It is the first time that Ive been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. My experience is very positive very friendly staff very knowledgeable I ask for help to figure out my needs this evening and there was right on top Im very impressed drive through was open facility was clean and Im going to share some pictures with you so you can experience yourself. This Beans & Brews Coffeehouse has amazing coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are a must.

I just went and got my coffee there I ordered a medium frozen Carmel chelo with extra caramel we’ll that is definitely not what I got I got some weird spice thing. The lady in the drive through didn’t have a good attitude and seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there.

The drive up barista was using the register inside and asked if she could take my phone for the purchase. My total was supposed to be 6.90 and this included my 1.00 tip. My card that had approx 12.00 was at a zero balance. Had this not happened before at this location I wouldnt have thought twice about it. Im unable to get anyone to answer the phone to rectify this and was hoping its a computer glitch. Seems odd its happened at this location and more than once. I wont be handing my phone over again.

Usually these guys are great, but the last few times theyve messed up our orders so on 3/28 I didnt tip. However, the server at the window Javi decided to take a $7 tip and charge it to my card. Ive been calling them to try and rectify, but they wont answer.

This location has some of the friendliest staff of any store I’ve been to yet! They are fantastic! Their customer service is unparalleled! Avoid the 21st South 700 East store at all costs (T for Terrible customer service and L for Lazy!) and drive to this location if you’re able as they know the true meaning of customer service! Thanks ladies! You gals are amazing! 😊👍

Came early on Sat morn & got fantastic service. Lady who helped us was really friendly, explained things so thoroughly & very helpful. Went the extra mile even very early. Would highly recommend this location.

Great place to grab a quick coffee and snack whole headed north on Fort Union Blvd, exiting into traffic is easy.

Today was the last time I go to this location! All beans and brews seem to have a problem with understanding what lite ice means and try to sell you a cup full of ice. Today I said lite ice and not only did they try to sell me a cup full of ice they added milk for some reason. I didnt ask for milk!! So long story short I got a watered down (milked down) iced chai for almost $7. I wasnt going to go because I have had issues with this location before but I decided it really sounded better then Starbucks. Regret my choice!! Skip this location if not beans and brews all together!! I unfortunately loaded money on their app another poor decision!! Do not make the mistake of getting the app and the mistake of going to this location!!

They guy there Obviously didnt feel like workin .got the orders completely the opposite of what we wanted in terms of temperature of our hot chocolates and Chai the brownie we got had mold in it but thats not his fault.

Double check your credit card statements they tip themselves if you dont give them one! Typical entitlement attitude here just like all coffee shops. I agree with Google deleting bad reviews I have previously reviewed this place and am renewing it but it was gone. What is the point of Google if they are going to be so dishonest?Update.... Still are a bunch of cons!!

Great place for coffee, hot cold or frozen, I havent gone anywhere else since I discovered B&B.

They handed me a sandwich in a bag then handed me a fork and said you might need this the sandwich was in pieces. So I handed it back and a girl in the background said thats what you get when you order a biscuit. I hope your manager sees this and you learn some decent customer service.

Ordered a Pumkin Pie Rooibos Latte and a Peppermint Mocha here. Both were simply delightful- not too sweet, and good quality coffee. The barista was great at understanding & filling my custom order (the Rooibos latte) too. By far the yummiest Beans and Brew Ive had.

Love the coffee and the vibe of this location, however I think management need to pay attention to some employees, the attitude changes when they don’t get a tip. For god sake either pay them more or improve your training.

One of the best locations I have been to. Employees are always friendly and timely. Being lactose intolerant, it’s always hard for baristas to make my order correctly, but Kaylee, one of the baristas, always knows my exact order and manages to make it right every time. Good job beans

Frozen beverages are always a win here. Got beverages are usually great but lately mostly foam and taste very watered down
