The best store for all my needs. Plus the GM and all the staff are AMAZING! Especially with helping to suggest other items if they are out of something. I’m a regular but that’s why I give it 5 stars. They haven’t disappointed yet!

Do not order pick up or curbside pick up with out calling to see if the inventory stated online is accurate.I purchased a product that showed they had it in stock online and was told it would be ready for pick up in 2 hrs. When I went to pick it up, I left with no item and what was billed to my debit of coarse could not be refunded the same day. The staff is nice but that does not compensate for the time & money lost today. Major headache!

I am not one to go out of my way to write reviews..HOWEVER, possibly THE BEST customer service I have ever received was from Johnny, the store manager here at the Doral Party City, this past weekend. I called on Friday afternoon after having received my online order of giant letter balloons for my sisters wedding (there were 4 balloons to spell bride, B R D and E. The letter I was unavailable and had to be picked up from a different location), and I was a bit frantic because I did not have time for anything to go wrong, and there were no other party cities in Miami that had the letter D. I ended up getting a phone call about an hour or 2 after my call with a store representative from the Doral location, and it was Johnny. This man went ABOVE & BEYOND for me!!! He told me he was going to finish his shift at his location and drive to the Party City in Homestead after having called all Party Cities in Miami, and homestead location was the only one that had the letter D and they only had 2 available. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to drive there himself to pick them up and then take them back to his store, and then he would have them inflated first thing the next morning and have them delivered to me in an Uber free of charge! He knew I had a wedding the following day, and this man was just a Godsend. He also went ahead and, without telling me, sent the letter i balloon because I had mentioned to him that it probably was a defect since the i balloon that my mom had picked up from me from a different party city was deflating as well. You are AMAZING, Johnny! Whatever I can do to spread the word on how awesome you are, I will do it! THANK YOU for coming through for me and on such late notice!!!!-Kristen Morales

Awesome decorations

Ordered online for curbside pick up and I followed the instructions on the app but it didn’t work. Once you arrive at the store, you have to call. Once you call, the order comes out very quick.I was it was very convenient since the store had a huge line.

It was great but air was coming out the balloons but it was okay

They had one cashier in Halloween day. I waited in line 20 minutes to pay. Please improve the service, because they store is awesome

Horrible customer service. There was like 4-5 employees behind the counter pretty much talking among themselves and not one of them had the courtesy to ask if I needed help until I said something, when I was legit standing there for a while. Mind you this was at 9:03pm and the store was empty. Like cmon. Just terrible.

Best place to find party decorations, the service is not the best.

The store location is very convenient with a big parking lot. They have a lot of fun items but the girls working there are not nice at all. I asked some questions in different opportunities and always got rude responses... For this reason customer service is awful, you get treated as if youre an inconvenience.

I don’t like it that much because I ordered my son a coustume on pick up and waited 4 hours and did not get when he also has to go to school tomorrow with a coustume

Such a fun store with amazing curation of chocolates and candies. I was impressed to find my favorite Sacramento chocolate - Ginger Elizabeth!Definitely a spot to stop by for those with a sweet tooth.

I called ahead to make sure they have what I was looking for and the lady over the phone was super nice and helpful. They have a policy of not inflating the balloons until you pay them but if you pay online then they can have them ready for you. I was paying cash so I had to go in person but the service was super fast! The staff was really nice. There are restrooms and free parking

Excellent store with huge inventory of all kinds of party supplies, costumes, decorations and many more. Also Christmas, Halloween and other annual calendar events with product at fair prices.

This was my first and only visit in late November. Ive been there only to pick up an order of bday balloons and even the place looked nice it was empty, half of the store in a Saturday morning.. Maybe after Halloween..? 3 weeks after Halloween.. And the associates were slow like me and other woman had to wait more than 15 to be assisted..

Incredible that this people only use to have 1 cashier while you have to wait like take it or leave it...your time looks that it does not count..some times people or most of them are in a hurry for any or other reason...but..as soon as there are more than 7 people waiting in front of you..I do not believe that they can open 1 or 2 more cashiers..

Place is good, clean, with extensive products for your party. They have customes, hats, sunglasses for common party and from movies. Staff is supportive and attentive. Ask for deals at the time!

I do love the variety in display without a doubt. It has lots of details for any party... BUT... Terrible Service!!!.. Just yesterday I went and had to wait forever in line while 3 workers where chatting in a cashier while clients were waiting on line (apparently manager included).Today picking up my order, and after requesting specifically to put enough helio in my ballons bundles and 2 more dozen, just happened that non even four hours later, they are deflating and without shape because they just do not like to put enough helio on it.Not worth it... the time or money...

I placed an order online to pick up in sotre. Though it said there was enough stock online, the store did not have the items during christmas. I think the inventory has to be updated online or there should be more people working during the holidays so stock up inventory. It was a bad experience in store as well.

The worst employees! They are so rude! Everytime I go, I leave so mad on how they treat me! Ugh, never again coming back here.

It is the second time I place an order online and when I go to search, not all things are available, which shows a serious ERROR of the system since you see the quantities available, it is unacceptable that they do not offer a solution, do not offer to send what you BUY by shipping. That is, if you wish, you can apply online and pay for the shipment. The last time I waste time with them. Terrible service and customer service!

Everything you need to celebrate a birthday or party you get there although sometimes there is little variety. Customer service is good.

A place that is not even the shadow of what it was. Your employees try to be effective, but they are so few in number that a small stream of customers overwhelms them and it becomes chaos. I doubt that I will return.

In the store the dataphone was failing, I swiped one card and it didnt work, I swiped a second card and it worked. In the end they charged me the two cards. I asked that they please withdraw a payment and that they cannot do it without the receipt of payment (which I do not have)… ..

Very bad service, we arrived at 10, it was 10:05 and they saw us outside and did not open the doors.
