I bought 3 mattress, I wasn’t pleased with one of them after I took it home, it felt different from the one I tried in the store, they couldn’t do anything about it. I told the guy i didn’t know anything about mattress’ and bought basically based on how the sample felt in the store and his recommendation, he quickly got defensive instead of trying to help.I asked if they could call the manufacturer and he said he would try but honestly I never called back anymore to see if anything could be done because I was already turned off by the service.You might as well spend the extra 300/400 to be able to return/exchange or at least get better service if something is unsatisfactory.

I bought a foam mattress it came rolled up and compressed, when I brought it home it was suppose to decompress after 24-48 hrs, it never did, I contacted mattress liquidators and although it is sold as is because its a warehouse they were extremely helpful. They asked me to e-mail them pictures, they contacted the manufacturer and the same day the manufacturer contacted us sent us the bed fed-ex and even sent us free pillows. Customer service was amazing and Im in love with the bed, I bought it for my son and Im planning on buying another one for myself.

Buyers Beware!!!! Reviews may be altered by owner!! Horrible business practices! Owner is unwelcoming acts like he is doing you a favor! I purchased two mattresses, one was opened and the other was not! It was a rolled up foam mattress 6 simmons. Once we realized that the quality was not what we wanted(had a dent in the middle), we returned the unsealed mattress and took the hit for the one we opened! They refused to return the cash for the unopened unsealed product! FYI, son is apparently unauthorized to take returns without his fathers approval. Not sure what type of business these people think they are running. Also, please be advised that their prices are about the same as in your local WALMART. Stay away. Bad business practices! Owner said he did not need our business because they are doing very well. So, if you are considering them, save yourself the frustration and time it took us to finally receive a reimbursement. After all the owner does not need YOUR business!

That is what you should tell customers that there is only what they see. I do not recommend them to anyone, yesterday a man attends me and tells me that I had the mattress ready for the next day. I called on the phone and they told me that I was already in the warehouse. But the owners are liars, they took out another one and since we didnt want that, they voted us like animals. They are disrespectful and they told me that they didnt need a crowd like us. Money. One hour testing all the mattresses, to arrive and say that they already had the one I wanted to try again all the mattresses. Until a lady yelled out that this is our house. And the first screamer is the owner. I am a woman and no men should speak badly to a woman, you must have a little patience with clients and not sell them something they do not want

I did not make the purchase, in that you are right and the reasons are the following: first of all when we arrived we waited about 15 minutes for you to appear, we looked for it in the store next door and it did not appear .. We left to smoke a cigarette to wait for someone to appear, at the same time he finally appeared at the back of the warehouse .. Secondly, he showed no interest ... He told us the prices and quickly dispatched us .. In these cases at least that I have experienced in other shops, they explain the mattress options to you, they invite you to try them, etc. Therefore, our attention was too carefree and with little interest. Thirdly, for being an outlet, the price was a bit expensive when comparing it with other establishments of course. And finally and as smokers that we are we recognize the smell of tobacco and we did not like that the first time we entered it smelled of tobacco in the place where you have stored the mattresses and no sir, it was not us, it was your establishment I already read it in other comments and I verified it when I went ... reading your response to this and other negative opinions gives me the impression that you do not accept criticism well and in a business facing the public it is logical that some people are not satisfied should take them in a way more constructive and not be so rude to those who did not agree. I had a bad impression but now I have an even worse impression. Rest assured that I will never return and I have not mistaken the establishment as you mentioned.
