The best coffee shop i visited this year!

This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, or concern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. My husband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchise did away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don’t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Their Americano coffee is delicious!!

There always pleasant and welcoming. It’s not an easy job dealing with the public. I know I’ve been there. And I’ve got to to say please give these professionals a great tip.They deserve it. By the the way the Black hot coffee is always delicious and Awesome 😎

Customer service is not great, I went inside to order a breakfast sandwich, and waited 20 minutes before someone asked me if I was waiting for something. The people behind me in line got their food before me, which is unacceptable. Apparently the person cooking did not know there was an order waiting. And nobody apologized for the wait or thanked me for being patient, I was not happy when I left. The expensive microwaved sandwich was not worth all of this.

Used to love beans and brews for their originality and craft but their level of care and conduct had dramatically declined across the board to the point of being on par with Starbucks... Which isnt a compliment. Not bad just not worth it. If youre gonna spend the money on a signature coffee from a shop I suggest juice n java, high point coffee, or enlighten coffee. They are consistent, delicious, and remain true to customer service rather than pumping up numbers

It’s a 50/50 if you’re going to get good service or not, THEY HAVE BEEN PREPARING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES!!! Once I saw that I decided to make a review because that absolutely disgusting and wait times have been ridiculous I have to leave over an hour early if I want coffee first because it takes so long to sit in the drive through.

Definitely my preferred coffee that in my opinion can beat out Starbucks for quality

I just learned that B&B roasts their own beans. This is something I look for in a coffee place. I have been three times. Each time the order taker (voice in the box) doesn’t sound happy to have their gig. For the second time my drink was incorrect. To me, the person in the window and in the box don’t really enjoy their jobs. There is zero engagement or exchange of any pleasantries. I’m not the person to lose their mind over an incorrect beverage. However, I am the person that will say something about lackluster customer service. Sadly, this establishment has not lived up to their hype.

I love beans and brew! Great coffee! I tried their ham and cheddar croissant and it was delicious! Great job!

They serve beyond meat, who doesnt like meat thats twice as carcinogenic as regular meat lol. Great coffee though.

This location replaced a coffee my daily B&B location messed up one time :) So I went back a few times just as a thank you and love their service. The baristas are nice ...and they always have my French Roast brewed for Eye-Openers whenever I go there. Even late into the evening before closing. Will keep coming as long as the French Roast keeps flowing :)

My coffee was really good. The staff seemed over busy with drive through orders but one girl was so helpful for someone never being in there before. I got the Avocado toast and it was a bit bland in flavor. The drink was good not the best but good. My boyfriends bacon burrito was disgusting though. If you have tecture issues with your food dont get it.

Love me some beans!24 oz, copper freeze, w/ espresso. No whip. Liquid gold baby! HahaNo matter the location beans always pleases!

Beans and Brews is the Better that starbucks in my opinion, but the Cookie Monster Frappe is DELICIOUS!!!! I wanted another one because of how good it was and the dont pay you extra if you tell them to add more whipcream. The peolpe are super nice too

I go to beans and brew For a Mr. b’s up to twice a day across the valley i love beans and brew. That being said this location for some reason cannot make a decent tasting cup of coffee. Last 5 times it tasted so awful from the first sip I had to toss it and go to another beans and brew. Never coming back lol

It was nice. The barista was friendly and up beat. Of course the the coffee was amazing. Just hot enough but not scalding hot.

Drive thru worker today was put out because she couldnt just scan my app. It was an inconvenience for her to take my debit card.

Double check your credit card charges they try to give themselves a tip!!Update ** They admit to doing it and still no follow up 3 days later!!

Pretty great location! They get your order prefect every time (at least when I go). The staff is very friendly and personable. My only complaint is that it took quite a long time to get our most recent order though the drive thru.

Coffee aside-they have the fastest drive thru ever (at least at the times I’ve gone) but I’ve only tried the espresso float which is really good and then the cocoa bean frappe which was good but a little too frozen.

Ate a bacon burrito and the cheese sauce was ROTTEN and I vomited😭😭

I feel like this location should open their lobby, so many of the locations are open to order. The drive through always takes at least 20 minutes to finally get your drink. It’s ridiculous.

Amazing customer service, delicious coffee. Drive-thru goes fast and employees always wear masks, gloves, committed to safety, which I appreciate.

Love their lattes but its the only drive thru Ive been to during the pandemic where the employees dont use gloves or masks and they handle credit cards directly. At least at the Midvale location which I went to 3 times this week. Other restaurants are protecting their employees and customers better.

The best chai and my fav, tan ice mocha with two pumps of coconut and two pumps of almond. Yummmm

Had breakfast with a chi tea here for the first time and it was excellent!

I am a starbucks girl i guess

We come here every week almost. Nearly every Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff is always friendly and we have always gotten exactly what we ordered. Big fan of this spot!

Great experience at this location! The girl in the Drive thru was very nice. She offered to give my dog a biscuit and gave her a big size biscuit! I was surprised, usually it’s just a little bite size biscuit that places give out for free. I then left my debit card, had to come back and she was very nice about it! Wasn’t busy at all when I went through as well.

Friendly baristas. Great coffee. I especially enjoyed the Iced Mr Bs.

Literally every time I come to this location they ALWAYS mess up my order. I even WAITED for my order to be corrected and asked the woman that came out to confirm what the remake was AND she confirmed when it was wrong. This is a reoccurring issue I have I do NOT recommend coming to this location. Go to the ft Union one if you have the time.

No option to switch your bread on sandwiches is a really dumb policy. I understand things are priced according to their original recipe, but if the difference in value is huge then offer to charge me 30-50 cents more to make what I asked for.Also, the assistant manager that rung me up seems to lack an understanding of basic till counting which made me laugh.

Ive been going to Beans and Brews I started going a LONG time ago, to the one on 54thSo.&34th. I read some reviews. I noticed the owner responds. Awesome to you. Ive been in my own business 33 years... You know how the saying goes--- for every bad review you get 20 good ones ☝

Great coffee and frappuccinos. Would have given 5 stars but the inconvenience of going back through drive thru because of a missing receipt and price issue makes it a 4.

Everyone seems really on top of things at this location, from my experience. Theyre fast and friendly. My tan iced mocha with almond milk is always made just right, not bitter. My orders are correct. :)

Visiting the area I was seeing Beans & Brew at about every exit off I-15, so I decided to try them. Since it was hot out I decided to try their Espresso Float, which turned out to be very smooth and good. I realized later it had a strong caffeine kick to it, which probably accounts for the price. Next time I might try a hot drink. There will be a next time.

Sorry but Beans and Brew is not strong enough for me. I had a extra small Americana with 3 shots and still Starbucks got them topped. I was craving Coffee and they were the closest in the area. But it was a nice place with helpful employees.

The iced Mr. B is the go to. This place also gives dog treats so bring your furry friend along.

I love this Bean and Brews, I’ve gone here for several years now, but recently I’ve had an unpleasant encounter with an employee. She made fun of me for wanting straws...my feelings are hurt :)

Super friendly staff. I practically felt like they knew me, but this was my first time at this location. And all I got was a hot brew with a shot. Its on my way home from my moms, Ill definitely be back!

Great drink selections for everyone. Im not a big coffee drinker, but they have a great menu and their coco bean fraps are amazing! A little pricey, but better than Starbucks.

Best coffee ever! Waaayyy better than other, bigger name brand coffee chains. I dont live in Utah and we dont have these in Colorado, so we make it a point to stop here every time we visit.

Update: This location is the absolute worst when it comes to detail. After my previous review (below). We went again today(12/7/18) for one last chance. Well, instead of giving SOY as ordered, we were given Dairy milk AGAIN. Never will we visit a Beans and Brews again, they clearly dont pay attention to specific detailed orders.Previous Post: This location is Consistently getting our order wrong. Im writing this review because today was the last straw. Ordered two hot Soy white Rasp. Mochas In the drive thru. As we headed home we noticed it was dark chocolate (very much dislike the dark choc.) Turned around went inside to have them remake it. I tasted one and it was right, we get home and taste the other one which had dairy milk. We only drink soy so we recognize the sour dairy taste. VERY disappointed and frustrated, especially when we get charged extra for Soy.

Great service and understanding. If you dont have their app theyll tell you how to get points for you visit! I highly recommend the Mr. Bs - hot. Frozen is great for the summer around here.

I come here every morning for the house blend and the cheery faces of the employees.

I come here often. My work is just down the street. I always get the same; decaf coffee and an oatmeal. This morning was a not so good morning for me. Sick with strep throat and not in a great mood. I ordered my usual; decaf with cream and sugar and an oatmeal. I got to my office and noticed the coffee did not have cream and sugar. I called the store. The lady who I spoke to said shed come right to my office with a new coffee with cream and sugar! Wow, talk about redeeming and service. We are all human and are not perfect, however, her excellent service redeemed my morning! I am sure she set a great example for her team at Beans and Brews. I sure appreciated her :)

We stopped for a cold drink and had iced green tea. Then we sat a bit and chatted. Nice staff, clean and comfy place to hang. Spot on.

This location of Beans & Brews is well staffed and clearly well trained on getting coffee to their customers. Ive enjoyed every cup so far -- never too hot and always tasty. Their are other locations with friendly staff but that doesnt change that I enjoy the consistently responsive service and brew.

Good coffee, but one of the employees was pretty rude. I had to walk 3 miles in the freezing cold to get there so I was red faced and wind beaten when I got there, and the guy looked at me, and spoke to me like I was mentally challenged. Typical Utah yuppie

I always loved the hot drinks at Beans and Brews for over a decade but for the last seven or eight visits all of the hot drinks I ordered tasted horribly bitter. I only order Hot white chocolate mochas and Chai lattes which dont even have espresso and these were the most delicious until the last few months. I dont know what happened but it seems impossible to have a drink that doesnt taste like a cigarette.

Went there yesterday and my total they told me was $5.03 and I look at my bank account and they charged me $6.04... I did not authorize a tip. I will never go back since you are stealing from your customers.

Great place, come here all the time. Only one suggestion, please get Milk Bone brand dog biscuits for your furry customers. The Woof ones are not very good. Its my dogs favorite thing to go for a ride and get a dog biscuit from the coffee place. And shes always disappointed at this location.

I can go to any location besides this one get my drink and my food not Burnt to a crisp! 3 times now I have wasted my money for my Breakfast just to throw it away

Ive stopped here a few time, most recently before I had an interview at a company right next to Beans & Brews. The barristas could tell I was nervous and were quick to offer words of encouragement. I got the job, and like to think that they helped in some small way,

Closes at 8pm during the winter and 9pm in the summer. Theres on in West Valley thats always open until 9pm. I prefer the other location when bringing work after normal office hours to avoid the time crunch. Otherwise, a good, friendly coffee shop.

I love the location. Its an easy on, easy off from the freeway. But sometimes it can be very loud in there when youre trying to have a conversation.

Need to get with door dash or Uber eats or something that delivers cause I am at work and would love coffee at any point cause I only get half hour lunches and not a brand and brew by me that’s close enough and won’t get coffee any where else

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. They have messed up our order every single time we have gone. I feel as if the entire staff including the manager are under trained. I have never had an issue at any other location besides this one. I expect this from Starbucks but not Beans and Brews. Very disappointed.
