Loved this wonderful gem in the heart of Midvale. Very welcoming and a very chill vibe to such a vibrant cafe. Staff was friendly and helpful and the coffee as food was amazing! The capacciono was delicious and the bacon breakfast sandwich was top notch. I love supporting local business specially from my home town. If you want good quality coffee please stop by! They have a variety of selections and a drive thru which is always convenient. Thank you for a great time Tres Gatos coffee, we will be back!

Absolutely hands down the best coffee shop Ive been to in utah and Ive lived here 5 years. The people are super friendly and they make everything from scratch. The coffee is amazing and even black doesnt have that usual bitter after taste. Its a very friendly vibe and everything is quick. Its a perfect place to stop and get coffer and a bite to eat before work or go for a coffee date.

Love this great new coffee spot, the area needed one and this one fills the need perfectly. Great coffee and their snacks are tasty too. They have some unique stuff here like the Mexican Mocha with spiced chocolate. There are some unique non-coffee blended drinks as well along with a huge row of syrup flavors to add to your drink. I finally tried this place a couple of weeks ago, and Ive been back so many times since that they already recognize me... 🤦🏼‍♀️ Its so good though! The caramel macchiato is delicious (blended is wonderful). I just tried their chai this morning and it did NOT disappoint. Ive followed them on insta for a while, and am sad I waited so long to go there. Dont wait, just go. You will not regret it. Oh, and the staff are super friendly too! Even if they do laugh a little at how often you visit...

Everyone’s complaining about how long the wait is but what they fail to realize is the Owner works this place all by himself most days. He works so hard and his drinks and food are delicious. Everyone preaches about hard work in this country but when someone does work hard and by themselves all you do is complain

Sunday morning trying to get coffee is a joke. We were so excited to try this place. Pulled up, waited 10 minutes just to order (got stuck between two cars - so we couldn’t just leave). Waited about 7 minutes for our order, which was terrible. The most watered down coffee we’ve ever had. No flavor at all.Super bummed and disappointed. We really had high hopes. :(

I’ve tried the pumpkin pie dirty chai and the Mexican mocha and both were absolutely delicious. A little more expensive than Starbucks or other coffee chains, but well worth it to support local business and get a higher quality product!

So happy to find a local coffee shop that makes a variety of delicious drinks! So far the Almond Joy, Lattes and Cold Brew have been delicious, but their Chai is definitely the best drink we’ve had so far! Got it dirty and it was so good.

Lots of options. Almost to many. No where to really sit, relax, and enjoy your coffee. Love that they have the little crushed ice. Iced Chai was good. Id go back if I was in Midvale again.

Best drip coffee in the Valley! They use a special method using a Ground Control brewer which makes the coffee low in acidity and have a consistent smooth flavor. Also the dirty chai is bliss.

So good! We ordered an iced dirty chai and a blended mexican mocha. We were both very impressed with the flavor of both, as well as the perfect consistency of the blended mocha. Definitely recommend.

Hidden gem! Give them a try, non-coffee cafeinated drinks are lit. The cookies are large in size and certainly delicious in flavor. Looking forward to trying more items of their menu.

I was driving by and decided to try the Mexican blended mocha, OMG! Best decision I ever made! Hands down to the best mocha ever!! I even returned for more! Price and service was great, the best part was the locally roasted flavor!

I am so glad that a friend suggested meeting for coffee at Tres Gatos. I had one of the best chai lattes I’ve ever had!!! Got it hot. Liked it so much I brought an iced one hone for my son. I tasted their cold brew, too. It didn’t even need sweeteners!!! This may sound crazy, but they have great ice!! What made this place even better were the owners!! I felt welcomed by Ben and Breck!!! I’m excited to return!!

We live about 15mins out. And make the drive at least twice a week! Staff is nice and friendly, all the drinks we have tried are great! Our faves are the Mexican mocha. And the fighting Irish.

We finally tried this place after seeing it a few times after working out in the morning, and theyre really a one in a million kind of coffee shop. My boyfriend got the cyclops brew and I had the vanilla chai, and both of us were very pleased with the flavor! Its a cute little place that we hope to visit and thoroughly enjoy with our other friends someday. But the drive-thru will hold us over until then :)

Ordered a chocolate & vanilla chai latte with OatMilk. My daughter wasnt sure shed like the chocolate one, because she was afraid of it being too rich in flavor... So I got a vanilla for myself, just in case..Well they were both delicious. Maybe a lil too much cinnamon, but the Vanilla was my fav out of the two. The chocolate one tasted like a Fancy Hot Cocoa & my 9yo agrees.The man working was very friendly & funny. Told my Daughter to give it a taste before we drove off.. And if she didnt like it to, throw it out the window hahaha

Tried this new coffee place out today, their vanilla chai was the best I’ve had in a while. Friendly guy who serviced us and made us laugh :) Has a drive through which is convenient. I will be coming here often. Go check it out!
