4/27/2021 I placed an order for 50 Boxes and this is the reply I get on my email (not to mention they make you call them to get a shipping quote) “Thank you for your order. I’m very sorry, due to the pandemic we have closed our warehouse to the public until further notice. You can buy these items from your local UPS store” by Pamela . Are these people high on something? 4/27/2021 and these people still not allowing costumer pick up? Move back to California. This place needs to shut down forcing costumers to pay for shipping when they’re around the corner is beyond disrespectful. Shame because you guys were getting good reviews....

THIS review is for all truckers! Great place to deliver too! Guys at the dock have great attitude, and super quick offloading! Not sure if they are quick to load you but to be quite honest I’m sure they are quick as well! My driver was in and out!!! Thank you RiverSide dock team for making it easy on these drivers! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🚛🚛

Great customer service, great prices. Their sales team go the extra mile, when I am not able to find something in their website I send a picture to my sales rep Steve and he always helps me right away.

The representative is a stubborn. I had to call twice to prove they can do what I wanted just because their website said they can but the representative said they cant. I wish the owner of the company looked how they miss the opportunity just because of the representative. Waste of my time

Fantastic place to buy!

This company is not very customer friendly. There is no rush to complete an order and get it out to the customer. They will not reduce cost or shipping cost even if they have taken 2 weeks to get an order out the door. I was told when I ordered it that it would ship the day I ordered it and 2 weeks later still waiting.
