Quoted a price over the phone, when we got to the dealership it was 8000.00 more. We were aware of tag, taxes and dealer fees, but they were adding 3500.00 on some B.S. accessory fee. Drove all the way up to West Palm for nothing..

The place is nice; the sales people are not always traying to be too pressure to make the sale. I bought a Civic with good conditions, but they promised to me to have a cars key duplicated and had been impossible to has it. The financial department did their best to help me in the negociation.

I wish google had negative stars for a rating! These guys are con artist. They make you go to Carmax to obtain a better price for your trade in and then charge you over sticker on a new vehicle purchase. In my many years of purchasing cars, I have never dealt with a more dishonest group.

Update on 9/15/2021: came for oil change with coupon from another Honda dealer and they said they don’t honor them which they have in the past. They said they only honor this specific dealers so I found one online and it’s for “express service oil change -$15off” under this it says what this service will include, like a tire rotation and multi-point inspection. They say I need to ask for a tire rotation in order toGet the discount. In the past I’ve seen the service title for the coupon will state “oil change and tire rotation”. Which is a different price. Anyway either the coupon is off and or employees here (I confirmed with manager) are off.I used to go to Brickell Honda and they always took my coupons until one day this one guy didn’t honor it. I left and never went back. I searched for another Honda service/dealer and was happy to find this one. The place was nice, clean, organized. If did take a bit for someone to help me but I’m guessing it was because it was right before the Holidays. They honored my coupon and staff were courteous. A huge plus for this place Is that they have a cafeteria which sells delicious Cuban empanadas.

George in finance is a liar. He said processing is 3 days and when I came to purchase he said 10 days. The other salesmen were fine but moved slow. I spent over 6 hours in total between 2 days to get contracts signed then had to wait over another week to pick up my truck. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed with my car. I financed a certified 2017 Honda Pilot 10 months ago. I had to take my car 4 times for mechanic and electrical problems. Very helpful service from Alex Visozo (Service Manager) and Nelson Mitidieri (Sales) in past events, but still I had a very bad experience with this car. So many problems with this CERTIFIED CAR. I definitely dont want the car.When I asked if I can exchange my car, the prices were extremely high. So, I am stuck with a junk car and waiting for Honda Warranty if they approve it. Because I went to the dealer at 4:30 pm, the only solution I received was to leave the car or coming back tomorrow to see if Honda approve me a rent car because they dont have cars for rent. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. How possible the dealer that sell CERTIFIED CARS does no have cars for rent or no have same or similar price cars for this kind of situations.Very disappointed with Braman Honda.

I took my wife’s CRV in for servicing; Daniel Rodriguez in servicing is my Go-To guy. This man is a phenomenal worker. He is a well oiled machine, he makes sure any questions I have are answered and takes care of any doubts I have. He is straight forward and makes me feel like I’m not just being charged for things I don’t need. He is constantly checking in with me and updating me on the progress of my vehicle. Very poor service, I sold my car to them, I was told that I would receive payment by check in a week, its been 45 days, and still nothing, Ive called several times, they just keep redirecting you to a new department, then they either hang up on you, or tell you that the person responsible is going to call you back, and they never call.

Before taking my car home (2018 Honda Civic) I found stains on seats. I pointed it out to sales person and he said that the car get seats cleaned. At that point I just wanted to go home. By the 2nd day, I found grime almost every where in front of cabin. Then Ifound makeup brush, makeup powder and a dirty full of hair mask o he the sides of seats. Obviously this car was never cleaned before putting car in lot to sell. And no the car did not have a sign saying buy as is, not that that would be an excuse for selling a dirty car.And now from the response from my review, Im still waiting for call back after leaving 2 messages. So do they actually care? No!!Two weeks after leaving a message to call me back to resolve problem with establishment. Terrible customer service

They dont know how to deal with out of state vehicle purchases. I have purchased vehicle from them last year in July/2020(10 MONTHS AGO) and still havent registered car in my own state due to their untidy work.Since I dont have a title registered in my state, I have to call them for temporary plate every time it expires. For last 10 DAYS, I cant even talk to their title clerks for new temporary plate ! Title clerk hasnt been picking up the phone neither responding to voicemails.

Braman show room is huge and their lot is full of a wide variety of import cars that are in exceptionally high demand. I guess that explains why there were so many customers there the day that I visited. Carlos was very helpful and allowed me plenty of time to explore my options before he went with me on a test drive on which he explained everything about the car in detail. The process of completing paperwork with Walid was very fast and easy. I just signed a few documents, took care of the insurance (five minutes) and I was on my way home in my new car. It was a pleasant memorable buying experience.

Took my car in for its first servicing on a Monday morning at around 8am. I expected to wait an hour or so, so when I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half, it was fine since it was expected. What was not expected was getting my car back within 30 minutes of me being there. Andrea was the representative who I spoke with and she took excellent car of my car. It was a great decision to get my car from here in the first place and, so far, Im very satisfied with the way everything has gone.

VERY accommodating!We had just come from a sketchy dealer and just happened to stop here because they had the car we were looking for a very low mileage 2020 Audi Q5. (Not what you would expect from a Honda dealer) Our sales person Leonardo Ramos was fantastic. Ask for him! After chatting and test driving since we didn’t plan on coming here we expoing we wanted to trade in our current vehicle for the Q5 but needed to get home ASAP because one of our pups is diabetic and is insulin dependent. Took my civic in to get the AC looked at. A gentleman by the name of Christian helped me. He was professional and polite. Arranged a shuttle to drop me off at home and pick me back up. A service most other dealerships dont provide.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from this location. I was waiting for 35 minutes outside for someone to come help me. I was one of the first ones outside and everyone that come out after me, got assisted. Once someone did come assist me, they had the filter outside of the car, and proceeded to tell me, I shouldn’t have left yet. Overall I would not recommend this location.

The time for a regular service (oil change) is ridiculous 4 hours waiting. Poor wait room they sale even the coffe. If you want to loose time and money come here.

Good place to buy a new car

Long Story short before leaving the dealership make sure all the information is correct on the contract.. Because even after being told its ok, not to worry, it shouldnt be a problem.. After making 2 calls and another visit to the dealership.. I got a late payment because my address was incorrect on the contract.. As soon as the car is purchased and you leave the dealership Im assuming so does the customer service.. 3 Stars only because I should of also paid more attention when signing.. But after going back in person they should of been more attentive..

The worst! I purchased a new car, After one year and three months I already had to replace the battery. Now after a yearAnd a half my battery is dying again. I called Bremen Honda and they advised me that I no longer had warranty on the battery that was only a year and a half old because if it’s a replacement they go by the date of purchase of the vehicle. How does a battery die after a year and a half. How do you not have warranty on a “new” battery.

Do not put your vehicle for service they will steal some part of your car, and if they have not done so soon they will. Twice it has happened to me and the assistant manager has an attitude and protects the thieves in the services. In addition, do not buy a used car because they will rob you too.

Im very pleased by how I was treated by all the people at Braman. From the greeting area to the Salesand Financial Departments and the Service area. Great experience. I will recommend the place to friends and family.

First of all, I currently have a 2019 Honda CR-V lease that I love! Today, I went to trade it in for a lease Honda Odyssey 2022 with still 16 months on my lease remaining. I was very disappointed because after waiting for 3 and a half hours and with 2 kids I ended up not getting a deal because Honda Financial denied me. Mind you I have a current lease with Honda financial and I haven’t missed a payment even though I got Covid last year. I strongly doubt that they will lease me another vehicle or that I will be leasing from Honda again. To me it is extremely inconsiderate and rude that they had me test the car and made me wait so long to end up giving me a negative response. They should really consider the customer and tell the truth up front instead of lying to make the customer waste valuable time!

If you need a Honda go somewhere else, this place makes you feel like you can never buy a car at any other dealership unless they help you. they truly make you feel worthless horrible sales tactics. go spend your money somewhere else.

They are only interested in selling you the car, because once you make a payment and sign the contract, forget about them. No assistance and they even give you an bad attitude. I had so many questions because I bought my first car with them, and they never picked up their phone or answered my texts back, nor I could find anyone to help me when I called the general number.

Had called before and was forwarded 3 times to a number that doesnt answer.As the reviewer mentioned below, theyll reply with contact info for PR purposes and will not answer that call.
