Horrible experience and very likely the WORST store I’ve gone to in Miami. ZERO customer service. ZERO service. ZERO smiles. Nothing about this store, once you actually get in after making an appointment, will make you want to stay there. Starting with the security guards that have a dumb look on their faces as if they owned the inventory and don’t want anyone else to purchase or look at, making it very clear that they want you to stay away from the merchandise.I would STAY AWAY from this store and try to find chrome hearts somewhere else, it will make you feel better about the brand. This experience really changed my mind about future purchases.
Nice store, customer service could be better especially for the prices they charge. Most of the workers don’t talk to you (maybe because of all of the hype and people coming in just to look now) but some people are actually trying to shop and can’t get assistance. I just copped this beanie and a hat because it was easily accessible!
Everyone was so kind there. They treated us like friends and were so casual with us. Usually in other designer stores, the sales associates are formal, but, here, it feels comfortable. The guy with blue hair helped us out, but we didn’t get his name :,)
Love Chrome Hearts and I go every time I’m in Miami. The appointments are very easily accessible and organized! The staff is helpful but some don’t have the best attitude all the time but I understand. Overall I recommend!
First I called for an appointment and was placed on hold. Next I faxed over my info to book an appointment; no response. Finally I went in person and made eye contact with an employee through the store windows; I was ignored and couldn’t make it in. Needless to say, all of these events made me respect and love the brand more than ever. They are staying true to the label’s ethos and I respect that. I plan on buying Chrome Hearts denim on the secondary market VERY soon.
Had a great time. S/o Tito, patient, helpful and cool to talk to!
I’m a personal shopper and I sent one of my top clients who’s spend almost 500k a year with me in merchandise, not only was he disgusted with the customer service at this location the female sales associate treated him like he couldn’t afford to shop there (note he was decked out in chrome and chanel) they keep selected pieces for who they want and the sales associates friends. My customer will now buy through a third party because nobody should be subjected to this.
Manger told me I couldn’t buy a things I alr had
Horrible experience, no customer service. Will never go back, had an appointment and still had to wait
Yo this store is no bueno, i’ve been a longtime chrome hearts fan and customer and shopped at the nyc location and had a great experience and everyone at this store treats you like they own it, shop online
Worst customer service. The store is beautifully designed and the product is excellent quality but the staff is rude. My husband is a long time customer and never once have we received good service in this location.
The product is amazingly educated with every cut and sew item. Before COVID really hit it was actually possible to go in and buy some great quality jewelry and denim to it being the most impossible to book an appointment. The number listed on the official website might as well not exist if the stores employees treat this store as an all inclusive thing where they much cater to big ticket clients. I called 12 times on Monday and nothing. Tuesday was 4, Thursday was twice because I was trying to via email. Which now is very unclear that I actually have an appointment or because the person has now turned cold. So good luck trying as I have been waiting to confirm a 1230 apt on may 14th for a couple days now after the said person told me the opening and needed my name and phone number and nothing. I have resent the information again and again thinking that the influx of emails my replies got lost in the mix but now I have pleaded with them to please give me the courtesy to inform me because I having to drive 2 hours away and not having the concrete details makes feel uncomfortable to make the drive. I know the owners and employees don’t give a damn about my opinion but I hope one day something changes.
I dont normally write reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a store. If I could I would give It 0 stars. I love chrome hearts but the customer service here absolutely disgusted me. It makes me not even want to shop here anymore. Let me explain:First, we were 5 minutes late to our appointment and they wouldnt let us come in. Frustrated, we made another appointment and when we arrived EARLY they brought us in and then rudely kicked us out because we were the wrong group. When we finally got inside, they split our group up and made some of our group wait 45 minutes to shop. When we were checking out, it took almost an hour and we had to remind the staff because they were in the back on their phones not paying attention. ALSO, they over charged us for the wrong item and didnt even notice until we said something. Not to mention most of them dont even wear masks when working. The staff is extremely entitled and I will NOT be returning to this location.
I brought in a broken frame that I purchased late 2016 for warranty repair/replacement. One arm of my glasses simply broke off. I was quite shocked when it happened as the quality of these extremely expensive frames should be of a much higher level . The sales associate immediately made the assumption that I somehow broke the frames and that there would be a cost associated with the repair. I advised the sales associate that I did not do anything abnormal in the daily use of my glasses. I pick them up using the arm, and I take them off using the arm. I ended up speaking with the manager Marina Perez, who was very nice. I explained the situation and she said she would send them in to head office to try and get replaced as I believe i should not pay another penny to fix a defective frame that I already paid $800, 9 months prior. I received a call from Chrome Hearts that they require another $279 to replace the frame, which I assume is their dealer cost. I had no choice but to agree to the charges as the lenses made for those glasses cost $900. Lets just say I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service I received from Chrome Hearts. I would hope that their level of support matched what good customers like me are willing to pay for their products. I have never submitted a review before, but I felt I had no choice considering how I feel about the way I have been treated. When I see that other quality frames are being sold at a tenth of the price and sometimes less, it really bothers me as I understand the margins in Chrome Hearts products. Even at $279 on the replacment, they are making huge margins AGAIN from me on the replacement of their defective product. :(
Not a great shopping experience. Made by appointment should entitle a little more consideration. Feels like airport TSA just to get in the place, and also, just as awful treatment. Spent quite a bit of money but that didn’t stop them from shuffling us in and out. They should not make it this hard to give them business. Party of 4 not allowed, and was not indicated to us on the phone. Make sure you say something when making the reservation.
Worst customer service ever, don’t expect to be able to return anything as they will always find something to not accept the return.Recently bought a white t-shirt in NYC location, couldn’t try it in store because of covid, size was wrong and I couldn’t return it because it’s a white piece. Despite the extremely greedy and arrogant staff who told me « buy 2, they are cheap ».Came to the Miami location, tried 2 sizes for a t-shirt in store, the sales rep gave me the wrong size and I realized it 5 days later. Tried to exchange it for a bigger size, their answer was « You have worn it we cannot accept the return ». What a waste of time I’m left with 2 t-shirts ($400) that I cannot even wear. Those people really deserve to go out of business for their attitude.Side note: quality is awful.
I don’t understand why people go shopping at this store.Horrible customer service.....
Very cool store with a lot to look at. When I first approached the store I was surprised to see how stunning it was. The entrance is through the side and it takes you past a floral lanai with small tables and chairs. When I entered, a security guard opened the door for me and I was the only person inside other than another security guard in the main show room. I was greeted almost immediately by a sales associate who was very friendly and explained the store to me. She said that it is somewhat of an experimental store that sells Chrome Hearts jewelry, clothing, custom furniture, custom glassware, and is also a candy shop. I purchased a piece of jewelry from her and she even recommended a local coffee shop she liked. Im not sure how people are generally treated but my guess is that when you, the customer, come off as a snobby, pompous, self-important individual you probably get treated poorly. Just my guess. If you want a really cool store to get some really impressive and unique items check this place out.Edit: Went in again today (12/30/2020) and, as usual, received the same awesome service I have always received. As usual, the place was gorgeous and they had plenty of amazing pieces. Based on my visit today it is evident that this location is still receiving negative reviews from “customers.” Be gone trolls, Target is on North Miami Ave.
My pops drove an hour to get us some hats and didnt know about making an appointment, but Lucia was very helpful and took care of him the best she could. Thanks so much, we will be back
Such a vibe, I love this store. Very chill staff and always helpful every time I come through.
I love this brand, and we found out there’s a store here in Miami, so we went to visit. The store here is really awesome, like what I thought. But the customer service was pretty bad. There was a short guy helping us around and he wouldn’t give us any helpful introductions, instead he thought we couldn’t afford anything in the store. When we asked for the price, or anything in the store to try it on, his attitude was just really bad. But we still got two rings, and we love it.
I love this brand, my husband take me to their Winwood store every time we visit Miami, but Im extremely disappointed how they are managing the current situation with COVID-19. They should be inspected by health department or CDC because their customers have free pass to dont follow the State of Florida social distancing and face mask requirement inside their location. More than 10 people are gathering and owners does not take any action about it, looks like money is more important than public health to them. Welcome to phase 4. :(
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service
Staff acts like theyre better than you and security follows and stares you down the entire time
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I wish I can give a 0 Star. Such large place limit only 4 people in store, there were 4 staffs and three of them didn’t take care of customers at all. Just joking, laughing and talking with other staffs all time? The worse thing was these guys also mock customers’ English and think they cannot afford the things here. Come on, u own this store or what? U just work here, and the one who don’t have money to buy anything might be u, not the customers. Interesting. Why don’t u just GTFO and find a job at pizza store? At least u don’t have to serve people there. A good brand is just ruined by the nuts customer service. I’ve been to almost every chrome heart store in US and all other store are really great. Will never come again since I don’t wanna see retards in the morning and ruin my day.
The clothes and accessories here is so amazing, I love chrome hearts designs a lot. I went to almost all of the chrome hearts store in US, and the Miami store is the biggest one with the most collection and also most beautiful I have ever been. Nadia is a pretty good stuff here, she is patient and also she knows a lot about chrome hearts~
I was in the area and didnt know about the store, Then i saw the small logo and went to the door the first thing that i was asked/Told was are you going to spend money and if so how much, i was instantly turned off and decided not to go in.
Beautiful location and very friendly/professional staff. Couldnt ask for more! It is such a refreshing experience to visit the Miami Chrome Hearts store. I couldnt believe what a big selection in colorful accessories they have there (very unusual if you know about Chrome Hearts) Anyway! I am in love with my new bag! Not only that, but they have a Laduree space inside their store and an outside area to sit and enjoy. I will be back!!!
Do not visit the store, it’s a shame that people who work in the store have no idea/ customer service ... very cool brand but horrible experience in Miami store. This young lady followed us around the store asking us very random questions as if we didn’t have the money to buy anything. We buy a lot from the store, so we felt so confused ... she’s just a worker ... she probably gets paid by hour ... so embarrassing being rude to people that can actually afford the brand. She must be so lost in life ..... she’s quite short and strangely confident... hahGood luck to her honestly cause she’s gon need it :)
Such a good store, horribly ruined by the trashy costumer service. Dont go to the store, save yourself some trouble and order online. You will be greeted by security instead of someone from costumer service. It seems that they think that costumers will Rob their shop because for my instance nobody assisted me until we asked the people from security. After visiting the store twice, there is no one that will assist. This is horrible for a store as expensive as other luxury brands that gift you drinks and excellent service even if you buy anything. T-shirts for 150 dollars and hoodies for 500 and still no one offers water. I saw an instance were the costumer service people laughed at other costumers for their English. Not friendly at all. My suggestion is to fire every person they hire and to re-staff the store.
One of my favorite brands, sadly to say that people who work here are not friendly
Called via telephone during the week to see if they carried prescription eyeglass frames and some one nice answered the phone telling me they had plenty of selection.Decided to drive over on a Sunday......paid the parking fee at the garage across the street and walked over. After getting inside this small retail location a very nice woman came to greet me to assist me with looking for what I had interest in.I come to the wall with about 10 sunglass frames and maybe 3 prescription frames.....That’s it!What a waste of my time and for a Flagship store I would have believed they would have somewhat of a good selection. I would have expected this at a Cohens Optical......Save your time it’s not worth the trip!
Is a truly unique jewelery, watch, glasses and clothing store, is the hip hop of brands with truly amazing unique pieces, from their glasses to their rings and chains for all different occasions, love this brand.
They were extremely nice! Nadia helped me with all my needs and I am looking forward for my next purchases!
The pieces sell themselves
Bad customer service everyone has the attitude as if you need them when it should be them earning your business our sales rep was on his phone the entire time
0 star if possible. When I went into the store and tried to look their product, stuff asked me What do you want? so I answered Just browsing. Then the stuff mentioned Its business here, so? and they literary kicked us out. They judge people so hard and dont even allow certain people to look their products. Those men stuffs are garbage
Came into the store with my wife after having lunch down the street, not off the beach or from the gym but dressed to shop...First impression walk in are not welcome...the security guard near the door will not greet you but stare and follow you around the lobby. After we found the back hallway to get to the showroom we were greeted by a rude mongrel of a girl who without so much as a hello informed us that this was a luxury shop...as if that means anything in the design district where everything is lux..I was still intrigued never have seen one of their stores in person. Overall terribly disappointed in the experience and quality of the merchandise. The sunglasses felt cheap and nowhere the quality of whats available for fractions of what theyre charging in this store. The staff experience was pathetic and uninspired in the worst possible way.
The Customer service was great and the decor was just as amazing as the clothes are. I love the open space and I like how the Miami store has its own identity in not being identical to the NYC store.
I bought the sunglasses a few months ago and after five months one lens is broke. I was in this shop and I left my glasses for repair because I have the warranty. After two or three weeks I received an email from they and they tell me: Regarding your repair, the front can be realigned free of charge, however, the current lenses will continue to fall out, the lenses will need to be replaced.Cost is $110.00 retail.I replied immediately: the glasses are under the producer warranty, and therefore, I dont see any reason to pay for a fully and reliable repair. If one the lens is defective, it has to be replaced by the producer inside of warranty, being probably a manufacturing defect. You think someone has replied? No, I have no answer from them for 3 weeks. So, nobody contacted me, e-mail did not work, the phone I tried several times but no answer ....
This was my second time to Chrome Hearts. This is an awesome luxury goods boutique. My sales representative, Abigail, is very knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. On both visits she was able to find the right jewelry for me. Chrome Hearts is a must visit store in the Design District of Miami. (Do not be fooled by the cheap counterfeit C.H. items offered on the internet and eBay. The difference in quality is quite noticeable. Chrome Hearts does not have an internet retail site.)
Just window shopping. Nice stuff.
Beautiful store and great customer service :)
Everything looks fine until it comes to customer service the worst ever.
Great product service meh
The worst Chrome Hearts store ever. The salesman was terrible and wasted my time
Awful experience
Snobby was followed by security everywhere I went they sell garbage clothing for high prices
Awesome staff!!! great product...
Don’t know why many people wait here for such a long time. Extremely bad service ever!
Customer service is 0 from 100.
Trashy customer service
Fresh store
Bad serve
Unkind the most.
Worst servsice !!
It is necessary to make an appointment to enter the store, but the clerk looks like a fish. It feels not to go shopping, but to serve the uncle.
We came with great expectations, but were bitterly disappointed! The shop was wrapped in a hideous cloud of perfume and in the middle of it staff, who could not be surpassed in arrogance. Bought Chromehearts glasses in Germany and wanted to buy them here to ask the price! As the seller told us, this is not wanted here! They dont value such an audience
Worst customer service ever. If i can I will give this place zero starsI don’t care, try the ring and hit the customer’s hand, for fear of you stealing something, funny👎👎👎👎👎👎
Now ...
Staff super drag
