The customer service here was fantastic and efficient. Diego and JP did an amazing job helping with me with my packages. This was my first time sending packages, so I wasn’t too sure of the process but they went above and beyond facilitating the process and explaining how everything worked. Beyond happy with my decision to come here to DHL to ship my package. Walked in and there was no other customers so I went straight to the counter. Very lucky as many other places are usually packed at the hour I went. Jose at the counter helped me out and had me out the door within 10 minutes. One of the best locations to ship via DHL. Very speedy with little to no wait every time I go to ship something. By far some of the best customer service offered in the region. They are no nonsense, friendly, and very helpful. During my most recent visit, Jose helped me take care of my packages and did so in a polite manner. Not something you see much of nowadays! Came in the other day to ship something internationally. After having difficult experiences at other shipping stores in the past, I was a little apprehensive. However, the moment I walked in and interacted with the employees I was excited to be there. It was an incredible service with charismatic people who were always doing their best to help me in shipping my package.
