Purchased a beautiful 2010 Volkswagen Cc Luxury from here in September 2020. Immediately had issues with the car. Car oil cap was missing and oil was everywhere under the hood. They had no idea where it went. It would say it was overheating and check engine light comes on. Took it back and they put it on the computer and added fluid. Said the car was fine but car wasnt. Took it to a local mechanic who said to get rid of the car and that it needs a new transmission. Which was definitely not the truth. Eventually I took the car to Jiffy Lube and they indicated it was the water pump, which was expensive as supposedly the whole front of the car had to be removed to reach it. Understand buying a used car is a gamble at times but geez.

So far so good..were going back for sure!

This was the worst car dealership I ever went to. I bought a bmw x6 cash. And imediately after I left the water pump went out and 3 mths later the engine blew.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a vehicle for my sister, they said one amount via app (final price) and another amount when they do paper work. The “lady” In charge taking payments and “manager” are extremely rude and impatient. They don’t know how to provide customer service. They got extremely upset that my card got declined. Bank thought it was fraud and was protecting me. They demanded me to travel to make the payment in person in a very rude way. Stay away from this auto dealer. I wish I knew all the horrible reviews prior my purchase. Reviews don’t lie.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a car dealer. I found a Cadillac ATS and arranged to fly down to pick it up from Charlotte, NC. I talked to Maggie for days before putting my deposit down. She told me the car was in great condition, no dents or scratches and that the car was mechanically sound. When I arrived this Saturday the car was in absolute horrible condition. The fender was disconnected, the headlights were full of paint chips from how bad the paint was chipping off, the metal was gauged out in tons of spots off over the car. My mechanic boyfriend scanned the car’s software and there were tons of issues that they had tried to hide. The ABS was permanently turned off, the brakes, engine and transmission had issues along with multiple missing pieces. Maggie’s attitude was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. All she did when I voiced my concerns was yell at me and my family about how she never said the car was in good condition and that the car is just fine! Even when we could barely get the car stopped the brakes and ABS system were so bad. The local dealers in Fort Lauderdale will even tell you the shady stuff that this business does to their cars before they try to steal your money by selling cars that they know are about to break down. DO NOT go here for ANY car! They will scream in your face when you find all of the problems they try so hard to hide from you.

Keep receipts and contracts. Theyll make you pay extra if you dont pay attention. Carlos is the worse sales person in history. No indifference when it comes to making a sale. He will hype up the sale and make fake promises. They refused to get my radio fixed (broken before the purchase) I put $7000 down payment On the car but they want me to pay more for the radio. Maggie only care about the sale she won’t help after she takes your money. They won’t return my calls or let me put my own tag on the car and my temp tag is expired! I honestly think it’s because I’m black with legal business and not Cuban. My friend and I witnessed a bad sales transaction on the lot with another black couple. The couple had to call the police. They sale bad cars to the black community

Went to look at a 2014 Volkswagen eos advertised with 124000 miles. When I got to the dealership the car had 146000 miles on it and the convertible top didnt work.

Maggie who deals with the money ruined the entire buying process for me !! Even though I paid all the money she later charged me an extra $292 and made the entire experience bad for both me and the owner of the business. They also charged extra money for the spare key.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just in case you have made up your mind to buy from them, please be very careful with the money (and extra careful with Maggie!!).The one star I am giving is for Carols who was very friendly and helpful and he is why I did not take any legal action against them.

I bought a car recently. They have cars in great conditions. They also offered great customer service.

They sold me a 2008 Saturn Outlook knowing it had major transmission issues. Then when i tried to get them to own their negligence after they agreed to exchange it. I had it towed back to them just for them to not accept it and change the deal. I spent my financial aid money on buying my first car on my own for school and they ruin my first car buying experience by takong advantage of me as an 18 year old and now Im out 5,400 dollars with a car that wont operate at all. Avoid this dealership these people are dishonest and a bunch of snakes. The vehicle was also advertised with lower miles then it actually had plus it had been three feet under water leaving damaged speakers which only one works and the metal on the bottom of the seats are completely rusted out

I’ve been looking for a car for about 3 months, all dealers are like sharks until I met Rey 🤴. He didn’t treat me like a number instead he helped me selflessly. I recommend him all day every day.

The people working here are either incompetent or are lying to you outright. The descriptions of the cars on the website are wrong - if you check the CarFax reports based on the VIN numbers youll see huge mileage discrepancies between what they claim and what the mileage really is. Also, theyll claim there are no electrical problems, but meanwhile half of the fuses will be missing from the fuse box of the car youre buying. The check engine light is on in half of the cars I looked at. They wont let you take the cars out for a test drive on the highway because they fear for their lives. The best you can do is drive them on a little back road behind the dealership.

They are FRAUDS I went got a car from them soon as I left off the lot I had a problem I didnt have the car 24 hrs and it gave me problems I took the car back and now they dont want to give me my money back.
