I never had problems and they were always kind, but today it happened that they charged me for the month of September without my authorization, and I have been late due to COVID I lost my job for 4 years and made payments as soon as possible being that I am only receiving unemployment since March. They have left me penniless for 2 weeks not for gasoline, food for nothing! At least they would have called me before charging me without my authorization !!! I have never refused to pay and what I am experiencing was not something that I was looking for. 🤬🤬🤬.
