Can’t say enough good things about the gentleman at Miami Imports! I was assisted by the owner Mr.Victor in purchasing an immaculate 2015 Infinity Q50 with very low miles. I went ahead and let Mr.Victor know that I was In desperate need of a reliable daily driver that does good for everyday city driving. With little hesitation he turned me in the direction of an incoming Q50 he had on its way. The price was well within my budget and very affordable compared to other used vehicles of the same class. Fast forward two months I have now put almost 7,000 miles on this vehicle and it has been operating flawlessly with no issues. I am an active car enthusiast and will now be buying all of my vehicles at Miami Imports!

We found this Volvo XC60 for our mom. This dealership really has good findings, we took the Volvo to the Volvo dealership, and the car is in excellent condition. This car is like new. Also, Marlon and Victor are very nice, they really have nice cars, good cars, I highly recommend Miami Imports.

Worst buying experience I ever had. I purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS. Initially I was told the car “ran perfectly and had no problems”. AFTER I sent the money for the car, I was told it needed repairs. First they wanted to send me a broken car because they supposedly the parts needed to fix it wouldn’t be available for 3 months. When I found out the repairs would cost $1200, they suddenly found the part then attempted to charge me $600 for repairs on a car I hadn’t even received saying that they were giving me a deal on the repairs!!Of course I refused to pay and when I asked for my money back, all of a sudden they agreed to pay for the repairs. It took me nearly 2 months to receive the car from out of state.Once I did, I noticed the engine light was on! I had the car checked by a mechanic and the AC system was rigged!, after buying 3 compressors I had to replace the entire AC system! A few months later I had to replace the battery and alternator, and now the car is down again after having the car for only 8 months I’ve decided to just trade it in.For a car that supposedly “ran perfectly and had no issues” I was stuck making repairs the entire time I owned it. I’d never purchase from them again.

Once the car arrives i was so excited it i took it in to a shop for exception and they tell me that the car is missing both catalytic converts. Which is breaking lemon law in Florida. A few months back I’ve purchased my dream car, an alpine white BMW e46 m3 with a factory 6 speed manual. It has taken me 2 and half years to find one in my preferred spec for just the right price. I’m very happy with my purchase, the car has treated me well over these last few months. I put about 3k miles on it without any problems. The staff was very kind, they really worked hard to ensure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. I bought the car out of state and they shipped it to my front door in no time. Mike made things easy and was efficient, to the point, and honest. If you want to chit chat and play games, go elsewhere. They had the hard to find car I was looking for at a fair price. A few days later, it was on the truck to SC and the paperwork was in the mail. The car has been great since (almost 2 months). BMW advised regular maintenance and typical precautions for the mileage. Mike is straight up and the pricing is not too good to be true... these guys just know what theyre doing in getting good luxury cars at good prices and passing the savings on to the buyer. I was at least 20% ahead of normal market value with this car the second I bought it... just the way I like it! Thanks Mike!

Motor blew in less than 1000 milesI bought a Subaru from them and the process of buying it was totally fine and agreeable and they were friendly and I had no issue. But if youre a dealership and you appreciate the idea of having a good reputation and someone buys a car from you for $23k and they make one payment and they contact you and tell you the motor blew on the car they just bought from you you should do something to make the situation right. I understand its used cars and I understand things happen but this is very extreme and unusual especially for a car with 40k miles. You want to buy from a dealer you can trust who sells reliable cars and sadly this is not the dealership for you. They merely said oh well you bought the car as is.If you want to keep a business going and have a solid reputation you should stand behind the things you sell so people know they can go to you and trust youve gone over the cars you are buying from them and you arent buying a car that will make it home and the motor will explode. I bought from them because they had the car I wanted and I was looking around for a while and when I pulled up I thought the place looked suspect and I saw the car and liked it and drove it and like it and talked to the people there and liked them as well. But having something catastrophic happen in less than a 1000 miles and them doing nothing I think is just said and poor business. So now I bought the car for $23k and Im paying 5000$ to get a new motor for it after driving it for a month and they wont do anything You think the dealer would be as upset to have a car like that on their lot. But clearly they dont care they already got the money. So be very wary of buying from them because its just as likely to happen to you

I don’t usually do this review thing on here or anywhere but I have to share my experience with this dealership. I bought an 2011 Mercedes E63, I drove 10 hours to buy the car and get it shipped back, the day I got the car and drove it for the first time the check engine light came on from all four o2 sensors(which they knew about and reset it so I won’t know and he admitted to that later) they cost me $1200 to replace and two weeks later the ENGINE BLOW Up and now I have to pay 15 THOUSAND to buy an engine and they didn’t even hesitate to help with the costs or do anything based on the fact(you bought it as is)It’s unfortunate that I trusted them because he lied to me when he said there’s NOTHING wrong with the car. So what I would advise anyone is to take the car you trying to buy from them to the dealership to check it and if he refused don’t buy it, you’ll regret it like I did.(((Update after the owners comment)))You knew about the o2 sensors and you reset the check engine light and never told me about it until I mentioned it to you so how can I trust after thatYou didn’t let me take the car to the dealership to inspect it because you knew something was wrong but again shame on YOU for not being truthful and I updated you that there’s an engine failure and you didn’t do anything about it so you want me to keep begging you for anything? And even if I did you won’t do anything about it because if you would then you’d have not reset the check engine light with bad o2 sensors so it’s obvious you just trying to make yourself look good here. And I’d advise anyone to not fully trust youYes it’s my fault, my fault for trust you with something major like that.

In my experience in dealing with whomever, never even knew the guys name nor do I want to. I will explain my experience. This out of all the vehicles I have bought was the most and worst purchase I have ever experienced. Whomever I spoke with was completely rude, until he realized I had cash ready to go and I needed to purchase the vehicle. The 1st time we spoke on the phone he called me a liar which I thought was insane. I explained I wanted to pay for a vehicle to be shipped to test drive and inspect the vehicle which I have done in the past because I currently live in a different state. He said this is impossible which it is not, in my opinion money talks and I did pay for a vehicle to be shipped and did test drive it. Either way this goes on further, once I hung up on him and explained his customer service was horrible he then apologized and began asking what I needed help with. I explained I wanted a BMW he had on his lot and we began the paperwork. In the disclaimer it was said that there was a backup camera which I asked if it had, I was told yes. Once I received the vehicle there was no backup camera to be found, then as he claimed and told me several times before I purchased that the car was perfect I finally received the car and it was not perfect. As I said there was no backup camera and come to find out that the tires were overinflated. I also found there is 2 different types of tires which is my fault for not reading in his description. Then all tires were over-inflated and my back passenger tire also had a patch in it. In my opinion I would not sell the car without telling someone these things, its one thing to have different tires but another to not tell the person what is wrong with them. He claims that the patch is no big deal but according to other people who have looked at the vehicle they stated the tire ware is damaging and permanent at this point. Also that the patch was done improperly and could lead to a blow out on the road. This car is for my mother and I do not intend to be the cause of a possible deadly accident... When I confronted the so called Owner which is the main person I had been dealing with, he stated that hes not responsible and basically said its not my problem nor do I care that your tires which he called perfect are all bad. Also if you look at the pictures the tires look fine but in reality they are not. So overall I explained that I want nothing else to do with him nor his so called dealership. He will not ruin my out-of-state buying experience because not everyone is out to just get money such as this guy. That is how I feel I was treated, just a dollar sign. This was my experience and this is what happened to me, I am sharing this not in the intentions to hurt the business but for buyers to be aware, especially out of state. I personally will never recommend or shop at this dealer again based on my experience. Once again this is my story, and I am not slandering nor did I have the intent to slander the business. I made my opinion voiced and experience with this company.

Bought a 2005 Honda S200 from these guys. I live in Largo which is 4 hours away. The owner worked with me on the price over a small dent in the fender which was cool. The car is in good running order as he had specified that it was. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star review is because he said the car needed absolutely nothing, after getting a feel for the car and such, I noticed that the U-joints are going out or the differential spider gears are worn. ( Which with the miles are both to be expected.) But! the most important thing I should have noticed was the clutch. It feels great when driving normally around town, but if you get into the throttle and grab the next gear there is some clutch slippage. When test driving the car I tried to do one 3/4 throttle pull from 1st to 2nd gear but he stopped me, not knowing I was testing the clutch (or maybe he did) and saying that is not a fast car and not to be driven that way. Overall they have a great inventory, very friendly staff and fast easy to make deals. But I just dont feel comfortable giving 5 stars knowing that I will have to put a clutch in 15-20k miles when I could have tried to negotiated a bit of a lower price if I had been able to test the vehicle accordingly. The clutch replacements in these cars are not fun and are costly. I would buy from them again but the next time ill ignore him telling me how to test drive a vehicle I drove 4 hours to buy. I am a mechanic with 12 years experience so this is not Joe blow just talking smack.EDIT: IN RESPONSE TO THE DEALERS RESPONSEThis car runs at high RPMS, if you were familiar with the product you were selling you would be aware of that. In 6th gear at 70 MPH the car runs at 4150 RPMs and i drove 295 miles at 70 MPH the whole way home. There is no danger in revving this engine to 4-6k rpms above that is when you enter the danger zone. But im just glad i bought the car and not someone that would have to pay a mechanic because its very costly. If the car was without problems as promised before my 8 hours of driving i would have given 5 star review. But your need to make the most profit of a vehicle that needs work leads me to believe that you knew that it needed a wheel bearing and knew that the clutch was starting to wear, so its hard to leave anything higher than a 3. My time is as valuable as yours, if not more, the clutch job on that car is not fast cheap or easy and the vehicle price did not reflect that. You were dishonest as you seem to admit you knew that clutch was bad. Overall im displeased with the service of your dealership and have noe changed my review to 2 stars.

As hard as I tried, Mike and the owners of Miami Imports really blew the opportunity to earn a 5-star review and a customer for life.Everything started great... Mike was kind enough to chat with me via text, and we did the entire deal via text which was so appreciated. The first hiccup came when Mike gave me a price of $8,700, but then surprised me with an additional $495 dealer fee when he sent the Bill of Sale over to be signed. The fee was never mentioned until I pointed it out. It wasnt a deal breaker, but Mike should have mentioned it up front.I live in Nashville, so Mike setup to have the car transported from Miami. Everything went great here. No complaints. When the car showed up with cosmetic damage, everything went downhill... My very first text to Mike said, Could you let me know about any cosmetic or mechanical issues? I am definitely not expecting a perfect car, but I want to avoid being surprised by anything. He replied, There are no issues at all. No cosmetic issues. Expectation set... there are no cosmetic issues.Unfortunately there were more than a handful of cosmetic issues with the car including: clear coat peeling, pings in the door, gouges in the paint, a cut gas cap cord, and a completely missing door protector.I sent Mike pictures of all the problems, and he acknowledged that he should have caught them. I asked that he cover a small percentage of the repair bills, but he refused again and again.Mike is a nice guy, but I would NOT purchase another vehicle from him.Would not recommend to anyone.

They know their stuff and were helpful, friendly, and not pushy about making the sale. Being owner-operators of the business, the prices they offer are better than just about anywhere else bc of low overhead/no secretaries/excess sales people/etc. When you call, you talk to them. When you go in, you deal with them. They both emphasized that if any circumstance arose with the car to reach out to them directly to take a look and see what they could offer/recommend. Bottom line is the car is in great condition/like new, it was a fair price, and I will look to them first in the future should I find another car of interest that is also available on their lot.

I did not take the car home that night for V. offered to clean it and check some minor details, the following day picked up the car simple financing was already taken care of, and M. performed some last minute fixing that I requested and he respectfully got the issues taken care of, even though he was busy with other customers and cars. I will add that not all of his cars are high mileage and some are rather nice, he seems to like European/German cars and SUV`s. On the second day while I was there I took one last look around and he indeed had some decent looking rides!. IF I am in the market for a decent deal on a sports car I would check him out.

I was looking for either a BMW 6 or 7 series for my wife, Im very much a car enthusiast and I needed to find that 1 cherry machine, I looked all over the country for the proper car and found a few of them that I put on my short list. I found a total of 3 cars that met my expectations however since I have not financed anything in several years I did not realize that I had several errors on my credit report thus causing me to be a very high credit risk. I applied for credit at 3 different dealers in 3 different parts of the United States, then from 2 of the dealers they told me I would need to put 5k or even 10k down payment and then have almost $1000.00 per month payments, I sent my info to Vic and Mike and it was not even a half hour later Vic sends me a text asking if 4k down and 60 payments of $535.00 would be within my budget, I was so excited to hear that I could get my wife the car she wanted, but then the skeptisizm of the deal set in and I started thinking this could not be true. Then Vic tells me to send him $1000.00 non refundable deposit to hold the car as he had 3 other people wanting this car, Now I really start feeling like this could be a scam, so I finally decide to take a leap of faith and send western union them $500.00 to hold the car until I could get to Florida for inspection. Upon my arrival to the dealership I was amazed, the car was better than described, Vic and Mike were just awesome human beings and they even with out my knowledge negotiated with the lender to save me $1000.00 from my down payment so I left the dealership with a stunning machine, $1000.00 more than I expected in my pocket, a happy wife, and a big smile on my face. These guys are amazing, they under promised and over delivered and I can Not wait until they find me my next car wich will be a 2010 750Li.Mike and Vic if you see this review I hope you know, I mean every word of it. I came to Miami in search of the perfect car and I left with that car and 2 new buddies (Vic and Mike) We lova ya Amigos

I just joined Google+ to write a review for Miami Imports.I live in the mid-atlantic, and searched AutoTrader for a Volkswagen Touareg. Miami Imports had a very low mileage car that appeared to be in clean condition. The price was very fair. I called up and got Victor (believe that he is the owner). Victor is very direct. He is confident about his inventory/prices, and knows the market well. I asked for a carfax report, and he emailed it within minutes. He also told me that the vehicle was very clean.I had done a lot of research on the make/model, and knew that this particular model was well-optioned, low mileage, and priced fairly. My main concern was that I wouldnt be able to see the vehicle in person unless I flew to Miami. I called Victor the next day and explained that I liked the vehicle but that I was concerned about not being able to see/drive the vehicle before making a purchase. I also had some specific questions about the vehicles history and condition. Victor was adamant that it was clean, and offered to go outside and do a detailed walk-around for me, with me on the phone.Normally, this would not provide much reassurance because the dealer has incentive to embellish the vehicles condition. However, from my communications with Victor, I trusted him. I asked Victor to put himself in my shoes and please tell me about all the things he would factor in if he were purchasing the vehicle for himself. Victor did exactly that. He went outside and closely walked around the truck, inspecting the exterior and interior. He told me about a very minor scratch, some curb rash, and some wrinkled leather in the armrest. He texted me pictures of everything. Victor also told me that the vehicle drove beautifully (from his prior drives). Victor crawled underneath the vehicle (it was on low lifts) to inspect and text pictures of the underside.Bottom line is that Victor told me he would not sell me a bad car, and reassured me that I would be happy with the condition. He also told me that he would have someone work on polishing out the curb rash (this came out beautifully). We came to terms on the price later that day (he moved very little, but from research, I was confident that this was a fair price). Victor also connected me with a great auto transport company to deliver the truck to the mid-atlantic region.Throughout the entire process, Victor was extremely accessible. I could text, call, or email whenever and he would always get back quickly. On top of that, he would contact me to see how things were progressing. The vehicle was delivered within one week of purchase, and it came exactly as described. There were only two issues with the vehicle that had not been specifically discussed prior to purchase:The ESP/Hill Descent warning light came on shortly after purchase. It was due to a bad sensor. I believe that this may have manifested itself as a result of the delivery truck angle. I replaced sensor, and while in the shop, my mechanic confirmed that it was a clean vehicle. The only other issue with the car is that many of the soft-touch buttons on the interior peeled. This is a very common, well documented problem with this and other vehicles from the same era. Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, GM, and other manufactures have since stopped using the coating.I love the truck and it gets compliments all the time. Would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Victor, and will encourage family and friends to do the same.

With the rudeness and attitude that they complimentary hand out ( not included in the dealer fee) I wouldn’t get a car from here if it was the best deal in Florida.
