Mediocre Columbia Factory Store.Buy online, or if you want to visit a store, the Sawgrass Mills location is much better, as it is bigger and has much more inventory and selection.Much better mall too!

Definitely this is the worst experience ever in a Columbia store. As a professional of fishing I am used to visit your stores all the time. Staff in this location is rude and management is inexistent. Lack of customer service. You need to do something to improve your service. Please explain to your staff that their wage come from the customers!

1 just walked out of the store. They had a sign offering 50% on all the backpacks.After be on the line for several minutes the cashier denied the 50%. I show her the sign wich was in front of her. Anyway she was rude and told me if you want the item take it or leaved there. Worst experiene. Being member measr nothing since that was the first thing she ask me.

I visited the store today to purchase some shirt I found a couple of shirts I liked but one of the shirts was too high I asked one of the workers for help but he stated he was to busy I went to the register to pay and told the employee that I wanted one more shirt but I was not help if he could help he pointed my wife in the direction of the first person I asked so my wife ask the worker a second time to help get the shirt and she was ignored completely I ask to talk the the manger and a black hair girl came over and I explained that I had ask twice for help and had been blown off she stated hes helping ppl that are buying things first and I told her I was attempting to buy but could not get help she stated were short staff you have to wait and walked away I told her that was disrespectful and she stated I guess Ill go get a ladder now I left the shirt the shirt and bought the shirt online for an extra 40 dollar I will never go back to that store and that manger should be fired Ive never felt so disrespected in my life or belittled I feel colombia as a Brand needs to do something especially with everything we have going on now and days

Even though the stores has good deals in clothing, its ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to pay for your purchases. Only one register was open and 4 other Columbia employees were just walking around and chatting. The line kept getting longer and they dont even mind.

Im very disappoint with the poor customer service I had received from the Manager at this store his name is Blake. He was very rude, unprofessional that way he handle bussnes. He asked me for some rediculos questions about my return even tough I have my original receipt. I spend 400.00 dollars at the specific store that day, I love this brand of clothing, but this manager is no fit for his potion is his very rude, that way he treat customer is horrible.if his no happy with his job; customer doesnt have to pay that consequences
