They treated us as though we in the1950s. My daughter was shopping for a vehicle and unfortunately they had one see liked. She told the sales person that she would like to test drive the vehicle and get a copy of the Carfax report. The sales person requested my daughters drivers license which she provided. When he returned he gave my daughter the key fab and jumped in the back seat. My daughter asked was it necessary for him to ride along and he replied yes, weve had cars stolen. Im 67 with a white beard and my daughter is in her 40s. I asked the sales person did we look as if we wanted to steal a car and his reply was looks can be receiving.
The PROS: Joe Pettay was a very nice salesperson that we dealt with. Prompt with calling back and answering our questions. Although he works at the BMW dealership down the street (owned by Umansky). He handled our deal at Mercedes dealership since we spoke to him initially.The CONS: We spent over 5 HOURS dealing with finance and signing paperwork. We had a loan pre-approved and everything was all set to come in and sign. Everything went downhill from there. They got the deal worked out, but something that should have literally taken and hour or so turned into the entire afternoon. Finance guys told me that they were brand new. You think???Gave this dealership 2 stars since our salesperson Joe Pettay was helpful through the process. He apologized and said he appreciate our patience waiting around for hours. THIS IS MERCEDES!!!!! COME ON, GET WITH THE PROGRAM PEOPLE! Thought I was at the KIA dealership for goodness sakes.
Depending on the Purpose of your visit/request, this center can go from a 4 star to a possibly 1 star experience.Service - (3.5 - 4 stars) Been here a few times and theyve done a decent-good job. There were times when the service got delayed but they kept me upto date for the most part (had to follow up several times but thats ok). So far no complaints save for their major lack of Loaners. Dealt with Steve and/or Todd mostly and both were professional and supportive!Finance - (1star )Attempted to reach this department to Extend the Warranty on my CPO. Alas after multiple calls and a voice mail, no response. Id say thats pretty much in line with how Ive seen another Mercedes Finance Department operate but still disappointed that a 3 pointed star establishment would differ in their customer service so vastly. Room for improvement for sure.
Great overall experience. Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. I went in for routine maintenance and, unfortunately, there had to be some other things done. As a young woman, I have always hated taking my car into any auto shop, but Steve had a wonderful way of explaining things without making me feel talked down to. I could not recommend this place more!
As usual, we had a great service experience here. We bought a used vehicle from a non-Mercedes dealer and Todd helped explain the various service and inspection options. They gave us peace of mind that our vehicle is in great shape and up to date from a maintenance perspective, and were also accommodating in scheduling an appointment with short notice.

Im happy to admit Im writing this review of my own volition. I recently had an incredible experience at Umansky Mercedes Benz of Milwaukee. After several weeks of searching, talking, reviewing, debating and YouTubing, I purchased one of my dream cars. Hats off to Aleksey for all the time and professionalism throughout this process. I challenged him with my needs and he always came through. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. He did an outstanding job catering to me and making me feel like a real person. At first I was skeptical because I have not had the greatest experiences in the past with dealerships. Especially when they try to haggle you in to a purchase.When we arrived, it was pretty busy so I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to assist me in the vehicle I was already looking at. The moment I was helped, Isaiah brought the car around and I wasnt pushed in to test driving it. He was very patient with me, and was doing a walk-around with me talking about the car. When I decided to take it for a test drive, he was not pushy. He just listed off some features I might like, and waited for my response. He just let me absorb the excitement of testing the car. After the test drive was over, Sean Caffe was the original salesman I was working with and communicating with took over and was sitting us down to discuss potential financing options. He was very forward with me and was trying to help me get the most I could for my trade in. Also answered every question I had.The part I appreciated the most out of this entire experience was the fact they were willing to work with the fact that my co-signer disabled and could not be there to sign for me. They not only stayed late to get the paperwork done for the following day, first thing the next day Sean delivered my new car to my home after cleaning it up for me, and a full tank of gas. This entire experience was very strong in communication. I was not hassled, I was given honest information. They treated me with respect. I huge shout out to Sean for trying to help me get the car of my dreams and within my budget. I normally dont give reviews unless I feel the customer support was above and beyond; this was that experience. Never once did I feel like I was just another customer.I am now a proud owner of a Mustang GT. Thank you!
Im the lucky owner of a 1973 model MB 450 SL, which I have reason to belive was sold from your shop back in 1973. Is there any possibility to get a confirmation if my car came out of your shop or not? What information about the car would you need to The car is still in excellent condition, and has since September 2010 had a good life in Southern Norway.

I drive a 2021 benz $50,000 truck they Dont clean inside of the car good very rude when calling just hang up without saying thank you or have a nice day but car sales man was nice would not deal with silver spring location they make u want to switch to a BMW or Lexus they give way better service or maybe its because im black its the same everytime I bring my truck in for service so im trying the south side location maybe better experience there.

I feel like I received great service here, the staff is very attentive and they hear your concerns. If there was an area they needed to improve it would be their valet service. It normally takes longer than it should for them to bring your car out after you’ve paid the cashier. wirh my other car, I visit another dealership and have my car within five minutes bit at this dealership I’m waiting 10 to 15 minutes minimum. I think they need to hire more people. Things moved faster under the previous owner.

I don’t usually enjoy the car buying experience. I will honestly say that this was one of the first times that i actually enjoyed it. From my first contact with Sam online until we walked out the door with the keys to our newly purchased and our first Mercedes Benz. I cannot say enough about the staff at this dealership. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The finance officer was very straightforward with all the information I asked about the purchase contract. I guess the bottom line would be will I want to buy another vehicle from this dealership and the answer would be a definite yes!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but due to COVID, it appears that there was not a lot of staff availability. There was no one at the front desk to return my rental and there was no one at the cashiers desk to pay for my service. I probably spent a total of 30 minutes just waiting. I do like this location because it’s close and I do plan to come back. But I hope that as COVID cases decrease that customer service gets better.

I purchased my SLK from a Mercedes dealer in Florida last March and this was the first service that was required. Todd greeted me and took me into his office and explained all that was necessary for the service that was due on the vehicle. He was helpful and very courteous. The vehicle was done on time and was clean as the day it was new. I Will be looking for Todd the next time I come in for service.
Forced to take car in for a failed auxiliary battery (apparently another common Mercedes quality issue), and a recurring squeaking sound in interior that this dealer failed to fix one time before despite supposedly putting foam in the dashboard. They then told me as I was dropping off car at 7:15am that there was an additional recall issue (wheel bolt?) that they would take care of too while car was in. First update not until 3:25pm saying that they might have to keep the car, and then at 3:45 telling me FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER 8 HRS that they cannot replicate the squeak and will keep the car. Following day no update until I contacted them at 11:30 and they said still unable to replicate. Very irritating as now half the day gone without contacting me as I could have gone over and driven it with them. Then they said everybody at lunch until 1 which is further bad service- I requested wanting to just get car back as is with the other work done. Went to get car at 2pm- when I drove out of the lot there was a loud sound in tire- turns out they gave me my car back with a bolt puncturing the front left tire. Had to leave the car again overnight. When picked up next morning found out that they in fact never did fix the recall issue because had to order parts and that would have to fix that at another time in the future- again, horrible lack of communication after saying at first would have that fixed. Overall very negative- first of all had to waste my time to start on all Mercedes quality issues- and then very poor communication and wasting time on something they said they fixed previously and then top it off by giving me the car back with a punctured tire from their shop floor which I very dangerously drove off the lot. I will service my car at a different MB dealer going forward
The overall customer service was great... the only complaint I have is the wait for my car to get washed and vacuumed well it didn’t looked washed and it was not vacuumed it looked just like it did when it was picked up from my house and there were finger prints on the windows. Roadside assistance picked my car up 45 minutes after the scheduled time other than that no complaints

I have never had the need to utilize the roadside assistance but I thought I would try it after having a flat tire downtown. I was staying in Milwaukee for the weekend and ran over a bolt. Called their dealership to see if they could get it in that day as I was heading out of town and they had me bring it right in. They were very friendly, very professional and extremely helpful...fixed it up very quickly and I was on my way. If this dealership weren’t so far away from my home I would go to them for all my MB services!!
The salesman at the time was amazing but they ended up letting him go, after they let him go my experience here was terrible, the windshield had a crack that they didn’t fix, they chipped the paint on my amg rims and they touched it up with filler paint (when it was supposed to be powder coated) and a representative there told me it was powder coated....any decent human knows the difference....also they won’t return any calls or voicemails. Buy your Benz from somewhere else

Let me tell you I took my Benz to a certain dealership in Appleton last year and had a not so professional response did not like the lack of attention and timely response they made me feel as if I was more of a bother than a client. Leased a C300 last week from Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee and I have no words to express how great the staff worked together to earn my business and maintain excellent customer relationships. Sven is a friendly and professional sales manager who worked with me finding all possible options to getting me the best car. I made my option to pick the lowest possible package from a C300, however, they let me go home with a almost fully loaded vehicle for the same price. Boom !! I have never heard General Managers interacting with customers to know their experience but this company does it for real. My wife loved the overall experience as she was new to the leasing area. I came to this dealership 2 hours after a week of waiting for a “ online discount retailer” to deliver my “hassle free” luxury car that had arrived Scratched down the entire side of car! ( which I refused delivery). By sheer luck I stopped off at Mercedes of Milwaukee North on my long drive back to Door County and Dyson Chmura asked if he could help. I explained my situation, he proceeded to immediately find a very similar vehicle for several thousand less than the online retailer and by the time I could drop off the vehicle I’d been driving to my Moms in Waukesha, return to the dealership where, sales manager Michael, and Anthony the finance manager, had all the closing and finance docs ready to go, gave me a complete tutorial on the special features and I was on my way thrilled after such a challenging day. I’ve saved thousands on the purchase, much more on the finance rate and have an incredible new car multi year dealer warranty in a very convenient location. But more than the dollar savings .. I feel I’ve been treated very well by friends ! Thanks to all, for taking your time late on a Friday night, to help me out of a tough situation. You all represent the best of your profession !!!

Great service!We had a breakdown returning from vacation and had no idea what level of service to expect. The car was towed in after hours. I received a text message at 7:00 am the following day saying they received the vehicle, had a quote by 12:00 and the car was washed and ready by 5:00. They even fixed a recall on the airbag.I will be driving back Wisconsin to purchase my next Mercedes from them. The dealers in Chicagoland could take a lesson or two from these guys!Thank you,Don
I always liked this location because they had great customer service in car service and sales. However recently I had some really bad experience in sales where promises were made but not kept... no follow up with customer. Customer are definitely not first in this location. After they sold you the car you’re on your own.That’s not a service I expect from Mercedes especially not as a loyal customer.I can’t recommend the location for sales.
Todd Dekker and the service manager were outstanding. Excellent communication and resolved all my issues.I was not impressed at all with the payment desk staff. The woman that helped me was very unfriendly and it took 20 minutes to pull my car around. This left a sour taste after a previously very positive experience

This review has nothing to do with the service technicians. They have been and continue to be easy to work with and pleasant. The support staff, on the other hand, is a joke. They clearly have no interest in providing timely service or being courteous to clients, definitely not what I expect from Mercedes.

I brought my GLC300 in for service and had Todd Dekker. WOW-He was awesome! He was very thorough and made my whole experience both enjoyable and smooth. I received text message confirmations for my car while it was in service and when it was done. When I came to pick it up, it was both washed and vacuumed inside, now that is EXCELLENT service! He even remembered me from the previous day and made a point to say bye. Everything about this dealership is an awesome experience!
