They need to hire ppl that want to work. They say support blk business but the works make it hard. I asked the guy for some big jeans for men and he acted like he didnt want to help. Like if you dont want to do your job that their paying you to do stay home. Have no kind of customer service 😒

They have great customer service and they really do a good job making sure your entire outfit is on point. You can see the owner really takes pride in his business and puts customers first... I was in line and the patience they have for some people asking for more discounts is crazy... they really do their best to accommodate their clients. Everyone there is really nice too and I looooove their sneaker selection!

I havent been in there store not once but i would like to go there one day but the great thing is i follow them on IG so there clothes and shoe collection is awesome i wish the shoes wouldn.t go out of stock so fast but the only problem i have is that the prices for certain stuff is too high you should think about the people who would love to buy your things inside the store but cant because there to expensive.

Outstanding cusstomer service .The staff was extra polite, friendly,prices affordable, awesome environment . this was the best first experience I ever had.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and nearly waited two months because the staff lost the left sho in the warehouse . The lack of communication within staff was incredible no one cared to call to give update or suggest another sneaker due to their lack of responsibility and ethics in the work place .The shoe was found and she shoe laces had food stains and dirt all over it .the white turn yellow from being in storage to long . They try to clean it and suggested me to by white paint on top of my purchase to clean the sneaker. Which clearly is a jokeThe manager spoke to me with little to recognition of my 35 minute drive to come to his store to purchase and invest in his family business .We should be more supportive and aware of what happens in our stores in order to be effective and productive with offering quality service.Even if the sneaker is on clearence, $1.00 or nearly $20.00 . The amount i have invested in your store makes me feel as though it will be my last .The moral of this story is becareful in who you come across or try to belittl or talk too . I am a social worker and was buying these sneakers for a client of mines . Now is devasting to return back to my client to express they didnt have the sneakers he nearly cried for because of bullying of his attire and dress code in school .I was trying to do a great of good for a child and in return i am leaving a child ; who is use to being let down and dissapointed re experience that due to my own kind of people treating my experience and purchase with little to no care .This store should have sensitivity when it comes to working in a community where minorities and youth who are struggling daily to keep their self esteems up and fit in a society in which has manupulated and bullied them for so long .I share this story because ; when you work in a work place you never know who you are coming across or whos in need of what .Vanessa thank you for being the only sales agent who was supportive and cool through it all .For the others culture sensitivity and awareness should be exposed within a group meeting or seminar . In which i would be happy to teach . For the love of my community .
