This shop has the perfect variety of wedding dress styles at affordable and even more daring price points. I went in with a few specific dresses in mind and nearly feel in love with one enough to say yes, but in the end I had a little doubtful feeling and later found my dress elsewhere. The shop is very private and off of the main bridal shopping area of miracle mile which made the experience feel more relaxed. The woman who helped me let me choose as many dresses as I wanted and helped me try them on in their spacious fitting room. Everything about the experience was easygoing and fun. I highly recommend the shop.

Terrible experience. I wasn’t welcomed. I felt rushed, and did not receive the help I needed. Not to mention, they don’t carry large sizes for curvy girls. I am typically a size 8 in dresses, and I was too fat for their sizes. The lady brought me 5 dresses and none of them were my size. And they even suggested to lose some weight for the wedding!!! You are supposed to make the brides feel beautiful, regardless of size.I went to David’s bridal and I am so glad I did. I found my dress and left the store feeling empowered and beautiful.

Let me start off by saying I cannot say anything negative about the staff at Coral Gables Bridals. They went above and beyond. As a matter of fact, Vanessa ended up picking the dress I ultimately purchased. Mabel & Cary made my mom & I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I decided to get married in two months (call me crazy) & was worried I would have to settle for a dress. Once they saw on my face I was in love (before I knew) they called to make sure I could get it in time so when I asked they already had the answer. Cary is the most skilled seamstress. I am 411 & very petite but curvy. She made my dress fit like a glove. If you are dress shopping, I highly recommend coming to their shop. I went one place prior & Im so happy I came to this store. I had to wait 20 minutes after I made an appointment, 90% of the staff spoke nothing but Spanish, and the worst part is when I asked what my dress size was, they said they couldnt tell me unless I purchased the dress from them. I came into Coral Gables Bridal while visiting my mother over the holidays, since I had recently moved to North Carolina. I came in with my mother, best friend, and younger cousin and we all enjoyed the experience.I had found my gown, purchased it that same day, and was ready for my April delivery. Unfortunately, life can be hard and we had to move up our wedding due to family illness.I essentially needed my gown 5 weeks early, and everyone at Coral Gables Bridal busted their butts to try and get my gown in time. They kept me in the loop with several emails weekly, and never once made me feel like I was bothering them.In the end, I didnt get my exact gown but not because of Coral Gables Bridal. They were kind enough to offer me other suggestions that were very similar to the style and look that I purchased that I would have in time. The best part? Even though the designer charged them for both gowns, they didnt hold that against me.Im thankful to have found a bridal store that cared and was willing to help me through a tough experience.

I went shopping here with my mother and sister and the place is beautiful and there are plenty of dresses but I didnt find the one for me there. I was looking for a more modern yet classic look (more satin gown) and they had a few but plenty of gorgeous lace gowns. If youre looking for a more traditional lace gown, CGB is the spot. They had a new collection of more modern gowns come in after my time there so maybe if youre a bride looking for some variety you might find it there.Overall the service was okay. There are really sweet older women who work there and speak Spanish and English who are so ready to assist with whatever you need but I found that working with Vanessa (a younger twenty-something year old) was my best bet. She was AMAZING. She not only helped me find the look I was going for but she was also kind, professional, extremely competent, quick to respond to all follow up emails, and made my experience at CGB overall great! Highly recommend asking for Vanessa when you call/walk in.

My bridal experience there was hands on, personal, and 100% genuine! We recieved exceptional customer service, & were allowed to take our time, we were never rushed! After finding the dress, I was notified the minute my dress came in the store, they sounded almost as excited as I was on the phone! Every single time I called or made the trip to Miami for a fitting, they knew me by name! My dress was very big originally due to weight loss and alterations were a smooth road. They made sure I was 100% happy before leaving the store with my dress! My appointments were made at my convenience and the staff has always been in my corner to make every appointment more special than the last. What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and was guided patiently- Kathy was my sales consultant and she was amazing!!! The third dress I tried on was the winner and I was ecstatic. Then came the dress fitting (which in my opinion is the most important part), and I was greet by Mabel and Carey. I was worried at first if the tailors could fit it down to my size and if they could clean up the train. They were able to accomplish both of these and did an amazing job at that! They were also great about giving discounts and payment plans as needed. I highly recommend any bride to check out their dresses (because they have so many beautiful ones to choose from) and to use coral gables bridal. Their staff is friendly and very easy to work with! Thanks again for all your hard work!

I am from Bermuda and I visited Coral Gables Bridals last week while on vacation. The consultant Katerina was absolutely wonderful! She made my experience so enjoyable and very easy. She was attentive, warm, and gave every effort to find me a dress that would fall in love with. Infact, the first dress she pulled for me to try was the dress I wanted. I tried on others but this blew me away. Her personable attitude made me feel so comfortable. She was also informative as i needed to know if they ship internationally. But i am actually getting married in Miami and she told me they would keep the dress there until my wedding and that i can come in days before if i need to make alterations. I had to decide if I was going to make my down payment on this dress. I was on vacation so I decided to think on it. I went back today and straight to Katerina. They are very flexible and I was able to make a comfortable down payment to order the dress. She took my measurements and I was on my way. She is the sweetest and I am so happy she was my consultant. A big thank you for all your help.

When I walked in, I was not greeted. A woman named Diana helped me. I let her know the type of styles that I liked and showed her a couple of pictures. I told her what my budget was, and she told me that there was not much in my price range. She also told me that I have expensive taste. Once in the room, she began bringing out lace gowns with sleeves when I told her I wanted a mermaid gown that was strapless. She completely disregarded my budget and was not pulling gowns in the style that I asked for. I went to another bridal salon and purchased a gown the same day with a consultant who listened to me and truly cared about what I wanted for my special day.

After trying nearly 60 dresses in two other stores nearby, we decided to stop by Coral Gables Bridal and I found the perfect dress after two tries. From my sales representative, Mabel to the owner, everyone was just a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was home. Mabel has been such a blessing to work with and so supporting. I ordered a size smaller and although she did not recommended she has been my number one fan and has never doubted that I was going to lose the weight. Thank you for all your help!!!

I arrived here in desperate need for a dress and completely clueless about how wedding dress shopping works, but the ladies here were so kind to me. Their dresses are just gorgeous, and they helped me try on several that were possibilities. I cant thank them enough.

If you only knew the experience we had at the bridal shop prior to Coral Gables Bridals, I would say this place is heaven sent. Greeted and attended to by Maxine, she was extremely energetic and helpful. I walked in specifically with the objective to view their Pronovias sample sales and she went above and beyond to find other designers that still fit my budget. She allowed us to go through the racks to pick out anything that might have caught my attention. While setting up our dressing room, she made sure to answer any questions we had about alternations, fit, timelines etc. But most importantly during this entire process she made me feel at ease and comfortable. Wedding dress shopping in itself is a task but it should still be an enjoyable and amazing experience, which Maxine made sure she provided. Needless to say, I said YES to the dress the very same day! A Randy Fenoli gown that was drop dead gorgeous, one-of-a-kind and fell below my budget. I would highly recommend CGB to any new and future brides. Cant wait to show photos of me in my dress on 12/4/2020.

The selections are endless and the gowns are breathtaking. The service is unbeatable! If you go, make sure to have an appt and bring some photos as ideas, it can be overwhelming to see the neverending amount of gowns

Made an appointment with this boutique and all seemed well as they were very courteous, polite, and had asked about price range and size over the phone for my friends upcoming wedding. We thought we were off to a good start until we showed up. They had not pulled any dresses and just pointed to a section for us to search through. The dresses are so tightly stacked that it was impossible to see through the collection. On top of not having much of a selection in our price range, they continuously made comments about the Brides size and kept insisting on us raising her budget. Not once did they listen to any of the styles that the Bride wanted and kept showing us gowns that were nowhere near what we asked for. Overall, the whole experience was not a great one and the Bride will not be purchasing a gown from this shop. I highly recommend going elsewhere if youre looking for personable and personalized assistance in finding the dress for your big day.

I went into Coral Gables Bridal on a whim thinking I had already found my dress at another shop. I did not have an appointment and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I started trying on dresses just for fun for my friends and ended up finding this gorgeous dress that was above and beyond the dress I had previously found. The dress was priced above my budget so I inquired about any upcoming sales or purchasing the sample. The staff was unable to provide any information so I left. I ended up going back twice to try on the dress again and after the second time, the owner of the shop called me to tell me that the dress was being discontinued and that, due to my continued interest in the dress, she would sell me the sample immediately for an amazing discount. I left work right then and drove over to buy the dress. Coral Gables Bridal even held the dress for me (free of charge!) for almost a year until my wedding!

I came to Coral Gables Bridals after having a horrible experience at another bridal store. After purchasing a gown (at another store) in May 2014, I was left without a gown in January 2015. Our wedding was set for April 11, 2015; therefore, I only had 3 months to order, receive and do alterations. When I arrived at Coral Gables Bridals, I was greeted by Dulce, the owner, who was more than helpful in going through dress selections that would arrive in time for our wedding. I found a gown that I absolutely loved!! However, the dress was about 2 sizes bigger than what I should order. The staff guaranteed me that there would be no issues and they could receive the dress and do alterations in time. Let me tell you THEY WERE TRUE TO THEIR WORD! I received my dress in February 2015 and started alterations. The ladies that work in alterations were amazing.. they were very detailed and listened to my concerns. Mabel leads the alterations department and she was extremely detailed and patient when it came to the alterations. This made me feel so good, because they cared about the dress and how it was going to look. After about 3 alterations, the dress was PERFECT! I picked up the dress today and I can say with confidence that my dress fits PERFECT! I am ready for my big day next weekend!!! Thank you to Dulce, Mabel and the entire Coral Gables Bridals team for making this experience a pleasant one for me! You welcomed me into your store with such happiness and I am so happy to have ended up here! I will recommend Coral Gables Bridals to any bride that is shopping for a wedding gown! Also - a great perk - the fitting rooms are amazing!! They are huge and private so that you can enjoy that moment with your family and close friends.

I had to choose a star in order to post a review, but please let it be known that its a zero. I have been counting down the days for this appointment and it was so lackluster! The consultant that pulled dresses for us only did that. No smile, or life behind those eyes. There was no helping or enthusiasm at all. She never asked what style the bride wanted, instead gave us three books to look at which they didnt even have the dresses we wanted to see. We have been to two shops before this with 5 star service and attention. Please do not go here unless you want Ross fitting room service.

I said yes to the dress today !!!!! Its one of the best day in my life and ill never forget that. Maxine and the other staffs were very friendly as soon as i walked in to the shop. She knew my budget was limited yet she didntt make me feel bad or anything. She was extremely helpful and FINALLY i found my wedding dress. Thank you so much to CGB again and i cant wait to pick up my dress :))

Really disappointed that there arent a lot of dresses for lower budgets. I told the lady my budget was around $1000 and she asked me to up my budget immediately. They also didnt have a single tea length or short dress. Not the place for me.

She is amazing!! She speaks Spanish!! She is sweet and honest but she really tries not to give her opinion so that you pick the dress of your own choosing.They are super accommodating. Unlike other bridal stores, they have unique classy dresses. There dresses were a little above my budget but they had me try on a couple of dresses and really worked with me. They have a great selection of dresses, veils and belts. Everything is clean and professional.If you are coming to miracle mile!!
