Nothing less than 5 stars for Braman Hyundai! Went in yesterday to sign a deal for a lease, the process hassle free and we were in and out in less than three hours. Working with Emanuel as our Sales Associate and Josh in the financial department was the perfect duo. Without a doubt we will return for our next car. It’s evident that this dealership genuinely wants to make their customers happy and prioritizes the customer over all else. I recommend their services to all!
Priscilla + Alan in Finance were amazing to work with. I was very straight forward with my budget + credit score & they were able to realistically give me a lis of cars that would fit within the budget. Priscilla was very transparent, which is rare sometimes from a car salesperson. Often, salesperson will come off as trying to sell the car & tell you how great you look inside of it, however Priscilla was attentive to the special requests I made like the back seats had to go down, and had to be spacious- and was focused on that entirely during our process, she even walked us across to the garage for more options if needed! Coming here was the best decision I made!

Five Stars to the Braman Genesis sales team. Alex, Alfredo and Rafael all went the extra mile to deliver the best deal not only on price but with choice of a deep inventory. I ended up buying vs leasing because the financing was so low my payments are close to same as the lease. This is the 5th Genesis vehicle I’ve owned since 2008 when I bought the first ever 4.6 L sedan.This year I bought the new GV70 Sport Prestige 2.5. My son leased the same model too. We shopped other Genesis dealers and Braman was thousands. That’s right Thousands $$ less than their competitors. This is my 3rd Genesis from Braman. I recently leased a 2021 Genesis G80 from Braman. My salesman Rafael Carrizales worked hard to find the car that I wanted. It took about a week but he stayed in touch with me and assured me we would find the car that I wanted. And he did. The sales manager, Alex (also very helpful) worked with me on price, They sent me the quote via text and when I went to pick up the car, everything was ready. Rafael is the man.. he will help as much as humanly possible. Be sure to ask for him.
I took my car here in July for an oil change and new tires in preparation for a long trip I was making. This is the third time I have been here since moving to Miami and it willabsolutely be the last now. I have owned nothing but Hyundai’s and always had excellent service with Hyundai up until now. The first issue was my service rep Jason trying to tell me I needed a $800 30,000 mile service despite me already doing the 30,000 mile service months prior and my car being at 37,000 miles.I should have known then this was going to end well. I mentioned my brakes sounding a little squeaky when dropping my car off and within two minutes of looking at mycar Jason told me I needed new brakes and rotors. Not knowing better myself and wanting to ensure a safe drive I said okay fine. This was where things went from just not good to bad. Apparently when the rotors were cut and resurfaced they were done incorrectly. I found this out when I started my trip and got onto the highway to find my car shaking terribly every time I braked.This has never happened in mycar ever before. By the grace ofgod I made it to Virginia and immediately dropped my car off at the local Hyundai here. They informed me that the guys in Miami completely destroyed my rotors and nowI was once again paying for brakes and rotors. I wouldn’t be writing this review had the service manager Alex responded to mymultiple attempts about this issue, however now I have no choice.Things happen, mistakes are made, I get that. However, that doesn’t mean mistakes shouldn’t be made right. Braman Hyundai owes me for the damage they did to myvehicle and yet I can’t get a response even. As a loyal Hyundai customer for life this is incredibly disappointing. I will remain a loyalHyundai customer but take it from me, DO NOT use Braman.

As far as the work done to my car I have no complaints, but Jason Raffo, the person assisting me through my services was quite unprofessional. He continued to make advances and inappropriate comments even after I declined and expressed I was not interested. It is unfortunate to have to write a negative review because the work on my car was great, but I believe it’s important to do so because I would hate for another woman to have the same experience in the future. I believe a conversation needs to be had with this employee about professionalism and what kind of conversations are appropriate to have with a client retaining your services…It was extremely uncomfortable for me and I hope your company is able to address this issue so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. From the moment she offered to assist us the transaction was smooth sailing even thought we were the last customers out the door. The past two times I came here for service it has not been a good experience.First time: They call me and tell me my car is ready. I show up, they tell me its actually not ready, it still has to be washed. I told them not to wash it because I had to go. I then had to wait 45 minutes to get my car... Literally 45 minutes.I completed the survey they send you afterwards and asked to speak to a manager but never received a call or voicemail.Second time: I show up to do an oil change and they want to charge me because I am over the mileage by 1,000. I was not aware that my oil change would not be covered if I didnt do it within a certain mile range. I called the Service Manager, Alex Herrera who had a not my policy, not my problem kind of attitude.Based off my past two experiences and a few other things, Braman Hyundai Miami has lost a customer.

I recently leased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Braman Hyundai. I came in to see the vehicle for my daughter and was met by Juana Cruz. This place is horrible. 2 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment and I go in and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. So last week I scheduled a second appointment for 10-06-2021 @ 9:30am. I get there hand over my car and 2 hrs later I get up because I noticed my car was still parked where I parked it 2hrs prior. I go over to ask if the car was ready? They told me we didn’t know you were here….. are you kidding me ? I been sitting around for 2 hrs and my car was not even worked on. The only reason why I brought the car again was because it’s the nearest from my office. Never again! Take your business elsewhere!!!

Came in to take care of re-call brake issue and was assigned to Jason Raffo. As a customer service professional for over 25 years, Jason was excellent all the way around! He explained everything to me in such a way that i decided to get my front brakes replaced and come back for more work to be done at a later date. I typically dont take my cars to the dealership for repairs because often times, its less expensive to have car repairs done elsewhere. Jason may have restored my faith in dealership repairs! 5 out of 5 stars for Jason!

I am very disappointed and sad. I waited for a few days to cool off, to write an honest review about my unpleasant experience and wasted weeks! I just moved to Florida, I a new driver and I wanted to lease a cheap car because I spent a lot on money on my apartment and furniture, etc.So, the initial deal I got was $500 -first month and $281/month till the end of the lease. I had to wait for Hyundai Elantra for 2 weeks, I agreed. The day I came to the dealership, my agent wasn’t present. Another agent took over and he said, now it’s $309 per a month because you credit score went down. I was very surprised because I got an email that my credit score went up from 724 to 743 recently. However, they explained that it’s a different system etc…and gave me the report that shows - 689. I decided to call my bank and/or my uncle so he can co-sign, I just didn’t want to make any decisions when I am sad and confused (I never leased a car before) I asked for a couple hours to think… it’s not much to ask, in my opinion…. Well, the agent was very rude to me when I explained him the situation. I am attaching our conversation with this review “I can’t believe that you didn’t get a car over 30 bucks” what are you going to do? Keep renting ? That’s not smart decision” your car is sold don’t worry anymore”- after 10 mins…I was treated as second class citizen. I don’t deserve it. I ll talk to my lawyer about this situation because not having a car costs me money, not mentioning that my feelings were hurt.Thank you for reading.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra in the pre-owned department and Jose Velazquez was great! The service was great, upfront with all the information, the paperwork was hassle free and the overall process was smooth. Jose also was available to take my calls to answer any of my many questions. Overall very satisfied with the purchase process and service.
They make you buy their services as necessary to get the credit approval, ran 4 credit reports without my consent destroying my credit (9 total), and they disappear after you sign the contract.Finance consultant you never reply my multiple emails, every time I call you are on vacations or just left the office, or not arrived yet.I was told I could cancel my $3,200 service after the first payment, necessary for the loan, and here I am, 5 payments later and cant even get a reply from him.You didnt even sent me the documents related with the SERVICE CONTRACT (FIDELITY WARRA SVCS). This line is all the information I have.Youre the reason why people hate dealers!!! Ill never do business with you ever again or recommend you to anyone.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. We brought our vehicle for a safety recall, when one of the employees started HARASSING my husband and questioning him about where the Hyundai was from and so on and so on. After HARASSING him for an hour, and my husband asking where he needed to park the vehicle for the inspection this man tells him “oh I’m not a mechanic” like what. Anyways after harassing and making my husband waste his time, my husband was able to drop off the vehicle and went home to come get it later. When we came to get the vehicle there were some people who are like the valet i don’t even know but let me tell you, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE ATTITUDE. Thankfully the recall was done, so neither my husband or myself have to be back here dealing with these people. Do yourself a favor and go to another place.

The nature of my work limits me to conducting as much of the car buying experience online. This dealership was the second of three I talked to regarding the purchase of the specific model and trim I desired, which was limited in stock. Like the first, they proved incompetent with online interaction. They promised that once the deal had been finalized, they would secure my vehicle until my schedule allowed me to pick it up. This sounded enticing but was ultimately irrelevant. I had reached the point just shy of sending my bank information, when the dealer called me up to inform me that the vehicle had already been sold. Apparently, he had never previously verified if it was actually present on the lot.I eventually did get my desired model and trim, but in my desperation fell prey to the unscrupulous business practices of the third dealer. I was overcharged an obscene amount. Suffice to say my experience with Hyundai dealerships has been downright miserable and depressing. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A HYUNDAI VEHICLE AGAIN, solely based on my experiences with their dealer network.

The buying experience is okay but once you sign the papers they really don’t care anymore. They said they would take care of getting my tag and ship it to my address . It’s been a month and I’m still waiting. I’ve called multiple time and the sales person is never available . I understand they’re busy but no one bothers to return my calls or at least send me an email. Whatever questions or issues you’re on your own.Saying they have terrible customer service would be an understatement.
