Nice products European style at reasonable prices but no personal service at all. Dry, borderline rude staff specially the ladies at the fitting rooms. My wife wanted to go in to the fitting room with our 14 year old daughter and received a very dry: you are not allowed with no further explanation or comments.
A lot of pretentious people feeling like rich ones.... very funny.Ok. The store is so nice; clothes are good and prices are fair enough. Service... what service? Theres no a single nice person to help you out. Ah! Theres no fitting room available so you have high risk to get the wrong one.

I purchased something in July when they didn’t have any fitting room available despite the fact that literally every other store in the mall had open their fitting rooms already. They said it would be easy to make a return. Yeah when I came to return the item they wouldn’t give me a store credit and they didn’t have the correct size. They could only offer me a larger size or to leave empty-handed. They refuse to make an exception to give me any kind of store credit and now based on the way they treated me even though I showed them proof of purchase from my bank statement on the correct date for the correct amount they still refused.And addition to that the store is very cluttered and it’s difficult to find an associate or to differentiate one from a regular shopper because they seem to always be chatting each other up. I do not recommend shopping here at all. It’s great that I purchased ripped immediately as I zipped it. Not just the zipper wrap the same itself Brett. He didn’t seem apologetic or empathetic or either

Waited in line for the dressing room for over 15 minutes only to be told you had to download an app and make a reservation.why not tell people that before getting in line?
Has a great variety and selection. But the lines are outrageous. Very slow cashiers with poor customer service. You can hardly find associates and their fitting rooms are still closed. Add an extra 45 minutes to your time as you will wait in line outside to get in and inside to pay.

I just left Zara. Their check out line was wrapping around the inside of the store. There were like four active registers when I got up there. I mean.... why can’t they have mobile scanners like Target? I waited in line for 40 min. Just to pay. It’s so cruel. Not to mention the line to get in. If you are just running in there to grab 1 or 2 items then turn around. Other wise The store has a lot to choose from and is very nice.
I HATE Z THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Its hard to boycott because I love the brand. But I so wish they would fire all the staff at the Galleria location and focus on individuals who love the brand and focused on customer service. Afterall, we the customers keep them employed.

It was the most inconvenient experience with my return. The shirt was stained from make-up and they did not accept my return and it took 20 minutes to return 2 other additional items. They said I used another card, however I always pay with one card. The manager “took an exception “ to give me back my money, they were trying to give a store credit instead. I was a frequent customer, but this was my last time at Zara

Worst customer service ever!!! || El peor servicio a clientela que he visto!!I bought a short that looked cute but doesn’t fit well, so I went to return it (all tags in, it was in the bag since the day I purchase it) and I forgot my paper ticket far away from the store, but I got a picture in my phone.The cashier told me without the physical paper it was not possible to return (I know that every single retail system can find a purchase in seconds if you want to with the ticket number, trust me, I have a retail store). I asked to talk to the manager and he literally came already with a really bad attitude and basically told me that it was not his problem and that they where not going to give me my money back. They where able to return my money and have a happy client but they just didn’t want to put any effort in having a happy customer.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE!!

Unethical procedure regarding business hours. If you go to the store website it indicates that closes at 8PM on Sundays but not this store, apparently this store rules by itself and they close at 7PM on Sundays.
Really bad service, reps are super rude and think they are better than customers. Full discrimination. manager could not resolve a simple request. Do not recommend this store.
So disapointed! The manager was beyond rude & not professional at all, I only had to return a shirt. She said she doing me a favor and that I should shut up. Way to ruin my sunday! Beware visiting that store! Bought something yesterday which I was not able to try on before buying. „These are the rules“. Just one cashier, I had to wait 35 min to pay. Of course what I bought not fitted me and I had to go back. Again 35 min in line, nobody to help, nothing. Bad bad service. Such a waste of time.
I bought a pair of shorts to take on a trip overseas at the last minute. I needed a specific size and I saw them at that size. upon checking out I asked the sales person to confirm the size since theres no where to try anything on mith the current virus situation. He confirmed it and I took it home, took all the labels off and packed it. At my destination I found it they were European size, not American size and totally unfit. returning to the Brickell Store I was told that since I didnt have the receipt I could only get other shorts even though I brought the printout from my credit card statement which identified the store, date etc. The agent scanned a label in the shorts and confirmed they were from there. Manager George came and basically repeated the story, and then said he could make an exception and let me exchange them for something at same price value or higher. I asked for a store credit instead since I dont need anything right now. George said only he could authorize it since other managers might not. I had to do it now or when he was working. I asked for his schedule which he couldnt give me. He took a picture of my cc statement finally and said hed let the other managers know and I should come with the shorts, and the cc statement, and the other managers might make the exception again. Bottom line I said I really didnt see the difference with what he was doing and offering a store credit. No real good answer for that. Moral of the story, CAREFULLY look at sizing because EU sizing is first, and engrave your receipt on your arm so George can see it because God forgive making exceptions to policy for something relatively minor, in my opinion. In these times of stress when we try to support local business this kind of attitude certainly lost mine. This store is off limits for me now, and I will move Zara down the list of places Id go to shop at
Dont come here. They close at 7 pm. I arrived at 6:45 and didnt allow me to go in. When I said that it was still witjin the opening hours they told me they were over capacity what wasnt true. Besides, Zara has a non trying policy. Lets go to those places that try to make your life easy

Wow, to start, not a nice Covid-19, city procedure. Then, even if many peopke were leaving the store, he is not allowing anyone, even though its before closing time!!!!! Not a nice customer service, not a nice way of safety!!!

Moody and unhelpful staff. Very disappointing. Asked multiple employees for help in the store today and they both gave me attitudes like I was a burden. I asked one of them where a pair of pants were (because on Zara’s website it says they’re in stock at this location) and she didn’t say one thing to me when I asked. She looked it up on a phone and said, “No.” After she said that I was in the middle of showing her on my phone that it says it’s in stock online and she blatantly just walked away in the middle of me showing/speaking to her. I was shocked and left immediately. Please stop hiring people that don’t care about customers and have terrible attitudes. If they don’t want to work there they shouldn’t be working there.
I was passing through the BCC mall and stopped in at Zara. I found it had a nice control on the numbers of customers allowedmin during Covid-19. Merchandise was nicely layed out and presented well. I spotted some things I will be coming in a few days.

Great designs but some of the cloths are not great quality, really often fabrics are really cheap, and the sewing is incomplete or wrongly done, which is frustrating base on the tag prices on those pieces. service is also bad, the cashiers are not very nice, same for the ones on the fitting rooms.
This store only had 2 cashiers for the entire store. I’ve been in line for the last 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

One of the T-shirt’s I bought supposedly wasn’t charged and the manager came to me not explaining anything and took my T-shirt and left. Veeeeeery disrespectful and never explain anything to me. I won’t come back to this location anymore because of this guy the worst manager ever

I went today to this store trying to exchange a blouse for a dress and didn’t have the receipt because it was a gift. The staff didn’t accept it because their policy says that for an exchange without receipt it has to be the exact same item only a different size. First store that I go to that has this policy!I you want to buy something and have the possibility to return/exchange it later, don’t come here, they will make it very difficult. I don’t know if this is a policy of all Zara stores in the US, but at least the one in Brickell City Center has it.
Truthfully I love this store! BUT! One thing I will NEVER understand is why they have like a million employees working on the floor but like 2 cashiers! Every time I to the Zara in Brickell and its time to get on line to pay, its like damn, now I got to stand in this line thats going to take a day and a year to get through! So, while I love the Zara ! I DO NOT enjoy there long lines and slow cashiers who look at you as if they themselves dont to be at work!

Ive always loved Zara til I visited this store. The store implemented a return policy that is absurd. I tried to exchange an item and was told I could only exchange it for the same item in another size? Ive never heard of anything like this. I live in the area and have boycotted it since then. I believe in supporting businesses that are transparent about their policies and also deliver great customer service. This place is not one of them.

TERRIBLE AND DECEIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to exchange a Jacket for a smaller size and instead of exchanging, they said they would do a simple return and I could re-purchase the right size. What they did not tell me was that I would pay FULL price and my discounted original purchase would not be honored. When I realized what they had done, I asked them to void the return as I did not want to pay full price, and they refused to help me or cancel my order. I could have made an informed decision to keep my jacket had they been honest with me. The attendant was clearly checked out and not well trained as he had to call his manager to fix his mess. They instructed me to call customer service, which could not help me because this was a store purchase and not online purchase, and now I am stuck with an online order I cant cancel and without my jacket. NEVER trust this stores attendants, they are clueless and lack proper training.
Terrible service! I recommend Aventura Zara over this one any day. Bought the wrong pair of jeans, went to exchange not return and they did not let me exchange for the correct ones! All tags attached bought the day before. I am a VERY good Zara customer. Never returning. Men’s manger, Alexis, was terrible the staff was WAY nicer than him. Please get rid of this man, absolutely not a people person.

Awful service. bought an item that didnt fit properly and tried to return it with the tags present, however the receipt had fallen out of the bag so I didnt have it and I was told that they wouldnt do anything for me and they honestly couldnt have cared less to even try to make the customer leave happy. I know that they can definitely look up the item with the tag or with my credit card to confirm the location and date of purchase...the only thing the credit card does is show a physical copy of the info on the computer. I work in customer service and it is unacceptable to have a customer leave extreemly unhappy whilst spending a lot of money at a store...especially a regular customer.
Very affordable clothing for the enivornment. Given the other stores in the vascinity I was expecting this store to have some costly options however I was wrong. Very affordable clothing and the style are different. I would recommend for shopping for kids as well as the styles are those you would not find at a Carters. The quality of the clothing is questionable and I can not speak to its longevity just yet. Would recommend and will visit again.
