The worst Manager and Sales people ever! We went to exchange a watch w/an obvious defect and the sales personnel made us literally jump through hoops to prove we had purchased the watch there. We had the receipt and she denied the watch was on it, only to be proven wrong, it was! She couldnt read her own receipt! We were humiliated and whats worse she admitted she had been a Kindergarten teacher! We were literally schooled by dummies! Common sense and customer satisfaction are lacking in this venue, order online and avoid the dodo birds employed there! At the end of the day...The customer is, and always should be treated as right! Power of the pen is a scary thing, and so is the internet! Ladies, just do the right thing and cater to the customer, without us, you have no sale, and you in turn, have no salary! Get it!!!! Basic math!
