I bought a numbers two and a four. Horrible experience the first Ones popped while taking pictures and then I got new ones and they flew off the string while taking another picture. This place is possessed..... I will give them a zero star if I could.

Great selection, clean and well maintained store.

It has everything you could need and more. There was a selection of New Year items for all tastes, including banners, hats, glasses, in a variety of colors with matching plates and cutlery. The checkout was access controlled and Covid-19 aware.

I was visiting this place while on vacation. Looking to purchase fathers day decorations and was disappointed that all they had was just balloons. Party City has been my go to shop when I comes to decorations but I was let down when it came to the fathers day.

Went there the place was out of most of the costumes that we needed ended up spending well over an hour just to get things that we didnt really want but thats the sizes they had still have to go to another party city to try and get what we need however the employees that were on the floor with fairly helpful but the one that was in the stockroom they definitely need more then one person

Absolutely terrible! Ordered birthday decorations as curbside pick up in advance for my kids birthday. On the day of pick up and the day prior received several texts and emails saying my order was ready. Picked it up curbside, waited in the car for about 25 minutes with no sight of the order, went inside to inquire about it to find out the had lost the order and didn’t have the main items anymore. It took them about 40 minutes to get me some kind of lame replacement, made me pay for it as my online order would be refunded. I asked for some kind of refund confirmation and they couldn’t provide. The manager was not willing to help or comp for their mess up. I never received the refund and got a parking ticket while inside. I will never buy at this place again.

I had the best experience shopping for candy here for my clients Candy Buffet.

This store completely ruined my party plans for my sons’s second birthday. We placed an order ahead of time, and despite getting confirmation of the order, and various emails saying the order was ready for pickup...we arrive and they said the order was lost. Additionally, none of the balloons were ready nor did they have the piñata in stock that I ordered. After scrambling to rebuild the order, half the items weren’t in stock. So the theme was ruined. Instead of making it right, I just got excuses that the system was down, order was lost, etc etc. and that the missing items that I already paid for would be refunded. We’ll see if I have to continue this battle after the fact to get my money back as promised for items that were out of stock but prepaid for. Get your inventory up to date guys on your website.

Staff were very helpful. I was looking for a particular theme but they inform me they have specifics but dpes not have broad selections of themes. But still i was able to get something to make our party. They encourages customers to get discounts especially when they have promo.

Horrible experience. Bad and rude service. Long lines. Dirty. I was this morning at 9 am with my one year old baby, trying to avoid more crowded hours, and the service was very poor. Avoid going to this store.

They have a line of about 5 people waiting. One register open. 2 workers doing stuff behind the counter. Take care of your customers and go back to work! Waited like 15 minutes! Then only one person could authorize my return so waited some more.

Pretty cool place for (the obvious) party supplies and whatnot. However its not very organized and the staff isnt always helpful, with exception of a few. As a photographer, I find it quite convenient for wardrobe odds & ends and props.

Last time I was here on Halloween 2016 with my toddler daughters I was not treated with patience and care by the cashiers but today I was pleased to be taken care of by amazing new staff the cashier was super friendly very kind and nice to my daughters and the guy that did our balloons treated us with the same respect and kindness. It was a relief to go into a family and kid oriented store and be treated by employees that carried that wonderful attitude​ and making our experience wholesome and great as IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE ! Thanks you guys for doing a great job!

The store was a huge mess!!! The aisle I manage to go in had 2 poodles that a customer brought in, I couldnt get to see any of the items I wanted because of the dogs, I didnt know party city was a zoo. I understand that service animal are needed but these 2 were not necessary!!! Come on party city, grow some backbones and stand up for the customers that want to spend their money at your store.

Asked for help and the employee cast me off and told me to go look down a random aisle.Could not find what I needed and asked the manager about it as the website indicated they had 20 in stock. Told me they were in the back on a pallet. He did not go get me the items I needed but told me they probably will unload it TOMORROW NIGHT.The other item I needed that the first employee told me to look down an aisle for was behind the counter.Order online for store pickup so you dont waste 30+ minutes only to not get what you wanted.

Poor service. Only 2 clients in the line in front of me, after waiting 20 minutes to pay I decided to leave the store.

We went to find frozen 2 party supplies. We found a lot that we didnt expect. All do it was a little pricey, but we manage to get good deals. With a 10% discount.

Wide variety of different party supplies to be found here. Service however to check out is SLOW. There was a line with 10 of us waiting to check out at one register. Not sure what the issue was but it was annoying to spend more time in line than actually roaming the store.

Better variety than most Party Cities in Miami and party supply stores. I was presently satisfied. Service was fast compared to other Party Cities than take FOREVER to help you.

Not a good place to shop the workers are rude and they are misleading with sales even when you show them the sales online

Nice People

This is my to go place when it comes to candy. I can find candy based on color, theme, and they even have a big selection of Mexican candy. Their piñatas are also great. You might pay a couple of dollars more than those found in the piñata district but these are sturdier and the designs are well made. Well worth the extra cash. Highly recommend it plus the service has always been great.

Avoid!!!!!! Please don’t go to this location because the customer service is the worst!!! The black lady at the cashier shouldn’t work there any more please quit! North miami 👍 airport 👍 but this location has no too much inventory so I had to run to another by the MIA and the stuff is very nice.

Was getting ready for a birthday!! Of course they just ran out of helium so they sold me deflated ballons.. fine, but at least mention I can come to inflate them the next day. The line was WAY TOO SLOW. Their 1 cashier was even slower.

WOW!! This is the smallest party city in Miami and with the WORSE costumer service. 6 people waiting on the line to pay, but only one register open. I asked one of the managers for someone to help the cashier, and he said he was busy restocking one of the aisles. While waiting two more people asked for help but their answer is we only have two people. Well then hire more help! Create jobs! After waiting 20 minutes had to left empty handed. ;( NEVER going g back there.

Hugo Avilez, is rude, obviously hates his job and its extremely disrespectful. Why work at a store were you need to provide costumer service for people that are obviously trying to celebrate something in their lives. This is supposed to be a happy place. He is miserable.The manager was awesome as well as another attendant (she wore glasses) so helpful and happy to help.

Long lines probably because of customers still not knowing what they want for balloons when they get there; ridiculous! But ordering online or for delivery is always an option .

AVOID THIS STORE. After been waiting for more that 15 minutes to pay for a set of birthday candles, I decided to leave and purchase them at Target. This store only has 2 employs to attend everyone including inflating the balloons and attending the cashier.

When arrived asked for help as I knew exactly what to buy and was told off by staff.. finally someone to help just to inform they have none of the article in the store display on their website articles being out season.. when ask if they can help with alternative the response was just this is what we have..no creativity aonly no no no... at the cashier only one staff available. When ask if they can call another staff answer was again NO !!! Worst shop and customer service.. try another place seriously 😥😥

Great customer service and got everything I needed

Was rushed and in need of help for baby shower items. My friend and I politely asked an employee to search for something missing on the shelf, they said if its not there we dont have it. We then explained that we were really in need of it and if we could find it online, order to our house, or locate at another store. She looked at us like we were crazy. We asked for a manager who also was very short and unhelpful. Do not waste your time- place was a mess and bad service.

They seemed to only have the popular licensed party themes.

Very friendly staff, they offer a lot of options for different type of celebrations. Happy to come back

I made a pick up order so I would not wait in huge line. And when I have arrived they told me to wait in line any way which makes no sense. When I finally get to cashier she was super slow, mainly on purpose so I waited for her until I pushed her to do her job quicker, I found my order myself and she did not believe and was checking it another have hour. Horrible service, rude and brainless cashiers.Managers have to do something with that. At least make sure people who had order online do not have to wait as it says on confirmation email.

If I could give zero stars I would. I hate this location. Never never never have enough cashiers! HAD to go because it was the only place that had what I needed locally. Waited in line for 30 minutes! You have 20 people in line and 1...ONE...UNO cashier?!? And there were 2 guys...in party city shirts talking about football and on their phones by the front door. Absolutely ridiculous. I think because they are the only store like this in the area...they dont give af.

If employees do not enjoy their job they need to quit. There is no courtesy in this location, no respect and lack of customer service.

The store is pretty big and is up to date with holidays and what not. Although it wasnt perfectly organized, you could find something where it should be.

Had a good selection of things for my birthday party but they where out of some things and many of the aisles where empty. Other than that I found everything okay.

Wow I rarely leave reviews but this place just really pushed me to . The staff here are the rudest laziest people Ive ever encountered . They have no desire to help and if you ask any of them a question they act as if you are inconveniencing them Ive come here twice in one week and both times Ive left absolutely displeased. What a shame .

I EVEN SHOWED THE GIRL MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE CHARGE AND SHE WAS REALLY NICE BUT COULDNT HELP. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM PARTY CITY AGAIN EVER. LETS SEE WHEN THEY DECIDE THEY SHOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

The worst Party City in the world. The staff is horrible with 0 knowledge and unwillingness to help.I had to ask several people for help and then they took 45 mins to fill up 12 balloons. Incredible, just the worst service I have ever seen.

Excellent customer service actually i cant find something i was looking for and a girl helped me she was super cute.

Severely understaffed. It takes way too long to pay and get out. Line ups at the cash register are always long and slow to move.
