he works so hard to get me approved for a safe nice reliable reasonably priced vehicle. I didn’t have the best credit or highest paying job but I left with a new 2020 Kia. The fact that all the staff including the finance department were so warm friendly and helpful it made my experience less scary and now I’m part of the Kia family like my mom. Ruben even went above and beyond to clean and personally wash my car because the line was so long he even helped me to setup Apple CarPlay. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles from Ruben and Rosen Kia

The whole experience was so EASY! I was contacted vis text by Jaime, I asked my questions and he answered. I loosely set up a time to stop by and test drive the vehicle of choice. When I showed up it was such a calm experience getting the keys and getting to test drive it. All his answers to my texted questions were truthful and correct. We was so relaxed and not pushy, I didn’t feel pressured. It made me feel like I could clearly think about whether I actually wanted the vehicle or not, not feeling pressured. The purchase a couple days later was crazy seem less. I was in and out in 20mins. They had me fill out my credit application online and get all that out of the way. All I had to do was sign the financial papers when I got there. This was my BEST experience picking out a car and financing it. All of the staff was so nice!!!! Thank you! Also, they had balloons waiting for my 3yr old. Sweetest gesture.

Normally I do not usually rate my shopping experience but in this place they try to play with the prices I was looking for a vehicle through true car I received some offers around and decided for rosen kia I drive for an hour with my loan ready to buy the vehicle when The person who attended me arrived without speaking much told me that they are trying to get out of that program that the current price is $ 39,000 so if you receive an offer online, do not trust it they are trying to get out of that program and prepare to pay $ 3000 more than the offer you received

HORRIBLE! Just returned my lease after having it for two days once I realized they charged me 8,000 dollars more than what the agreed upon price was! They even made the vehical 6,000 dollars more than the vehicals sticker asking price . This was after dealing with Keith Reed the finance manager! The price that was agreed upon with my sales rep was changed by Keith all without my knowledge or discussing it with me! I only noticed once looking over my paper work the next day. Very dishonest people work there who will do anything to make money for themselves! I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM!!! If you just bought a car from them check your finace paperwork!

My friend went in and asked for an oil change when he got his recipt it came out that they also rotated his tires. When he called and asked about it they told him he either has to pay or take it back to get the tires re-rotated. The manager was very rude about the situation definitely wont be coming back. On top of that they didnt wash my car which should be a must at a dealership like this. Very disappointing.

The lease on my 2018 Armada was coming due. I went to Rosen Nissan to look 2020 Armadas. The first thing that was so nice about this dealership is that there were not salesmen waiting for you at the front door. Weve all been to those dealerships. I was able to work with Aaron Rosen. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was very patient. I wasnt exactly sure if I wanted another Armada or something different. He spent a lot of time with me going over each vehicle that I looked at and test drove. I finally decided on the 2020 Armada. Since they didnt have the exact one I wanted in stock, he found one for me, exactly what I wanted. During this time he kept in constant contact with me with updates. Once the vehicle was at their dealership, He scheduled the closing at my convenience. When my husband and I arrived for the closing, Aaron was available immediately. No waiting. He introduced us to Kathy who went through all the paperwork with us. She was fantastic! I cant stress enough how easy it was working with Rosen Kia. Weve purchased and leased many vehicles. Our salesperson and business manager were as knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful as could be. This was simply the best car-buying experience we’ve had anywhere. My one criticism is, their dealer sticker is a hideous, four-color, 3-D, billboard you will definitely want OFF your new car. Good luck removing it without scratching or dulling the paint. I suggest you make them do it.
Peter in service department was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want another person coming in for an oil change.However, Faith did a wonderful job reaching out to talk through the issue and handled it like a true professional. So while I had my first bad experience in the service dept, Faith the Rosen Kia Family definitely care about their customers and understand the value of customer service.

My family and myself have been dealing with Rosen for a awhile now, everyone we encountered prior to this experience has been pretty friendly and helpful. I had a 2017 Nissan Rouge Sport for just about the entire lease length. I loved the car a lot - I wanted to preferably stay in a Nissan (and if I would have know I could’ve bought my lease outright) I would have, but I didn’t know and that’s technically no fault to anyone besides myself - for being younger and uninformed. I was called and told about a special that Rosen Nissan was doing to potentially get me in a newer Nissan - perfect I thought. I went into the dealership in hopes of figuring out what could happen. That was my first mistake. What I am not happy about and it seems to keep haunting me, are the problems I’ve had since I’ve switched from my 2017 Rouge Sport to a 2021 Kia Sportage. This has been entirely the worst experience with a car I’ve ever had. I was told that the Kia was BETTER than what I had, and contractually it would make sense to get out of my 2017 lease and into a newer car. Clearly my salesperson (Joe Rivera) only cared about getting the sale and it’s very apparent now. I got a 2021 Kia Sportage after saying I didn’t want to spend much money and I couldn’t really afford anything higher $350/m. I spent $500 down payment and my payment were a little over $350 for a car I was TOLD that was better than what I had., I was very weary getting a car that didn’t have automatic start because of the winters we have. It was informed that my car was equipped with software that would actually allow me to start my car from my phone, perfect I thought. Although it turned out when I brought my car in to get the software installed it was NOT equipped with automatic start. Which at that point there was NOTHING I could do, the car was already purchased (leased). As of recently, my car was stolen in BROAD DAYLIGHT in front of my house. Never was it mentioned (and it should have been) that’s Kia’s are hot commodities and easily stolen. It was never even suggested to get an alarm or ANY EXTRA security steps KNOWING what’s happening with their cars This has been the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had, and I’m just not satisfied. I have less allotted miles with my Kia then I did with my Nissan - which I was told contractually they were the same - a lie. Everything that I was told pretty much, just wasn’t true. Salesman shouldn’t need to lie to get a sale, EVER. Also after looking over my lease in greater depth, it says $31,225 but it shows the valued MSRP to be $25,000.
This was my first time really dealing with a dealership and I had some reservations going in but I really could not be more pleased with my experience! I was not planning on driving off the lot with a new car that day but Ruben was so informative and gave me a great deal for my trade in. There were a couple hiccups with communication regarding the dollar bills but Jeff stepped in and sorted everything out and honored my requests. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is apart of the Kia family looking to change it up!

Great communication and price. They provided the best price in a quick manner. If I had a question or request they would get me an answer within 10 minutes or less.
