Usually flawless but today Ive been standing here for 10 mins and have not seen a customer representative. Theres 5 customers in line and no employees.Check the cameras on 6/21/21 1:55pm

Dislocation is sometimes busy but most of the times you walk in and youre pretty much by yourself and you walk right out within 5 minutes of conducting your business of shipping whatever package it is you need shipped the thing I love about this is that I work here at the airport and its connected to the airport its on the street side so a quick 4 minute drive in my car and Im there and they also are extremely personable and friendly and I spend the four or five minutes laughing and talking about life so do I need to say I would easily recommend this spot for anyone who needs to ship a package and move along on their way and not get tied up in the busy shopping area FedEx distribution centers so this is a obvious five star choice for me

Too long of a wait just to drop off a large package that didnt fit in a drop box. There were only 2 people at 4:30 pm and one was for receiving and the other was for pick ups. This is a hub location so its unacceptable that they had such a small staff in the afternoon. This was my first time at this location so I am not familiar with the foot traffic but considering the location (airport) I would have thought they would be faster. I ended up walking out and searched for another location. I wish the return service from the company I was sending the shipment to used another carrier

Friendly service

Terrible phone customer service, wont transfer me to a supervisor, wont deliver my package, lie to me about re-delivering, wont allow me to pick up at facility because they dont have that information, wont send the driver back, wont let me correct the address.

Very helpful staff. I didn’t have the proper labels with me and these guys jumped thru hoops to save me a trip to another fedex office shipping location, by ensuring I’d get it done at this location!

A manager needs to stop by and give customer service classes here. The majority of the employees at the counter have bad attitudes. Some dont even completely know what they are doing. There is one employee that says he is new at the counter but has been with the company many years so be patient with him and has been using that excuse for over 7 months now !!!! They same to handle the customers instead of providing customer service.

Only been there to drop off last minute aircraft AOGs before they close at 10pm Mon-Fri, 9pm on Saturday

It is relatively fast service. They are open until 10pm so you can go after rush hour.

They lost my export documents provided by me in their hands, didnt even received on their system, manager was there at that moment and the same day I when back to retrieve this documents, manager replied there is nothing we can do call the 1800 FedEx, bad decision having people like this guy as a manager very unprofessional didnt even help me on this urgent matter, we have a container with food products at the port waiting for clearance and FedEx would not even track it.

Need a late express drop off in Miami? This is it. Sadly they truly must be your last hope to go here. Both out of the way and a painful experience, this location will make your Fedex experience a long and arduous process.

I have been coming here for years and never have I been charged for tape, even though Im buying their box. My local FedEx ship and print have tape available for everyone. Never again. Made a complaint with FedEx. Its not the $2.50, its the it is what it is attitude that they gave me. Bad customer service especially on the holidays.

Very, very bad treatment of the man in charge of taking the order that is during the afternoon at 3 oclock .... The man is a person with special abilities ... has a deformity in both hands which makes the When you put the address on the computer, do everything wrongly and once the sender must control the address and see that it is wrong, kindly ask for 4 times to correct it. The same is annoying and nervous causing a bad treatment to the client ... I love inclusive work I also have families with special abilities, but we mere mortals are not to blame for their frustrations and nervousness .. He got very nervous and treated me very aggressively ... he also discussed the address I provided and finally accepted his point of view on how he should write the address that I have given him since I drove 40 min to make an express delivery ... I do not recommend coming to this schedule to be mistreated by this man to which I have not responded in the same way for thinking about the frustrations that he passes through are already enough ... but I hope someone will arrive and serve this comment.
