Very poor offer. Bought a costume that didnt fit, came two hours later to change for something else but it was impossible to find anything because the shelves were empty at this point requested a refund but the store refused and said that even though they had nothing to offer the only thing they could offer was a store credit.

Party City has been a big disappointment lately, especially in this location. The customer service is not bad, it’s ok. My chief complaint is with the quality of the products. Their balloons are terrible!!! They only last a few hours, then fall to the ground. This is not the first time either. Find somewhere else to get balloons and other party accessories. This place is dissatisfying.

Great costume selection. We were there less than 5 minutes and my son found what he was looking for. They need more workers during the season though. With 1 girl on the register and 2 filling balloons we waited longer in line than it took to shop.

Very bad attention, the worker called Pedro is rude and does not help at all, also the store is very disorganized.

Absolutely terrible experience. Was in town for my mother’s 60th birthday. Brought balloons for them to inflate and bring to the hotel I was staying at. Waited a full 24 hours after the schedule date and time. Balloons never arrived. Never got a call, text or email giving me a status update; although they asked me to provide those details at the time of payment. I called the store to see what happened with my order and they told me that the person who closed the store may not have seen the “note” to have the balloons delivered via Uber. The person on the phone told me the balloons were still there. She asked me if I wanted to have them delivered or a refund. Being that we were checking out that day, and her birthday had passed I told her I want a refund. She told me I would have to travel to the store for a refund. It would be $30 round trip in uber for me to get a refund of $30. The manager offered no apologies, no consolation, no accommodations, nothing for a mistake THEY made. The operation is a scam. Do not trust them to put your balloon delivery in the uber because sometimes people don’t read the note. And at that point, it’s not their problem - you’re SOL

It takes at least 45+ minutes to ever check out. It doesn’t matter if the store is packed or not. They are severely understaffed and it shows. There’s always 1 person inflating balloons when there should at least be 2 since most people come in with 10+ balloons to inflate at once (duh)! I gave an additional star for the workers since they’re nice.

Worst experience shopping at this Party City. The staff canceled my online order only because they didnt want to get a costume from the backroom. I went in peraon to buy the costume that online claims they have available and the shift manager had the audacity to say they dont put out their costumes till the end of August! Dont shop at this Party City!!! They are very lazy and unprofessional!

Bought balloons right before closing so I would have them for a party the next morning, the balloons were deflated by 11am. So disappointed. I wasnt even warned they wouldnt last. (The pink are from that morning to compensate for the sagging tie-dye ones from night before).

This store never has any sizes for plus people. The store is very disorganized and the poor kids working there are going crazy with Halloween. Also the cashier that attended me and my family was not even paying attention to what she was charging. She was very involved with a conversation with her coworker. This is my neighborhood party city and I really wish that it would be amazing, but clearly not. I am a little disappointed.

Everything was Nice, Clean & Organized and a really nice employee who was there but he said it was his day off helped me look for what i was looking for!! but...when it was time to pay, there was only one register open and a longggg line...it was around 6-6:30pm so i just Put my stuff back & left! But the employee that helped me was awesome!!

Party City is a great place to buy anything for a party but the appearance of this location could vastly be improved. I hope they take the time to clean up and renew some of their aging floors. Amongst other assets.

They have a huge selection of gowns in all varieties and styles.

Corner store within Central Shopping Plaza. Plenty of parking, but difficult to find any near the store. Plenty of party supplies and balloons to purchase. Halloween costumes are available, but more available online.

The Manager is very nice. Today replay the glove broke.

So happy with the service I received on Saturday morning. The manager and the young lady at the register went beyond to help me. Definitely going back.

I placed an online order for a balloon bouquet delivery and unfortunately they didnt make it to my friend. I called the store the next morning for an explanation. Felix and Laysha addressed my concerns in an empathetic, kind manner and although upset that my surprise didnt go over, they ensured that re-delivery was made within the hour. Thank you for bringing smiles all around!

Extremely expensive and costumes are not worth the price. I bought Ravenclaw Robes from Harry Potter and it was too expensive for a piece of cloth with an embroidered badge on it...

Horrible customer service

I called and they told me they open at 10:00. When I got there the sign showed they opened at 9:00. Young employees need more training on how to speak to customers. Can never find anything. Employees themselves say they dont put merchandise back where it goes.

Enjoy my visit at this location. Only thing was missing here, was the items on a few shelves.

Not enough cashiers or help on the floor. Only ONE cashier at the register on a Monday afternoon. Waited in line for over 15min. There was only one person ahead of me. Will not return.

Not sure what is happening there, there was a lot of empty space.

This place reminds me of McDonalds. A bunch of little kids that dont know what the hell theyre doing! Placed an order paid for it and when we go to pick it up nothing was ready at the time they said it would be plus our order was missing a bunch of stuff. So, back in line to redo all I already did and Im in a hurry! SMHParty city has gone to shyt!!! I will never go there again! From now on its Casa de Los locos!

Its amazing how much random and specialized stuff you can get for themed parties. My mom almost lost her mind visiting this place, she loves this kind of stuff.

I will never ever in my life return to this store ever again. Its sooo dirty and really disgusting. Everything is soo overpriced. Most of the staff is just rude and young highschoolers. Only one guy was actually helpful there. There is barely anything there in stock. Even the costumers who came in put me in a bad mood because they are ratchet. I drive all the way to south dixie highway party city because there they are actually nice and pleasant to visit.

Ive been coming to this store since I was a kid, Ive never had a bad thing to say about it till today. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THERE, It took forever to be attended, there was only one person on the floor taking orders and there was like 5 cashiers attending a line of 3 people. when i finally got attended, the lady said it was one costume at a time, which is new and may be the reason they were getting backed up. when I went to the fitting room, it was dirty and a used band-aid was stuck to the door. How disgusting. I had enough, i took my business elsewhere to the Casa de los Trucos. BYE
