Horrible customer service. Previous years I had always purchase in the location now they change to only online. Nothing mentions the change on the website, online or Google. They dont even allow pick up if you purchase thru the website. You should mention the changes on your social media.

They dont work with anyone on exchanges of items and shipping prices. I was sent wrong size. I refuse to pay for shipping 3 times to exchange an item. check amazon first.

There website is tainted. After I ordered from this website, I was spammed and had fraudulent charges on my Amazon and Navy Federal Account. I will update once and If I Receive my costume for my son

I Received a defective costume and was told that a return label would be send to me after several calls and emails I was told that they could not give me a return label and that I would be responsible for the return. I spoke to the “manager” there Valentina, who was not accommodating at all and sounded like she was a child. Awful experience. safe yourself time and order elsewhere.

This was an excellent last minute resort for my son’s end of the year school play. The costume I bought at Party City was too big so I was looking online and found this place. They had another 1950’s costume and were very helpful so I was able to decide between two costume and find the correct size, between x-small and small, before making my purchase. I will be going back, great place to find stuff for last minute school events!

Got an Easter bunny for my baby here last week. He looked adorable today for his egg hunt. Thank you for your help and helping me with such short notice. I really recommend them!

Awesome selection of costumes all year round. Just pull up, sit down with one of the ladies on the computer and they bring you any costume in stock. Pricing is adequate.

Great courteous, quick service, great location, great product.I needed to find a cape robe for my daughter for school presentation and I found Wonder Costumes, Mario was very courteous on the phone and, thanks to their close location, within 30 minutes my daughter had just the right cape to complete her outfit. The needed cape was in Halloween style and this is in May so it would have been very hard to find it otherwise. Thank you Wonder City for making it easy and perfect!

Screw this place!!!!!! I came by this place at 5:15 and they were closed and weren’t supposed to close till 6. To make it even worse I called this place before driving 45 minutes here to ask about a few costumes and the lady told me to come on by. Thank you Wonder Costumes for wasting my time, effort and gas!

DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS NOT A STORE. One of the worst customer experiences in Miami and thats saying something. We walked in and the guy told us its an online store so you have to look online then order things and pick them up there. I asked if they had computers we could use and he said to use our phones. When I said they should state this on the website he just shrugged and walked away. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

This is only an online store. Lots to chose from but dont go there because you can not try or see any costumes

Great selection and variety of costumes for all ages. Downside is they have no front facing store per se. Browsing online through their collection and then bringing over the number of the customes you want to buy is highly recommended.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a Lion Accessory kit (tail,nose, headband with mane) from Wonder Costumes thru Amazon. Paid the expedited shipping 2 days was supposed to arrive on Wednesday October 29th did not receive till Friday October 31 after my daughter was at her halloween party. USPS is not 2 day delivery service it should of gone out UPS. When I opened the package the nose was broke the little sound thing was unglued and just loose in the package. I will never order from this company again!!! I will get a refund!!
