Good chocolate chip drink

It’s great if you enjoy food poisoning! Got a cheese danish, ham and Swiss croissant, and a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, coffee tasted a little off but I kept drinking. Hour later I was so sick, now 13 hours later and I’m still dying. I’ve never had this reaction to coffee before and I drink Starbucks pretty frequently… loved that it was so close to work but I’m gonna have to pass from now on.

Messed up my drink after leaving a $5 tip. So we go into the store to return it and the girls were a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a very simple drink, they made a big deal, and then still somehow managed to messup my cold brew with sugar free vanilla AGAIN. The first drink didnt have an ounce of flavoring in it and they seemed so offended that I would return it.

Clean, busy, some staff are friendly others not so much. 3 out of 4 times my order has been incorrect. (Pay for extra espresso but dont get it. Ask for no whip and they put it on etc.) This is the only Starbucks near by so I just double check my orders now.

Trued their pumpkin spice frappuccino and it was literally to die for! Must try to those who havent!

This location used to be really slow, but recently they have really improved! They are really friendly. They also gave me a gift certificate recently because they ran out of something I ordered. :)

I came by in the morning before work, and ordered a simple flat white with almond milk. Not only did I sit in the drive thru for about five minutes while all of the workers stood around doing absolutely nothing, but when they finally brought out a drink, it was the wrong drink. They gave me a pumpkin spice latte with 2%, which I cant have because Im lactose intolerant! Ive been to this location a few times, and every time I come, Im super disappointed. These drinks are way too expensive for you to be messing them up. Step up please Starbucks!

Everyone was so friendly and greeted me with a smile. Everything I ordered was delicious and made to perfection.

After fighting traffic to get into the nightmare parking lot and waiting forever in line at the drive-thru they were out of ingredients to make both of the drinks we ordered. Then we were stuck behind 2 other cars without any other way out even though we decided not to order because again, that parking lot....

Waited in the drive thru for about 40 minutes the other day, which is crazy. Definitely one of the slowest Starbucks in the SL Valley. This location needs to work on being more efficient with their time or park cars if they’re waiting on food and drink items.

Worst Starbucks in SLC guaranteed. Showed up at 1:55 on Thanksgiving and a lady comes out and boxes the entire drive thru line in with a closed sign and helped the person in front of me then told me they were closed at 2, nice, zero customer service, incompetent management of this location. Will NEVER return to this starbucks all the other starbucks closed at 3 that day aswell, figures, this Starbucks likes to break all the rules it seems the owner is a lazy incompetent moron.

The people there are always so sweet, and the environment there makes me feel so safe!! And of course, the drinks and food are allwayyyyyyyssss delicious!!!! ❤️❤️

Of all the Starbucks in the valley that Ive tried (which is many) this one consistently brews the best-tasting coffee. I drink my coffee black, and I can tell you there is a large quality disparity among different Starbucks locations.

2:15pm.The Google says at present the lines are not too long. You call and theres no answer. You click on the website and it says its closed.The Covid will be the end of me.

Sooo slow! Every time I go to this location, it’s painfully slow. Seems like only one person works here ..

Some of the best customer service I have ever recieved at a Starbucks. Incredibly personable staff. Food and drinks were made perfectly.

They knew what I meant when I say make it a khaki color 😂, food was hot and drink was made correctly. They offered my pups the pupachinos even though I decline, I like to be asked 😆.

The actual store is fine but the parking lot sucks and trying to get into the drive-thru is terrible.

Very friendly staff. They were great with prepping the drinks and got it exactly how I wanted.

Great place but I have one concern. When I order tea they give me two cups for it (probably because its already so hot). I think we have already plenty of trash in this world. Plus there is already the paper around the cup so you dont even have to touch the cup and burn yourself.Why two cups?!?!? Its just such a waste.

Ive gone here a few times and the employees in the drive through always make me smile. They always are friendly and upbeat and before you leave they always have something genuine and sweet to say. Its a small, hidden gem.

I love coming here! Theyre always so friendly and the service is fast. Today there was a huge line of cars but they had my coffee and pumpkin bread ready as soon as I reached the window. I come here almost every weekday before work and Im always impressed!!!

Love this location because it is small and intimate. amA great place to do home work get some alone time, or meet with a few of your friends. It also has outside seating for those nice days. Quick pick up available with driver thru.

Worst customer service Ive EVER had. This location has the credit card machine that you can operate yourself. I couldnt reach the machine and I asked the woman at the window if she could swipe my card for me. She ignored me and tried to fix the length of the chord. After struggling she said just give it to me and grabbed my card. I sat there baffled that someone would treat me like that. How hard is it to politely ask for my card, let alone grab it out of my hand? She then called me sweetie and honey profusely in the most demeaning and condescending way. I tried to call the location and get her name, the lady was incredibly rude and asked what is this about? Why is it private information to know the first name of the clerk helping me? She finally gave me the name Debra. I will not be returning to this location. I was treated like I was a nuisance rather than a valued customer. If Im spending my money I expect to be treated better than this. Maybe think about reevaluating your career choice if you cant provide decent customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

I dont like coffee and I think Starbucks is a little bit expensive but great price. Good place to go for a casual meeting or to work (I was going to say study also, but it students should go libraries instead and let this places for business oriented people :D).

The service and the employees are great however the reason I have gave the store a unpleasant reading is because they do not have hot water running in the restrooms when I need to wash my hands and of course at the worst possible time during a global pandemic.

Have not had cold brew 4 out of the 5 times Ive gone. Great staff though! Always friendly and have had good suggestions.

The staff was really friendly but I came here to do homework and kill some time and the WiFi was so awful I got nothing done. I was super frustrated because places like this should make sure that they have good WiFi especially because it’s a coffee shop and a lot of times people hang out in coffee shops to work or do homework so why in the world would you not put some effort in to having good WiFi? My drink was good but I won’t be coming back here because a huge factor in where I choose to get my coffee is the atmosphere.

They make a good protein style burger. Some places make the lettuce messy, but mine are always made perfect here. Nice staff and quick service.

Fast and courteous and tastes great. I had a couple bad experiences in the past with Starbucks regarding the taste of something in the frappuccinos. It tasted like soap. This place, I order the same thing and it tastes just as it should, not like soap. Its a small thing but makes a big difference.

Ive been here a couple of times in the morning to grab a quick bite and the service has always been slow at the counter. Maybe its faster to order in your car. In any case, its like any other Starbucks but you may find youll be waiting in line a little longer than youd expect.

Ive started going to this Starbucks because the one by my house is slow and terrible. This is exactly the opposite. Speedy service and the staff is always friendly. My biggest complaint about this location is exactly that. Location. Its not very convenient for getting in and out of.

Although this location doesn’t represent all Starbucks, I’m officially taking Starbucks off my Go-To list. The wait is insane (25 minutes today) but more so, every time I come here, there’s something disappointing happening. One time it was the birthday drink, the next was redemption of the Star points, today, they sold out of the reusable cups “in the first ten minutes”... conveniently. I could go To the target Starbucks but I keep coming to this one for some reason. Today was my last visit. Not that they care, they’re plenty busy. Will listen to my friends and support local from now on.

It’s hard to understand why it can take up to 25 minutes to get through a drive-thru line. Bottom line the wait times can be really excessive, and I’ve received sub par and even very poor service too many times from this location. However I know better from working in service - the blame most certainly comes onto the management and not the baristas. Wish this location would improve cause it’s SO close to me.

Absolutely ridiculous every time I come here, so I try to avoid this location as much as possible. Ive been overcharged on my orders, service is almost always dreadfully slow. Ive ordered on the app and gone to pick up my order (itll show on the app when an item is out an a store before you order). Ive gone to pick up my order (already paid for) and they are out of it. They never refunded me for my entire order as they didnt know how, so I walked away with a loss.More than once the person working the window at the drive thru has spent several minutes catching up with their friends at the front of the line. Ive even been able to hear their casual convo (next car in line with window down) and am able to confirm a line hold up of an extra 3-4 minutes.There parking situation here is almost always guaranteed to be a mess, simply due to very limited spots and tight configuration.

Sat in the drive through for 18 minutes due to 1 customer. Why wouldnt the staff ask them to come in or pull forward. When I finally was able to get to the window to pay and pick up my order I made a comment to how annoyed I was that I spent my full lunch break waiting in line. No feed back from employee... I was RUSHED through.... really!!!?

This is the worst star bucks location Ive ever been to. The way they make their coffee tastes like milky water. Ive never actually tasted coffee in my drink here. Always disappointing. Gave them multiple opportunities and choosing a different location or place to get coffee

Dont visit Starbucks often because they burn espresso and frequently get your order wrong. Today was no different. Burned espresso in my watered down caramel macchiato and my wifes chai was hot instead of iced like she asked for. Had to wait to have another made which the employees seemed irritated about. Beans and brews it is from now on.

Came here this morning for breakfast but forgot my wallet and only had a 5$ bill. The girl was so nice...she let me get a coffee and a sandwich which came to 6$. She covered the dollar for me. Wow.
