I ordered two matching mattresses and box springs for my guest room. They ended up delivering one bed that was a different model and about 2 inches shorted than the other. I called George, the owner. He said he will replace the bed the next day. The next day the delivery people arrived to switch out the bed. This time the mattress was a match, but the box spring was a different color! It also seemed stained and had loose threads hanging down. I pointed this out to the delivery guys. They saw and said they will exchange it. I called George back and he apologized and said he will exchange it the following week. Its been a few months now and Im still waiting. I have been calling him regularly, and each time he promises me that he will do it the next day or the next week. I am really annoyed. This is the first time in my life that I am leaving a negative review about anything. But this is a terrible way to treat customers. I am still waiting for my box spring, that I paid for in full, trusting it will be delivered as promised.

Sold me a Serta icomfort for $ 600 (normally $ 1000). Driver / deliveryman drags mattress and mattress gets a hole in it. Also, memory foam mattress has a grease stain on it. I call the company, they say they will send me a replacement a few days later. On that day, they say driver is out for delivery.
