By far greatest and FASTEST international delivery I’ve ever had! Everything I sent to my family in Venezuela arrived INTACT, and for a way better price than the mega franchise shipping stores like Fedex or UPS. Excellent prices and excellent service. Maria and her husband did an excellent job sending me my mothers dinette set to Oregon (where I live). They did an excellent job packing it securely and glass top arrived perfectly. This was a sentimental piece of furniture, since my mother passed away. They took great care and gave me a much lower price than all the other delivery places. Highly recommend them!

I was referred to Ricardo and Mary to ship a large piece of furniture via freight service. Ricardo went above and beyond - picked up the furniture, packed and shipped it from Miami to San Francisco. The very large box arrived in a couple of days, and was well packed and protected. I highly recommend their service. Their price was fair and their service was white glove all the way.

Have been using this family owned and operated business for over a decade. Excellent shipping knowledge, customer service, and value. The owners seem to understand the value of long-term customer relationships, and will give you the best price/value on shipping, without regards to a quick sale. For high value items, such as art work or antiques, this business has personally driven items sold to VIP customers across the country, ensuring they arrive safely (for example, driving an Andy Worhol painting across the country). Very pleased with this entity. Cant imagine spending shipping monies at a large scale corporation when family owned entities, such as this particular PakMail, put their heart and soul into ensuring excellent customer service.
