In April 2018, I purchased a 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat with the 6.7L diesel engine in order to pull my 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel.I was hesitant about buying a truck with a Branded/Salvage title, but after having it completely inspected professionally, I went ahead with the purchase.During the past 2 1/2 years, this truck has been excellent with no issues at all.I decided to get a newer truck, so we went back to AutoWorld and purchased a 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty (Dually) Crew Cab Platinum with the same 6.7L diesel engine.Luis at AutoWorld was super helpful thru the entire deal, so buying a second time from them was a pleasant transaction.As soon as it is time for a newer truck, I will be back to Autoworld.Many thanks to Luis, Marialina, Roly and the entire team for a super job...

I bought a Ford F1 50 off of Mr. Luis I fully understood it was a rebuilt title I bought several of them in the past when I asked him what all they have done to it he said they replaced the bed the Front windshield and the bed was from the same color truck when I went to pick it up they were in the back detail on it for two hours and he had really shiny looking good but after I get it home and look it over better they painted the whole truck and in the scratches they didnt even fill them with anything they just painting over themhe could have describe the condition of the truck a little bit better over the phone would not buy or give deposit until seen Truck in person and look it over good theyre not gonna tell you everything they have done to it but overall I knew it was a rebuilt Truck just tell me what you guys had done to it

Never been so humiliated if my life by someone women manager rudely interrupts when i was talking with the salesman in charge and shouts because i wanted to say i am talking. then she started to shout at me the thing came out of my mouth was watch your attitude starts to shout even more and way louder. i gave her my back and started walking myself outside she never stopped yelling. i shouted back saying watch your attitude again. i never threatened and sure didnt try to slip the F-150 key to be honest it does not make one bit of sense my flight was the next morning thanks for letting me have this experience when i was in the states.NOTE: if any one wonders why i wanted my deposit back is because they didnt tell me the car was rebuilt and it was claimed by the insurance company a total loss plus i had to leave and get back to my country and stay

Auto world of America... where do I begin? These guys were absolutely amazing from the moment I stepped foot on the lot. I was looking for a particular truck that I had seen on their website. I had checked the carfax prior to my arrival so I knew what the extent of the damage was on the rebuilt title. Within about 2 minutes I was greeted by yosadany. He was extremely professional and very honest. He told me everything that I had read previously, prior to coming in. From that moment, I knew this guy was a straight shooter and not itching to “make a good deal.” After my test drive and he paper work process there were some things we had discussed about the vehicle that they were going to replace at no cost. Unfortunately, there was an accident I had about a week after my purchase, my tire blew out on me and totally destroyed my fender. Obviously, I was upset so I emailed yosadany right after the incident. He immediately called me when they opened for business the following day to see what they could do to help even offering to pay for a tow truck to drive all the way down to homestead to pick up my truck. They took care of all the damages and after all was said and done, they repaired everything and I came out of pocket $0. That is where these guys established a great relationship with me. They went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy even after I had signed the contract. I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely purchase multiple vehicles from them again and again!

Ive bought 2 pickup trucks from autoworld and have had a seemless experience throught both purchases. Both trucks have lasted through some heavy abuse (I work in construction). The staff is great and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience with Autoworld of America and Luis Hernandez. It is a family ran business that added a more personal, yet professional aspect to my car buying experience than you get at the typical dealership. I was hesitant as I had never purchased or considered purchasing a vehicle with a rebuilt title before. I never felt pressured and Luis answered every questions I asked, provided videos, reports, and honest and sincere personal responses, which alleviated most of my hesitancy. I live multiple states away and purchased this vehicle without physically seeing it and would feel comfortable doing so again. I was originally going to hire an independent inspection for the vehicle, but after researching, they essentially didnt really do anything that Luis had not already provided to me (video of test drive, pictures, reports, etc.). I purchased a lightly fresh water damaged vehicle so electronic issues were my main concern as opposed to quality of repair work or paint matching on a wrecked vehicle. I have no doubt Luis would have taken any additional pictures if needed or asked. I was able to purchase a vehicle for a little over 60% of the EXTRA clean (or 65% of the clean) black book retail value, which I feel is a great value. I know the rebuilt title impacts the resale value significantly, but since I plan to keep this vehicle that isnt as important to me.....I just wanted to show the value if purchasing a rebuilt titled vehicle from a reputable dealer vs what the same vehicle with a different piece of paper would cost.Once financing was complete, Luis coordinated for delivery of the vehicle. Due to the holidays, it was delayed a little, but wasnt a big deal. Autoworld was closing for 2 weeks for the holidays and he was able to coordinate to get the vehicle picked up before Christmas, so that it could be delivered shortly after Christmas instead of having to wait 2 weeks when they re-opened.The only somewhat negative things I can say about my experience with Luis and Autoworld, is I wished the vehicle came with two key fobs. Luis mentioned that the key fobs were stolen from the auction and I didnt ask whether one or two were included and I just assumed it would include 2. A 2nd key fob isnt that expensive (~$200-300), but it wouldve been nice if two were included so I wouldnt have to setup an appointment to have a 2nd one programmed right away. Also, I was comparing two vehicles that were very similar except 1 year, 10,000 miles and $5K difference. Luis noted that they essentially had the same features with one exception, but after receiving our vehicle and researching further, there were a handful of differences (both had auto-folding 2nd row seats, 2017 had new Sync 3 feature vs. Sync 2, and 2016 had Adaptive Cruise Control which 2017 does not). I blame myself for not realizing or at least asking for clarification as I am sure Luis would have clarified if I had. I dont know that it would have changed my mind on which vehicle, and I am very happy with the vehicle purchased.....and at this point it doesnt matter anyway.Sorry for the lengthy review, but I found it difficult to find much information about rebuilt vehicles and/or Autoworld. In the end, do your research, know your risks (insurance coverage/claims, more difficult to get a loan on rebuilt vehicles, long term reliability concerns, etc.) and purchase from a reputable dealer such as Autoworld that specializes in rebuilt vehicles. I am very satisfied with my experience at Autoworld of America and would recommend them to anyone considering a rebuilt or export titled vehicle. I will definitely consider them again later this year when in the market for another vehicle.

Just moved to Cayman Islands last week and was refered to them by a coworker before I moved . Got the perfect price on a suv wih absolutely great miles, having it shipped as we speak! Really happy wih the way the gentleman explained everything to me and even sent me live videos of the car when I asked. Never can be to sure when dealing with transactions overseas but so far everythings been wonderful and honest.
