If I would have written this when I bought my Jeep Limited it would have been 4 stars. After taking it for service downgraded to 3 starts. Reason why its not a 1 is because I love being part of Jeep Nation. Beauty of a Jeep, used and under Warranty and missing pieces...what?? They did not sell the whole car. Tech freaked out first visit and showed me the issues. Auto stop messed up. New icon looks like a engine. Now Im stressing, fuel sensor. Couple days later cooling fan then it all comes together. Remember 2019. Well these guys when retro and installed 2017 parts rigging her. Bad HGreg. No more trust. Cost to replace and hurt this SUV performance. BEWARE!!

I had a very bad experience at Hgreg Miami. They sold me a 2015 Nissan Murano with lots of problems. The car had a problem with the transmission, was missing a plastic cover underneath and has a leak in the exhaust. Called every single day to get everything fixed. They kept the car for 3 weeks, never offered me a rental and they only repaired the transmission. All the rest remains pending. Still trying to communicate with them on a daily basis but they ignore me. I told Carlos, the Manager, that I would hire an attorney and he hung up on me. Lousy service!!! Don’t buy at Hgreg!!!
